• Mirela (9/5): Very happy to stay at this property next time we are in Rome. - The touch of the owner, his attention to detail and the timely and polite response to any request. The property had everything one might need when travelling. Maybe the noise from the restaurant downstairs which happened one night.

• Zoltan (4/5): Nem javaslom, nem gyerekbarát. - A fürdőszoba ablakban nincs üveg, csak fém háló, és papír redőny, reggel, és este hideg van bent. Nincs mikró. A fürdőszoba rolós ajtó, és a zuhanykabin össze van tákolva. A kiságyat nem lehetett összeállítani, alkalmatlan volt a 1,5 éves gyereknek. A hálószoba ajtó el van vetemedve, nem lehet becsukni. Minden este technó zene dübörög.
• Tamara (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt prima - Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Vermieter sehr freundlich und das Bett ist sehr bequem Bei der abendlichen Rückkehr musste ich erst die Kakerlaken aus dem Bad evakuieren
• Vanessa (9/5): - A casa é super bem equipada, tem realmente tudo o que você precisa. A cama é super confortável e a localização é ótima, perto de tudo e fácil de se colomover. O anfitrião sempre foi super solícito e educado. O box do chuveiro é bem apertado e a localização apesar de ser ótima, vc precisa ter atenção se for alugar carro e moto. Lá é uma zona restrita (ZTL) e vc deve pedir permissão pro anfitrião cadastrar a placa do veículo para vc poder entrar lá. Não sabíamos disso e acabamos devolvendo o veículo antes para não passar pela zona e tomar uma multa salgada. A zona é bem boêmia também, tem um bar bem agitado do lado, com música alta em algumas noites até 2h da manhã, o que dava pra ouvir do quarto. Então se você curte agito ok, mas se você estiver por descansar fique atento à isso.

• Borysewicz (10/5): Rzym jest wspaniały, San Lorenzo ma świetne połączenia tramwajowe i autobusowe i na prawdę warto! - Mieszkanko wygodne, wszelkie udogodnienia do dłuższego nawet pobytu, wszystko działało perfekcyjnie, spędziłam najwspanialszy urlop w życiu - no bo i Rzym zrobił swoje ;) może jakaś instrukcja obsługi pralki, bo takie melepety jak ja miały lekki problem ;)
• Irma (9/5): Zadovoljavajuće - Potpuna privatnost, prijava, odjava bez previše komplikacija, udoban krevet. Blizina Termini, sigurna okolina.. kuhinja, sve što vam treba za početak, kava, suđe. Tuš vrlo uzak, smrad izvana, staro suđe, moglo bi biti čišće .

• Elena (9/5): Три дня в Риме. - Мы с мужем жили здесь 3 ночи. Прекрасное расположение, от Термини дойти пешком 15-20 минут, на такси доедете за 10 минут и 8 евро. Расположены аппартаменты на первом этаже. До всех достопримечательностей в центре мы доходили пешком за пол часа. Рядом два супермаркета, работают до 22 часов. Вокруг много кафешек, напротив пиццерия, пицца вкусная. В аппартаментах все есть для комфортного проживания вдвоем, даже стиральная машина. Хороший напор воды, но душ не большой. Все чисто и опрятно. Интернет хороший. Был октябрь и в квартире было не жарко. Для лета есть кондиционер и вентилятор. С Алессандро всегда можно было связаться по Вотс апп очень быстро. Заезд и выезд самостоятельный, все инструкции получили вовремя. Под окнами аппартаментов популярный у местной молодежи бар и это создает определенные неудобства: довольно шумно часов до 12 ночи. Мы об этом знали, поэтому не сильно переживали. Можем рекомендовать это жилье тем, кто как и мы любит окунуться в местную жизнь и не боится ходить пешком. Надо отметить, что это был самый разумный по цене вариант проживания не слишком далеко от центра. Если будем в Риме, снова здесь остановимся. Нет такого.

• Elsa (10/5): - El apartamento calidad-precio está muy bien. Bien conectado para ir a visitar el centro. El barrio tiene de todo. Y la cama es muy cómoda!!!
• FabiusFilottete (10/5): - L'appartamento si trova nel cuore del quartiere San Lorenzo, a 20 minuti dalla stazione Termini, quindi in ottima posizione e con tutti i servizi in zona, come supermercati, bar, tabacchi, etc. La casa è completa di tutto e anche oltre, gli ambienti pulitissimi e funzionali, provvisti di ogni comodità. L'acqua corrente è paragonabile a quella di una sorgente: fresca, buona e abbondante, ci ha permesso di non pensare a comprare acqua in bottiglia. L'host è stato gentilissimo, ci ha accolto con il sorriso e ci ha fatto trovare perfino dentifricio, spazzolino, ciabatte monouso e mascherina monouso per la notte; insomma in casa non mancava davvero nulla. Inoltre, il letto è davvero comodissimo. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti della nostra scelta, siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di tornare presto!

• Lisa (10/5): Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous n’hésiterons pas à relouer ce logement lorsque nous reviendrons à Rome. - Le logement est très bien équipé, tout a été pensé pour que le voyage soit confortable. L’accès à la petite terrasse derrière est un gros plus, le quartier est très sympathique et a 20 minutes à pieds de la gare où l’on peut arriver de l’aéroport. La literie est très confortable, et la climatisation est un réel confort. Tout était très propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’eau fraîche au frigo à notre arrivée.

Il letto è comodissimo Forse non mi è piaciuto il fatto che il condizionatore non fosse direttamente in camera da letto ma la stanza si è rinfrescata comunque bene tenendolo acceso qualche ora.

• Xenia (8/5): Nice flat in a very good location with everything you need - The location is super nice. Of course it's next to a bar and therefore louder, but also means you're in the middle of San Lorenzo and can enjoy its vibe. We also really liked that there's even a washing machine included and they left us water bottles for drinking in the fridge, that was super sweet! In the kitchen some things where missing like a sponge, drying towel and washing liquid. Also the flat is quite warm. Unfortunately in the evening it's difficult to open the windows because it smelled after deep fryer and we didn't want to have this smell in the flat. Therfore it was quite warm inside (already in March).

• Teodora-ioana (3/5): Not the best experience - I recently stayed at this property, and while there were some positives, our overall experience was not the best. On the bright side, the location is very convenient. It’s close to public transportation, which made getting around easy, and there are some great coffee shops nearby. Additionally, the host was very communicative and responded quickly to our messages, which was appreciated. They even left a taxi number in the hallway for convenience. However, when I asked about transport to the CIA airport (which is closer), I was told they don’t offer that, even though it's more convenient. The host did send me another taxi number, but after being on hold for over 10 minutes, the call was cut off, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the property had several drawbacks. The apartment is located above a bar that throws loud parties every night, including weekdays, so getting a decent night’s sleep was difficult. On top of that, the neighbors upstairs were jumping and making noise at 4-5 a.m. every morning. The apartment also has no terrace, and the toilet wasn’t functioning properly, which was a real inconvenience. To add to the odd experience, we noticed that the door mat kept being moved to different positions each time we returned, even though we had locked the door with the key. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I have stayed in Rome multiple times, and this was not the best experience. While the host was responsive and the location was convenient, the noise and issues with the apartment made our stay less enjoyable.
• Stefi (9/5): Friendly stay in Rome - I think the whole place on booking is not "marketinged" well. It´s Amazing! For this price you get a nice place with a nice little kitchen and great coffee. The host was absolutely the kindest person, offered me earlier check- in and late check-out. We could not use these hours but honestly we had a fantastic time there. The pics don´t show how great this place is. The area is nice and safe and we enjoyed everything there. For this price it´s the best deal in town, I would book this again in a heartbeat. SO- I read many people were commenting on the noise at night. We stayed between friday and monday, we heard on Saturday it´s loud but I did not give a clue as I was so tired walking in Rome that they didn´t bother me at all. The bed is so comfy I just slept through it.
• Emil (4/5): Good location , otherwise I would not recommend this “property”. - Proximity to city centre and main station. The flat is directly above the night club where is every night party. Also , it is not even flat , it’s more some kind of utility room - small windows , in the kitchen you can hear 24/7 some noise of machine behind the wall.

• Sophia (10/5): Exceptional - The location was really good. There were many ways of reaching any place of Rome by public transport without long walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It had everything necessary for a short stay. The owner is very kind. Thank you!
• Sharon (7/5): Good - Washing machine very useful and general set up of apartment worked well. Location in relation to 2 supermarkets was good. Owner friendly and had bottles of cold water waiting for us in the fridge. There was a lack of cooking utensils such as a sharpe knife or even a spoon to stir the food,despite a good range of pots. Every time we used the shower, the floor became flooded and dangerous. The owner did warn us about this and supplied plenty of towels to put on the floor. Which was much appreciated.
