• emanplay (9/5): - The best "big city hotel" I've been to during my trip in Japan. The room had everything I needed, it was very clean and comfy. I also found the little rubber duck idea very cute and funny. Position is good. Many places where you can eat in the surroundings. The lady at the reception was very kind, helpful and patient during my check-in.

• Kierra-Jay (6/5): - Excellent location and desk staff Hair all over the bed from another guest (not my hair colour). While recovering from a migraine in bed, staff entered the room without knocking or announcing themselves. They apologised and backed out but it was a very unpleasant experience.

• Soyoung (8/5): 우에노역 근처 위치 좋고 깔끔 - 위치가 좋습니다. 동네도 조용하고 은근 맨션들이 많아서 밤 늦게도 위험하지 않은 느낌이었어요. 방 냉장고가 시원하고, 높은 층 배정 요청드렸는데 수용해주신 것 같아 감사했습니다. 침대와 베게가 너무 딱딱해요,, 그리고 창문 여는 범위를 설정하는 장치를 설정해서 창문 열 수 있게 해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

• Colten (8/5): Great! - Staff were super friendly when we arrived late and made it super easy for us to check in while being jet lagged. Throughout the stay they were helpful as well whenever I had any questions about Japan, or the culture, even recommendations of food to try. Bonus that it was a short walk to the train station!

• Cheuk Wah (7/5): Good Location - Good location - JR Ueno Station is just a stone throw way and if you are taking the Skyliner to or from Narita Airport, this is your choice. Room was rather small, not the smallest we've stayed in Japan though.

• Lynley (8/5): Very adequate, convenient location. - Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. Like most rooms in Japan, and particularly Tokyo, the room was only just big enough, but we coped! Just a reminder that small amounts of luggage are the way to go in Japan generally.

• Stepper48 (8/5): Erkundungsfreundlich gelegen - Sehr nah am Bahnhof Ueno (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß) und zur Metro (ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß) Gastronomie und Family Mart in der Nachbarschaft
• Carla (9/5): Ubicación perfecta - La ubicación está genial, ya que está a pocos minutos de la estación de Ueno, con la que accedes a todos los puntos de interés de Tokio en poco tiempo. Alrededor también hay de todo (restaurantes, convinis y una calle comercial súper animada día y noche) pero es muy tranquilo para descansar. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, sobretodo si vas con equipaje grande, pero nada fuera de los común en Tokio. Aún así, tienen de todo.
• Bruna (8/5): Really comfortable stay - The hotel is really nice located just a few minutes walk from Ueno station and a 30 minute walk to Asakusa. Off the bat, I arrived a few minutes after midnight so I was afraid I would not be able to check in, however I was able to easily self check-in on the machine. The room was clean and comfortable.

• Celine (6/5): Das Hotel wäre in Ordnung, wenn einfach mol richtig geputzt und gewaschen werden würde. - Das Personal war freundlich und die Lage war nahe am Ueno Bahnhof. Da wie sehr früh morgens am Narita-Airport sein mussten, konnte man so zu Fuss den ersten Skyliner erwischen. Alles war ein wenig schmuddelig. Die Wände waren Fleckig, die Vorhänge und das Douvet auch. Im Bad haben wie noch Haare von Vorgängern an der Decke gfunden und die Lüftung und Lampe waren mit Staub bedeckt.

• TING TING (10/5): 上野站步行約5~10分，check in/out前後都可以寄放行李，櫃台人員非常親切 - 一人入住非常舒適，超出我預期的住宿體驗，原本以為會像一般東京住宿一樣非常小，但結果行李可以完整打開，雪板袋也有空間可以放，浴室有浴缸可以泡澡，照明設備也很新，可以智能化調控明亮度與白黃光，超讚！ 床鋪清潔度可再微加強就完美了

• Armin (8/5): It was a good stay over all. I had a good sleep 👍🏻 - Very near to JR Station. Keisei Line/Airport Train is about 10mins walk. Nice location 👍🏻 My Room is good for 1 person only. It’s clean and nice. The room cleaners were nice. The management should give them a cart or basket for the sheets cos they’re scattered in the small hallway when they’re cleaning the rooms.
