• Evi (7/5): Dicht bij vliegveld - Grote kamer en badkamer. Op kamer is alles, bv koelkast, water etc. Ik kon midden in nacht inchecken. Paar minuten rijden van vliegveld. Goed zacht matras en kussens. Net na 7 uur ‘s ochtends al verbouwingsherrie van de buren. Het is wat afgeleefder/ouder dan op de foto’s te zien is.

• Ardyan (10/5): We enjoyed our stay especially with a friendly owner made our trip to Vietnam memorable,thanks Huong - Huong the hotel owner is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. She helps us with transports to other cities in Vietnam too. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel as the room was big, clean and comfortable. Although we got rooms in floor 3 and 4 but there's help with our luggage so not a problem at all. The location is only 10 minutes from airport so it's very convinience for us who has an early morning flight. Breakfast was simple but Huong tried to accomodate everyone.

It is clean, has big rooms with comfortable beds, and a simple breakfast with bread, eggs, fruit and coffee/tea that gives you a good start to the day. The shower was in the middle of the bathroom without any curtain, but shower slippers were provided.
• James (9/5): Amazing staff. Large clean room. Comfortable bed. - The staff were incredibly accommodating. My flight landed at 2am and they arranged for a driver to collect me from the airport, and arrived to the hotel with a staff member snoozing in the lobby awaiting my arrival. Due to my late arrival they gave me freedom to choose when to check out the following day and cooked me breakfast outside of the alloted breakfast time frame. They arranged my taxi to the airport and when I realised I had left a small personal item in the car they arranged for the driver to return it to my hostel. 10/10 The only thing to note is that my room wasn't the quietest, I think due to being at the front of the building. But you're staying at a hotel near the airport, some noise is to be expected.

• Michael (10/5): A lovely place to stay close to the airport - The host was probably the kindest hotel owner we have met so far in our lives. She really did everything she could to make our stay exceptional. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the hotel is very close to the airport (10 minutes hotel airport shuttle). WiFi is relatively fast and stable for Vietnam. Free drinking and mineral water throughout the stay. Breakfast is basic but nutritious. Very good communication both prior and during our stay. Very fast and kind responses at all times. There is literally nothing to complain about or dislike. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a personal, lovely, local service and place to stay close to the airport.

The room was beautiful, very clean and spacious. The property was perfect for my needs. I was an overnight layover and it worked beautifully.

It had what I needed for a one-night stay before my flight. Staff was also super helpful, with one of them offering to fetch me to a drugstore nearby to pick up some medication as I was sick during my stay. Like what some other commenters said, the pictures were edited quite a bit to give off the impression that the rooms were a lot brighter. They're pretty dull.

They helped us with the taxi and prepared a breakfast early in the morning. They upgraded our room to a triple room for free. We were a bit worried by the noise of planes, but surprisingly it was a silent and pleasant sleep There is nothing in the surroundings, but you can find small shops and restaurants if you walk a bit

The owner made an amazing job for this place, and always willing to help the guests, with his poor english. The location, as the name says, it's close to airport, where you can reach it for several thousand dongs. Rooms were big (good for 3 people to open their luggage and packed), clean and the minibar extremly cheap. And if you are hungry, you will find a lot of restaurants and stalls close to the hotel Only "bad" thing, it's tricky to find the place, and if you pass the exit, you will have to add some km more.

They picked us up from our flight at 2am and made us the most delicious breakfast at 9am. They organised for us to get to Hanoi for lunch and got a driver to take us to the middle of no where to meet our transfer. I would recommend La Tiesu Hotel to anyone who needs to stay in Hanoi, accessible to the airport, for a good price and to be well looked after. We love you Huong! 😊🌈💕 That we didn't stay longer!
• Shuang (10/5): Nice host! Solve my problems. - This hotel is 4-5 km far from the T1 terminal and is easy to find in the map. Grab will costs around 60k VND in addition with an extra toll fee: 30k VND. This is my last day at Vietnam and I do not have enough cash to pay. The host helped the payment and called a taxi to send me to airport in the second day, which made my flight go well. The room that I ordered is sold out. So she upgraded my room freely. The room is clean and even have 2 air conditioners! The husband made a breakfast with vietnamese black coffee to me. It will be better if the breakfast is vietnamese Pho. XD
• Kelly (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great night’s stay at La Teisu. If you need to stay close to the airport, this is a cozy and comfortable hotel. The managers were very kind, they organized a pickup for us in the early hours of the morning and also let us stay for a late check-out.

• Hoang (7/5): Location is very close to the airport. - Room was very spacious and comfortable. We needed a place to stay close to the airport and this met our need. Staff was very friendly and they made us feel at home. Super helpful and was willing to make arrangement for us to get to the airport. Location. Don't get me wrong, being close to the airport was great but we we on the side of a major highway and it was an easy location for the Grab to find. It was not easy to walk to the restaurant because there is only one way to cross the highway and it was an underpass with lots of car. So going out to find food we had to take a taxi to a restaurant that was on the other side of the freeway.
• Tom (8/5): We got, what we expected. Not more, not less - The room was clean and the beds have been very comfortable. The location is close to the airport. Thats the reason we choose this hotel. For the price we did not expect more and have been even surprised to get a full plate of breakfast which was good food. The hotel is old and unluckliy we had power shortage during our stay. But in general nothing realy bad to complain as we had no expectations. It was just to spend one night close to the airport and for that reason this hotel is good.
