- Jens (8/5): Super für einen Ausflug nach Mailand um alle Ziele rund um das Zentrum gut zu erreichen. Wenn Waschbecken und Wasserhahn - Viel Platz. Super Lage. Bequemes Bett. Klimaanlage wärmt auch. Sauber bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Küche voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher und Esspressomaschine Manche Steckdosen wacklig. Die Heizkörper waren zu klein für die Größe der Räume vor allem im Badezimmer. Waschbeckenablfuss im Bad sehr verschmutzt und Wasserhahn im Bad sehr verkalkt und tropft

Probablement le meilleur hébergement que j'ai eu . Le processus d’enregistrement un peu compliqué mais justifié par la qualité de l'hébergement

- Francesco (5/5): Worst check in process ever experienced - Good location, spacious and beautiful apartment. Worst check in process ever experienced. You need to take a live selfie through their web portal for all the occupants before getting check in instructions, and they request it at least 24 hours in advance. Basically, if you are two persons traveling separately and meeting in Milan, you are screwed... Bed not comfortable, with awkward access on one side.

The elevators were fun:) The host was very responsive. The front gate code didn’t seem to work consistently. Fortunately others were coming into the building

Booking had forgotten to send us the instructions to recover the keys. Thankfully our host helped us with no delay as Booking had not done its job.

The interior is amazing, the bed and the sofa bed comfortable. The stay was an absolutely amazing, not to mention the welcoming team. Ernesto went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we had a pleasant stay. From checking us in, responding to all messages immediately to recommending a taxi service and a bus transfer to the airport. If I visit Milan in the future, I will be staying here again! There was not a single bit I disliked.
