• Mirjam (10/5): Ein ganz tolles Haus! - Ein ganz tolles Hotel! Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Personal ist durchweg sympathisch und sehr zuvorkommend! Tolle und hochwertige Auswahl beim Frühstück. Fast die gesamte Minibar ist im Zimmerpreis kostenlos inkludiert und wird jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt. Außerdem ist auch der Eintritt in die wunderschöne Tamina Therme inkludiert (und der würde normalerweise um die 60CHF pP kosten). Auch der hoteleigene Spabereich ist sehr schön. Nichts - es war alles super!

• Olga (10/5): Amazing weekend - A truly beautiful and grand hotel with a rich sense of history. The location is wonderful, making it perfect for enjoying the surroundings. The bar is exceptional, offering stunning views along with excellent food. I also loved the variety of restaurants and the beautiful decor in each of them—it adds so much character to the experience. The room was newly renovated, stylish, and very comfortable, with a bed that made it easy to fully relax. The spa is absolutely fantastic and a real highlight of the stay. We enjoyed every single moment at the hotel.

Sollte früher möglich sein Im zimmer kleenex und früchteschale leer. Exkl nachtessen, das sind wir uns nicht gewohnt. Parkplatz für fr 35.- überrissen. Terrasse schmutzige tische, über 45min nicht gereinigt worden und lange wartezeiten.

• Spencer (10/5): Unrivalled luxury and world-class wellness - The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were professional, welcoming and incredibly courteous. We particularly loved the spa facilities; the marble styling of the main pool and the impressive waterfall area provided a real sense of occasion. Breakfast at Verve by Sven was another highlight. The food was prepared with great care and the unique pod seating made the experience feel very exclusive. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind in total comfort.

Not tasty, not well seasoned and for one plate in particular overcooked and uneatable. Really disappointing experience. Staff wasn’t particularly nice either. - A section of the spa was naked only - which I understand is traditional and rooted in the culture - but that prevented us from fully enjoying the spa
• Dina (9/5): Excellent but parts of our stay disappointed us - - Breakfast was exceptional and best part I think (range of options, freshness, quality, settings with view outside, large seating area) - Porters excellent and very friendly courteous - Spa area great, room very big (great pillow options for added luxury and optionality) - Testing of swimming pool water gave assurance of hygiene being reviewed - Public Spa area had different massagers underwater than the Hotel guest area which made me feel as though if your a Hotel guest you had less which should in a way be the opposite! - Sauna World which is much larger than the 2 or 3 Sauna's/Steam room in Hotel Guest area is a naked only area. As a Brit, I was aware of this in terms of German spa's but given the international status of the hotel, I would expect some leniency given the international guests staying? In addition, the Sauna World was mixed sex, my older mother wasn't comfortable with this. A member of the public came after us to tell us that swimwear was not allowed after missing the signage for this. It was very disappointing as a large reason for booking was for her to experience the Sauna's and Experience showers and she wasn't able to. I made sure to double check with a few different members of staff regarding the enforcement of no swimwear and they confirmed so. I ended up using the Sauna World but only because I wanted to get full value of my stay and it would be extremely upsetting if I had travelled a long way to not be able to enter. Furthermore, I had seen a male (wearing boxer shorts, a female not naked (with towel on), a further male (towel on) in the sauna's so this felt exceptionally unfair given the fact that my mother couldn't experience the sauna's but others were seemingly allowed to enter non naked?! if a rule is there, it should be enforced but not half enforced as people have travelled a long way to experience the full breadth of Spa. - Reception/check in staff could be a bit friendlier - A hotel guest was videoing in the swimming pool area and taking selfies, pictures, she continued in the jacuzzi until eventually another hotel guest told her it was not allowed. This made me feel uncomfortable given she was videoing the swimming pool as I was swimming! no warning by staff and staff around.

• Alex (10/5): Nice for short-term stay - Hot thermal water in adults pool, gym, outdoor pool, spa entertainments in Tamina Therme, family spa (but the water here is only 32 degree) big medical center, nature, fresh juices on breakfast, mountain view, cleanness, spa, hair service, ski resort in 15 min Namun Restaurant kitchen, Kindervilla care service, for staying more then 1 nigh it is too small children menu in Olives (I recommend to copy children menu from Carlton Hotel St. Moritz - they really love small guests and provide wide range of food, so it is easy to stay more than 1 night)

Kindervilla: Mrs. Manuella made an impression of nonreliable, not attentive to a child, tired from work babysitter who isn't able to find a warm contact with a kid in kinderclub room. I even cancelled my next weekend as there is no possibility to visit warm thermal Helenabad with children (family spa water is only 32 grad) and no more trust to kindervilla's "care".

I'd wish to thank the staff at the reservation office Ms. Florencia Bianchini, for her effective and kind assistance in extending my stay with the resort. She and her colleagues were working non-stop during the holidays to help guests, I am deeply grateful. I'd also wish to thank the cleaning lady Smilja Atanasković for her service. These people that I name here represent the best, in my opinion, of the devotion and the high level of professionalism of the staff of the resort. I love this resort, which I have kept coming back since 15 years now. Bravo, to be continued! I wish the resort and all the staff more prosperity and success in the New Year!

The hotel was fully booked, but we never felt it crowded or full of people. Very comfortable stay. We also loved the Christmas decorations. The service was good everywhere - hotel, spa, at breakfast and dinner. We expected a bit more from breakfast- for example barista made coffee, the coffee that was served from a coffee machine was quite cheap at taste; better pastry like croissants.

Am Abend haben wir im Olives d’Or gegessen: gehobene italienische Küche, geschmacklich absolut top. Wir haben nicht gross auf den Preis geachtet und wurden mit einem Essen belohnt, das wir mit 8,5 von 10 Punkten bewerten würden. Für zwei Personen lagen wir bei rund 300 CHF, was der Qualität entspricht. Das Frühstück à la carte war grundsätzlich gut, auch wenn der Service an diesem Morgen nicht ganz mithalten konnte – wir wurden zuerst einige Minuten übersehen und die Bestellung war nicht vollständig. Sollte auf diesem Level nicht passieren.

• Vallo (9/5): - Hommikusöök oli väga hea. Spa oli hea. Hotell puhas ja suur. Ma ei saanud aru, miks peab Šveitsi hotellis kirjutama juhised venekeeles? Siis võiks juba ju igas keeles kirjutada, kui uus klient tuleb. Äkki "suur" rahvas õpib ise mõne muu keele peale Vene ja vägivalla. Venelasi oli ka liiga palju seal hotellis, kas nad siia kodumaad "kaitsma" ei peaks teise riigi territooriumil sõdides?
• Daniel (9/5): - Sehr guter Stil, der sich konsequent durchzieht Trotz 2 maligem Nachfragen beim Frühstück wurde die Eierspeise nicht serviert. Schade für das sonst einwandfreie Frühstücks-Buffet
• Anna (9/5): Wow. - Es ist mit Abstand das schönste und schickste Hotel in dem wir je waren. Dieses Hotel hat sich die 5 Sterne wirklich verdient. Kleines Detail - nebst dem Hotelzimmer bezahlt man 32.- für den Parkplatz / Nacht. Bei diesem Preis könnte man auch erwarten, dass das im Preis inbegriffen ist.
• Christina (9/5): Bis auf Frühstück alles top - Äusserst freundliches Personal Therme Frühstück mit Wartezeit und Wartsaalcharakter. Ich empfehle die Option der Zimmer ohne Frühstück anzubieten, sie haben ja eh zu wenig Tische für alle. Bei 5 Stern und in dieser Preisklasse ist dieses Szenario nicht opportun. • AIkaterini (10/5): Amazing, relaxing weekend. We felt welcome and well looked after. - Comfortable room and particularly comfortable bed and pillows (which normally cause issues the first night away from home). Excellent choice of breakfast to accommodate all tastes and needs and the staff at the breakfast restaurant were very attentive. Excellent choice of hotel spa and Tamine thermal spa (which gave access to all areas). Only one encounter with a waiter at the lobby bar (close to reception), who even though he claimed he understood German better than English, this was not the case. The interaction was not as expected or as we had experienced with everyone else in the hotel.
