I felt relaxed when l watched the River Nile, especially the lights along the Nile were seemed amazing at night.. The hotel has the same view with other expensive hotels. The breakfast was a local Egyptian breakfast which included beans, tomatoes, pickles, halva, jam, fries, boiled eggs, tea and hot circled thin local bead which was great and satisfying. The room l stayed was clean and spacious. I wanted to add that I had a flight in the evening and they let me to get the luggage late after l checked out. That was very kind of them. The staff were helpful and understanding. I would like to visit this city again and l know where to stay. Nothing..

It’s around the old Cairo district and only a short Uber ride to downtown Cairo. The mattress and pillows were very hard. There was only one toilet roll in the bathroom, one hand towel (no bath towels) and no hairdryer. When we asked at reception for these items we was given one toilet roll a day (had to ask for another one each day) only one bath towel and they didn’t have a hairdryer (when it is stated on the hotel information) There is no hotel sign outside from the street so at first we was not sure we was in the right building. Reception is on the 17 floor and the lift is absolutely awful!! We are use to budget hotels but have never experienced any like this. If it wasn’t for the great location and views we would have checked out straight away!

- Nazia (1/5): Don’t bother booking… - Nothing The hotel is located in a challenging area, and getting to the reception requires going up two flights of stairs and then taking an elevator to the 17th floor. Unfortunately, our experience with the room was not ideal. The bedding had visible hairs and some stains, and the sink leaked at the base when in use. We didn’t even use the shower, as the water ran cold. My children developed mild rashes after our stay, which was concerning. Overall, I would recommend considering other options for a more comfortable experience.

- Muhammadzaki (7/5): Good - The location is on the Nile and next to Salahuddeen Mosque. It is accessible to all main traditional areas in Cairo. The rooms have fantastic views where you can the east and west of the Nile River. It is situated in the big residence building where Jasmine Nile Sky Hotel manages around 10 floors and the reception is on the 17th floor. The first two floors are stairs from the entrance where the elevators start from the second floor, but you need to ask to them help with laggage.

- Gaurav (5/5): Passable - The view from Hotel Room towards Nile river is beautiful and a good thing for this place,if you are booking Nile View Rooms. Apart from that the room was clean and comfy. The staff are helpful and friendly. This is a kind of residential hotel and lodge so don't keep much expectations. It is always difficult to find the location, if you are new to this place. And breakfast is typically the same always and no variations with breads , Bakery or other snacks. They always keep only Arabian Bread and typical beans in breakfast everyday which is difficult to be taken by non arabic visitors.

We always trust and feel very secure when booking an accomodation through your site. You offer an excelent service and are very thankful that you make traveling so easy and safe for people. However, what my friends and I experienced last night with our hotel in Cairo was close to a nightmare and we feel the urge to contact you in order that you make sure this situation doesnt repeat again for the safety of any future travelers in Cairo. As i said before, we booked a room in the Nile sky hotel for the night from 20-21.04. We contacted the hotel long time before to inform them about our arrival after 10pm and got no response from the hotel. On arrival, we experienced the first shock, the receptionist told us that our booking has been cancelled because we arrived after 10pm and that there was no room for us and that we should go elsewere. We couldnt believe what he was saying and checked our booking status through your platform and saw that our booking had not been cancelled, it was status: confirmed. We insisted about this and the receptionist then told us that we had to cancell it by ourselves because he has no room for us. We felt desesperated and kept insisting that our room was confirmed and that we couldnt cancel our booking because we had nowhere else to go. After that, he sudently changed his mind, and told us he did had a room for us. We felt super confused about that but somehow also relieved because we had a place to stay at. So then, he came with us to show us the room and here comes the next shock: we couldnt check-in the room because it was not done yet. We were exausted from the day and had to wake up early the next day to get our flights, all we wanted was to go to sleep. His solution was to leave our luggage and come back at midnight.
