Easily walkable with a stroller Heated pool definitely is a huge plus during off-season while the sea is still cold. Loved the balcony. Every single breakfast/coffee spent there All was very good
• Leandro (8/5): Nice apartment with great facilities near the beach - Esther is a great host, very professional and friendly. She provided us all the information about the apartment and the area in advance. She was also available if we had any questions during our stay. Great facilities, with gym, beautiful pool and surrounding area. Central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and everything you might need during your stay. The balcony is great too. Ten mins walk from tram stop and Muchavista beach. Bus stop even closer. Mercadona (supermarket) across the road. Overall very good, but a newer double bed and mattress would be great. Also to be aware if your are light sleeper, is that from the bedroom you can hear the neighbours.
• Emilia (8/5): Good - Clean apartment, it has all what you need. Ping pong and inside pool are big plus on rainy days. Free parking. Adults bed was too soft for me. Kids beds were nice.
• MariushBB (10/5): Idealny urlop w lutym - Super lokalizacja. Mieszkanie duże i przestronne. Jadalnia na balkonie jasna, wspaniałe wschody słońca i kawka. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne. Jest nawet dedykowany kran do wody filtrowanej. Sklep Mercadona na przeciwko bramy, czynny od 9:00 do 21:30. Miejsc parkingowych sporo. Mimo, ze to sezon zimowy, to udało się załatwić krzesła plażowe, które bardzo nam się przydały. Z basenu i siłowni nie korzystaliśmy. Basen podgrzewany jest w zamkniętym pomieszczeniu. Akustyka budynku powoduje, że słychać co robią sąsiedzi. Czasami słychać jakieś regularne stuki gdzieś z budynku. W nocy bywa to irytujące. Łóżko dwuosobowe nie jest zbyt wygodne. Suszarka do bielizny jest za oknem, ale nie ma zabezpieczenia, więc musisz być bardzo ostrożny przy rozwieszaniu i zbieraniu rzeczy aby nic nie spadło, bo możesz tego nie odzyskać. W okolicy nie ma innych sklepów poza Mercadoną, więc jeśli lubisz świeże pieczywo z samego rana, to trzeba albo wybrać się dalej, albo czekać do 9:00 Zimą dużo restauracji w pobliżu jest zamknięte. Jednak zaraz koło Mercadony jest jedna , polecamy.

• Anton (9/5): Un apartamento ideal para relajarse - Un apartamento nuevo, en una comunidad segura. El entorno: un Mercadona en la puerta, un hiper Carrefour grande a 5 min en auto, la playa de Sant Joan a 15 min a pie, barrio tranquilo, con fácil aparcamiento en la calle.; tram con parada a 15 min. para ir a Alacant, y en sentido opuesto a La Vila Joiosa, Benidorm, Calp, Altea o Dènia, y muy barato, todo un lujo. Los servicios de la comunidad: super oferta de piscina al aire libre y otra climatizada (fuimos en invierno), y además un gimnasio profesional con máquinas para todos los gustos, y sala con tenis de mesa. El apartamento: nuevo, con buen salón y una terraza cerrada con cristal que hace las veces de comedor, espacio ideal, y la calefacción muy bien, también el wifi. Un lugar muy tranquilo, sin ruidos, ideal para descansar y relajarse. Por decir algo, quizá faltaban algunos utensilios en la cocina (vajilla escasa, no hay exprimidor para zumos), algunos colgadores a la entrada para la ropa de calle y, para una larga estancia, tal vez algún detalle de bienvenida, pero, evidentemente, son cosas menores.

• KDavies2002 (9/5): - The closeness of the supermarket and the location of the tram for a trip to Benidorm. The beach was superb. The indoor pool was a bonus in the late part of November. The host was good with advice and the information relating to the apartment and local area. The restaurants were a good walk away. We were all very able bodied but you would get tired of trying to locate places to eat in the evening. Having said this, we did go in late November which is out of season.

Рядом с продуктовым магазином и в получасовой дистанции от центра города. Приятный отзывчивый персонал, Естер всегда была на связи с нами. Мы остались довольны своим прибыванием в этих апаратаментах

• Allie (8/5): Great location and beautiful pool - Beautiful pool and surrounding area. Very relaxing. Water was warm even at 10pm. Very good air conditioning. Nice to have a washing machine and dishwasher. Ten mins walk from tram stop and lovely beach. Very good supermarket opposite and tapas restaurant. Good Tv which plays American channels in English ( choose English soundtrack on menu) Double bed more suitable for one than two people… possibly needs a new mattress. Single beds were fine though and I slept really well on them.
• Zuzana (10/5): nice clean apartment - The apartment is located just one kilometre from the beach. It is clean and equipped with everything you might need. As we were traveling with small child, we really appreciated a washing machine. Next to the pool, there is a nice, clean gym. Even if there is no parking, you can easily park on the street in front of the building.

• Sarah (9/5): - Appartement tres bien situé, à 10.min de la sublime plage de Muchavista, du tramway pour se rendre à Alicante ou Benidorm, et en face du Mercadona. L'appartement est très bien agencé, cuisine fonctionnelle qui dispose de tous le nécessaire pour cuisiner, 2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes tres appréciable. L'accès au différents services tels que la magnifique piscine, salle de sport est juste parfait. Nous avons passer un magnifique séjour dans cet appartement et Esther est trés disponible, nous avions eu la chance d'avoir l'appartement plutôt comme nous avons séjourner à Valence juste avant. L'appartement est propre. Nous avions beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La literie de la chambre double etait juste horrible, le matelas est affaissé nous nous réveillons chaque matin avec des douleurs. Moisissures dans la.salle de bain (carrelage foncé) nous n'avions presque pas utilisé cette pièce. Sinon tout etait parfait.

The location was perfect for stay with the family. It would be perfect to have few more cooking pots in the apartment. But this would be more as recommendation, not a minus.

Also big pool with free sun umbrellas, chairs, loungers, green area around. Free parking near building, easy to find. Supermarket Mercadona near the apartment. Bus stop near the Mercadona. Tram stop and beach by foot 10-15 min. Easy communication with host Esther, thank you for your hospitality and help! We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back. Probably nothing, but a couple of advice for cleaning service. In general it could be cleaner, clean the dust more thoroughly. Dishwasher and washing machine should also be cleaned.

Mercadona opposite to the apartment, beach Muchavista with tram station in walking distance of 10-13 min. Highly recommend for long or short stay! In the complex there is gym and out/in-door pool. • M (10/5): Amazing location. - Everything was perfect, the apartament is very nice, close to the beach and 100m from the Mercadona.
• Natalia (9/5): Overall, we can warmly recommend the apartment for both short and fairly long stays. - we liked the apartment and its location and can recommend it. Compared to Alicante, it is quiet, the beaches and the promenade (12 km long) are a 10-minute walk away. There were no problems with parking on the street (maybe because we were not there in high season). The shopping center and restaurants are a 1-minute walk away, which is very convenient. There were no problems with the Internet. We didn't like: the dining table is on the balcony - it is a bit cold in winter; the set for food and cooking is modest: melamine plates, plastic wine glasses, no lids for the frying pan and saucepan, which are not all suitable for the induction cooker. A minimum amount of hand soap, a minimum number of towels. As you see / the points are not principal and will certainly improve soon given the attentive host and then the apartment will be simply excellent. There are only Spanish TV programs and a couple of news programs in English.
