Supermercado pertinho, da pra ir à academia a pé, e também tem uma na parte de baixo do prédio. Jacuzzi muito bom! Seguranças o tempo todo na entrada do prédio. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes! A torneira da cozinha estava bem chatinha de fazer parar de pingar.

• Daniel (9/5): - Tudo muito bom, organização, limpeza, conforto. Só faltou um sabonete e shampoo como os de hotéis, faz diferença. Alguns deixam um capuccino ou algo do tipo, mas tudo isso entra como diferencial, sei que não é obrigação da estadia.

• Verdon (1/5): Host never checked us in, then blames us for not waiting over 3 hours for his phone to charge... - The staff at reception were lovely, however they were not related to the property itself. The host of this apartment was the worst I've ever come across. I booked this 3 months in advance, and the host never reached out as he was supposed to. We arrived at the hotel expecting to check in and were told there was nothing on the system. We tried for 3 hours to contact the host of the property alongside the reception team with no luck. Luckily, there was another property in the building ready with extremely quick hosts that got us checked in within 10 minutes on the same day! (Shows how easy this could have been avoided) Eventually we made contact with the host and he agreed to refund us for his mistake but asked us to wait until the end of the month and not to do it through booking.com. We agreed, not wanting to negatively affect his ratings as he owned up to the mistake. However, he has now refused to refund the full amount and blames us for the mistake, hence the negative review. He seems to now think that it is our fault for not waiting over 3 hours until his "phone was charged" and that we should be grateful that he is even refunding us at all... An awful example of organisational skills and customer service.
