• Gloria (8/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Für uns hat es gereicht. - Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir hatten keine Kakerlake auf dem Zimmer auch generell in der Anlage nicht gesehen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns auch immer gut weiterhelfen können. Die Sprachbarriere war zum Teil recht stark, da nicht alle Hotelangestellten an der Rezeption Englisch konnten. Wir konnten uns aber mit verschiedenen Übersetzung Möglichkeiten dann doch behilflich sein und uns wurde trotzdem geholfen.
• wiktoria (6/5): Drugi raz tu nie wrócę - Obiekt położny blisko stacji bts i w centrum. Czystość pościeli i podłóg oraz mebli ok. Zapach w pokoju okropny, na szczęście wietrzenie trochę pomogło. ściany brudne, firany też aż strach dotknąć. Pokój na zdjęciach wygląda na dużą przestrzeń jednak w rzeczywistości jest malutki. Personel w wybranych godzinach mówi po angielsku.
• Pinos (5/5): Passable - The price was affordable—actually cheap compared to other places in the area. I was surprised by how spacious and decent the room was, especially for the price. Only one young woman at the reception was polite, friendly, and always willing to help. She smiled, greeted guests properly, and made you feel welcome. Unfortunately, the rest of the reception staff were the complete opposite—unfriendly, cold, and didn’t even bother to say “good morning” or “thank you.” It felt like they didn’t want to help or even acknowledge you, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Also, the hotel is under construction right now, and the noise can get really annoying—especially in the mornings when they start working early. It makes it hard to rest. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection is poor. It glitches often and isn’t reliable, especially if you need to work or stream anything.
• Catalin (7/5): A good place for a short stay - 24/7 reception desk was very helpful and the easiness with which they changed my room when I requested it because of the drainage smell. I like the place in general. The room was a bit odd with another room sized space above with curtains that you couldn’t open. Looked like they united two levels in one and left the opening on top. At first I got a smelly room, from the drainage system, but I was too tired to go ask for a different room. I wish they would somehow fix that.

• Cavan (7/5): Good - Room was well equipped, comfy bed. Wifi is terrible, lots of building works in the landing, piles of wood, lift is a bit of a mess, lots of building works around the hotel, staff a bit grumpy. It will. W nice when it's finished
• Laney (10/5): Hotel for Hostel prices. - The rooms were very clean and the water was nice and hot for such a large building. Friendly staff who kindly booked our taxis to nearly attractions. Washing machines onsite, local 7 eleven, local restaurants, banks, sky train and sky bar. Most taxis didn't know where this hotel was so it took a little more time getting home on occasion.
• Martin (9/5): Superb - Good-sized, light, comfortable room in which everything worked. Helpful staff The room could have been slightly better designed - in particular a light you could switch on and off from the bed would have good, as would a toilet roll holder in front of the WC. Also I'd have expected a business of this scale and calibre to take credit cards

• David (10/5): Great value for money just off the shopping and restaurant area, I'd stay there again. - It was a very clean and quiet room, with fridge, kettle and microwave, It's only a 10 minute walk to and excellent Topps market and food court. It was a little hard to find at night as the street signs were not illuminated. It would benefit from having a hotel sign on the two main roads.

• Austin (2/5): I strongly do not recommend. If you need cheap, just stay in a hostel. - It was fairly cheap. It was extremely dirty, not just the room and bedding. The entire facilities were extremely unkept and ugly looking. It looked and felt as if it was in a constant state of construction.
