• Sergio (7/5): I felt stressed about this place. Far away from major touristic places. - It was close to Termini train and metro station. The shower. I had such a hard time to get into the shower. A big person will not be able to shower there. The fridge did not work and I had to purchase bags of ice to keep cold my medication. I was replaced by another cheap ineffective fridge. The person was very insistent on having me to pay the tourist taxes, besides of too many messages about the same issue, plus the checking in/out time.

Every night at around 00:00 we heard a lot of glass breaking , i think they were used bottles from a restaurant that were recicled at the end of the day, it was not bad but we got scared the first time we heard it.

• Dayangku (9/5): CLEAN, GOOD LOCATION, SAFE, EASY. - What’s most important is cleanliness , safety and location. The room given is clean , they provide you 3 towels for face, body and hair I guess. They even provided water coffee and bits of biscuits. They hv a kitchen corner outside of the room too. The location is great bcs its just roughly abt 10 mins walk from the main station Termini, a lot of breakfast and dinner places, 5 mins walk to the grocery store. Check in process is very easy, it’s a self check in. the instructions given is clear for both check ins and out. The lady who contacted me is also nice and quick to reply me anytime. Probably just the lighting, it’s not dark just not bright to do make up. but other things it’s perfect.

• Surendra (1/5): - Nothing except the location which is close to termini Let me start - 1. Locks - you’ll to try your luck 4-5 times with 3 locks every time you get into the room. The keys do not work in first attempt. 2. Space - what a terrible place this is. Such a small bathroom where even a kid cannot bath properly, forget adults. 3. Cleanliness - As soon as you start the shower, your bathroom will convert into a tub of water and that bath water will continue collecting till it start flowing out of the bathroom. Never seen such a miserable bathroom before — must watch in Rome, Italy. 4. Towels - They will not change your towels, nor do the cleaning if you are staying continuously more than 1 day 5. Check-in check-out - You effectively get only 19 hours of stay with your money because checkin is at 3PM and checkout is at 10AM - what a smart move to silently play with timings. 6. City tourist tax - I am still wondering the value that I got in return? 7. Host behaviour - Not something you would like to see. The cleaning guy was standing right at our door at 10AM while I was waiting for the water to flow through the bathroom so that I can take a shower. The host kept calling and messaging till I vacated my room at 10.20 AM Thank you! If you want real value of your hard earned money- please please avoid this place.

A Alessia é muito atenta e o retorno online é muito rápido, o que é muitíssimo importante para quem está em um local onde não existem funcionários presentes. O local é muito completo e bem pensado suprindo as necessidades mais imediatas de quem chega de uma viagem longa e cansativa! Disponibilizar chá e um lanche rápido é de grande valia principalmente quando chegamos já tarde da noite e não temos fôlego para sair a procura mercados ou locais para refeições! Centro Comercial, mercado, cafeteria tudo muito próximo. Não faltou nada, passei duas noites e senti-me acolhida! Voltaria e recomendo com toda certeza! Realmente não faltou nada!

• SHUMIN (5/5): It's a 10-minute walk from Rome Central Station. The bathroom has a slight odor and the water flow is rather slow. -
• Gianni (9/5): TUTTO PERFETTO. STRUTTURA CONSIGLIATISSIMA - Contatti con staff tramite whatsapp (Livia presente e gentilissima). Posizione strategica e sicura anche di sera. Camera davvero molto pulita. Avvisando lo staff è stato possibile fare il chekin più di un'ora prima dell'orario previsto. Poco prima dell'arrivo, lo staff invia un wathsapp con il codice di una box per le chiavi posta fuori della porta della struttura. Si inserisce il codice, si prendono le chiavi e si può iniziare il soggiorno. Sistema semplice e pratico. Nonostante non fosse prevista colazione c'erano brioches, caffè, caramelle, patatine e cioccolatini a disposizione degli ospiti. Vengono fornite anche ciabattine in tessuto usa e getta, dischetti struccanti e cottonfioc. La doccia aveva solo il soffione in alto e non il doccino a mano, un po' scomoda. Probabilmente è stata una dimenticanza, ma ci è stata fornita solo una saponettina e non sapone liquido o shampo. Sono comunque solo piccolezze.
• Mikis88 (8/5): Soggiorno tranquillo in una casa accogliente! - Appartamento accogliente, funzionale, pulito e ben organizzato per farti stare come a casa. Piccola cucina con tutto il necessario per spuntini veloci, snack dolci\salati, caffe e tisane sempre a disposizione (non del discount come spesso accade), saletta comune adiacente alla cucina per gustarsi una pausa fuori dalla stanza. Camera pulita, di ottime dimensioni e con tutto il necessario per riporre quanto necessario a soggiornare senza disordine. Bagno pulito e in linea con la stanza. Self check-in e accesso tramite box chiavi ben spiegato via WhatsApp prima dell'arrivo e comunque host sempre disponibile e celere nelle risposte. Ottima la posizione sia per tour a piedi del centro che tramite metro e bus. In zona moltissimi locali di ogni genere dove mangiare e diversi supermarket a due passi.

• AitorRaMa (4/5): Don't expect too much for the price. - Not much to say. It's a small room, with individual bathroom. The location is nice and you have a common kitchen with coffee maker and some small things to prepare breakfast. The self-check in is very easy and the host provided clear instructions, the communication was fine. The bathroom is old and as it's an old building the pipes smell. The hot water pressure in the shower is almost none. The walls are so thin so you hear literally everything. I travelled with my gf for her bday, so I requested them to place a bottle of prosecco in the room (I let them know with enough time and I told them I would obviously pay for that), they said they will arrange but when we entered the room there was nothing prepared, plus the room was not ready yet.

• Hrytsenko (1/5): Не рекомендую - Расположение хорошее. Близко к вокзалу Номер выходит на внутренний двор, откуда стоял ужасный запах еды и гриля 24/7. В номере было постоянно нечем дышать и открыть окно нельзя. Вещи не сохнут из-за плохой вентиляции . Вместо одеяла был плед, который не стирается после гостей, маленькая тонкая простынь не помогала отделить контакт с этим пледом. А без него спать было иногда прохладно. Душ был только верхний грибок, и помыться не намочив волосы нереально. Уборка за 4 дня была раз и только в одном из двух номеров. При заселение с нас взяли дополнительно 160 евро за полотенца, так как были 3 шт на 6 человек на 2 номера и мы попросили дополнительно. При выселении нам не предоставили инвойс в необходимом формате для бухгалтерии. Так же рано утром приходила полиция и заходили смотреть в номера, в наш тоже заходили. А после этого долго стояли под дверям и громко разговаривали, не давая поспать. Хозяйка сказала это в порядке вещей у них.

• ErKna (5/5): Lüftungslärm - Die Lage nahe beim Bahnhof ist günstig. Es gibt auch nette Lokale in der Nahe. In unserem Zimmer war es durch die Lüftung des nahen Restaurants ca. ab 9:00 bis 23:00 laut. Der Boden vibriert und die Dinge auf dem Tisch klapperten. Das war unangenehm. Das Angebot in der Gemeinschaftsküche war erfreulich, könnte aber mit etwas mehr Geschirr - es war nur 1 Buttermesser da- leicht verbessert werden.

• Terjuhana (9/5): Convenient location, friendly owners - Not far from the station Termini (not very close, to walk 8-10 min.) The rooms are not very spacious, but everything we need is here. Value for money is absolutely adequate. The owners are friendly (two ladies- Livia and Alessia). Full self- service from check- inn to check out. Communication by WhatsApp and phone. We received all necessary information, and we had not problems finding the entrance and keys. Livia kindly allowed us to leave our bags in the room before check- inn time.

• Екатерина (8/5): В целом было очень приятно остановиться здесь. Если буду в Риме снова — уже есть приятное место! - Расположение великолепное, рядом есть рестораны и большой торговый центр. Вид из окна тоже был достаточно приятный! Отдельно порадовала возможность приготовить тосты, кофе, чай на маленькой кухне, или взять бесплатные снеки. Номер был чистый в начале, но за всё время никто дополнительно его не убирал (даже мусор).

• Monica (10/5): Quando tornerò a Roma, controllerò prima di tutto se c'è disponibilità di posti qui - Ci siamo trovati benissimo: struttura pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort (compresa la piccola cucina e la sua dotazione di dolcetti vari), che ti fa sentire veramente "a casa". E location perfetta: zona tranquilla, comodissima per la stazione e strategica per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città

• VOLKAN (10/5): - Posso dire che questo è stato il posto più perfetto in cui abbia mai soggiornato durante i miei viaggi in Italia. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi passi dalla Stazione Termini. Le camere sono pulitissime e ordinate, e Alessia ha pensato a ogni dettaglio. È molto gentile e disponibile, e ci sono piccole sorprese in cucina. Come ospite, tutto è stato perfetto. I can say that this was the most perfect place I've stayed in during my travels in Italy. The location is fantastic, walking distance to Termini Station. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and Alessia has thought of every detail. She's very kind and helpful, and there are little surprises in the kitchen. As a guest, everything was perfect.

Precisavam deixar mais papel higiénico no alojamento. Compatível com a quantidade de pessoas e dias que passam no local. Fora isso estava tudo perfeito.

• Linda (7/5): Nice but needs some improvements. - Breakfast was basic but ok. Hosts were good. Location is very good near to buses, taxi’s, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and hop on hop off bus. Bed was reasonably comfortable. The shower was way too small, only one bed was made up when we specifically booked the triple room so we would have 2 beds. Two adults are not always a couple. The welcome drinks were a nice idea but a bottle opener to open them would’ve been handy. There was a lot of dust in the foyer area from nearby construction which didn’t make it very welcoming.

• Kate (10/5): Exceptional - Everything!!!! Location was amazing, the property was very clean and beds super comfortable. Also Netflix on TV was a plus. Also we loved the coffee machine in kitchen.
• Pavla (9/5): Great stay, amazing host and nice property! - Amazing host that let us check in early in the morning instead of waiting until the check in time! :) Spacious and clean room, all amenities available. Apartment is close to central station and bus stops. There is a grocery store nearby and couple of restaurants around. There is no sound proofing of the rooms so you are easily included in what the neighbors are up to. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
• Richard (8/5): Good value. Great Location. Perfect for a night in Rome. - Great location. Simple but clean and functional. Would absolutely stay there again. It was good value for the money.
• Florian (10/5): Exceptional - Host is very attentive. Room for 3 persons is fine. Good location to visit Roma and easy transfer from and to Airport. I recommend termini Suite Inn Rome.
• Tracey (10/5): Perfect place to stay when visiting Rome - Perfect place to stay. Close to the train and bus stations and lots of lively eating places too.
• Marek (10/5): A little piece of affordable luxury in a great location - The owner actually met us earlier and waited for us until we got to the apartment on foot. She showed us the room, wished us a great stay in Rome, absolutely lovely. The room was very tidy and very comfortable. The apartment was packed with delicious snacks. There was one rather long-going party upstairs one night but hardly something to hold against the accommodation. Just keep it in mind and perhaps pack a pair of earplugs.
• Antonio (7/5): Good value by the Termini station - 10 min walk from Termini station. Very sweet and useful host that. You'll find some welcome snacks and something to eat for breakfast every day. It's inside a condo with not too thick of a door separating your room from others. Soundproofing is not the best!
