Guest Reviews
- Darren (2/5): Awful. Stay clear. - It was available. Just about everything. It was pouring when we arrived. Waited 20 minutes before the hosts texted us to correct door codes. Some very unhappy family before we got it. The place had the vibe of a fishing club. Did not feel safe. Drunk neighbour came over to abuse us because we had our car lights on while we waited to get door codes. A dreadful night. Could not get away quick enough.
- Tara (2/5): - The location was good. The property was so poor, no bathroom products at all - soap etc. Totally empty cupboards in the bathroom. The “white” towels were white-ish at first glance but when you looked closer or in the sun, there were plenty of stains on them. Same as the bedsheets, all pilled. Quite frankly, we were scared to eat or drink from anything - there was still food in the fridge from previous customers/or owner, who knows. To pay over $300 a night is disgraceful and booking.com should be aware of the status. It’s so old and rundown, the front fence only has one side of the gate, so it’s not secure for pets at all, if you want to lock them inside, sure that’s secure. The back stairs left a lot to be desired, wasn’t sure if I’d fall down them because of their state and downstairs under the house where the car is has rubbish and things laying around everywhere. The “grass” out there is more like weeds and the dogs have to be on a leash because not secure again. Maybe $50 a night, would be a better rate to charge.
- Gurpreet (2/5): Avoid on a hot day, not liveable if temp is anything above 30, it’s like an oven. - Was neat and clean, kitchen and living area are spacious, one bedroom is decent size, bedroom 2 is very small, bed just fits in, no space on sides. Air conditioning did not work properly, only one AC in the lounge, property is not well insulated, it was like an oven, unable to use bedrooms, it was too hot to enter until about 2 AM. It took 3 hours for lounge to be bearable with AC on at full speed.
- Stephanie (5/5): It’s served a purpose while visiting family in hospital - Water pressure in shower was good Ants in the bathroom. Front door lock wasn’t easy to understand. No security screens on windows.

- Jeremy (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious, covered space for
motorcycles, quiet neighborhood. Everything worked. Cleaning was inadequate, a pile of hair behind the bathroom door, dishes put away dirty, but, the linen was clean. This is a roughly renovated old fibro home. It served our purpose perfectly, but it will need more TLC to measure up to industry standards.
- Christine (1/5): Disaster. Stay clear of this place - Absolutely nothing. We could not access the property as the key pad did not work. We rang the number given on the booking and were put on electronic hold for 10 minutes before being cut off. We rang again and on the third attempt we were able to leave a message. After nearly an hour standing outside the property we moved on and found alternate (and expensive) accommodation The inability to access it
- Dylan (9/5): We needed a place to stay at short notice while passing through and this one had everything we needed. Clean, safe, comf - Clean, safe and easy to check in. Everything was fine.
- Scott (9/5): Superb - Fully fenced yard for our 2 year old staffy was the winner for us. No discount for extended stay, $3000 for 12 days with no fresh towels/ milk/ cleaning of the apartment was pretty ordinary.

- Scott (10/5): A Must - Absolutely love the place, we can't thank you enough for having such a wonderful property for our 2 year old Staffy. Underneath the house tad low for a 6 foot bloke.😁😁😁
