• Özlem Tania (4/5): - Unacceptable living conditions and lack of basic amenities ​I cannot recommend this property due to the lack of basic amenities and poor living conditions. The room is extremely small (approximately 10 sqm) and lacks even the essentials for a comfortable stay, such as a kettle, fridge, or even a water glass. The hygiene standards were questionable, with unpleasant odors in the linens. Additionally, there is constant noise from the heating system, making it impossible to rest. While the staff were polite and well-intentioned, the physical state of the facility and the total absence of basic amenities make it an unsuitable place for anyone expecting a standard level of comfort. Look for better options elsewhere.

• Luigi (9/5): Comodo e sereno - Ci hanno salvati dal dormire per strada, abbiamo avuto una bruttissima esperienza con un b&b in zona centro e siamo passati al hotel driti. Non ci aspettavamo nulla di che in quanto ci serviva semplicemente un posto per dormire, ma è stata una bellissima scoperta. Quando torneremo a Tirana, andremo al Driti New Bazaar.

• Dan (1/5): Simply awful - The location was OK. Everything. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The hotel next door has a similar name and it might be 4 star but this one is not. My room was on the third floor. There was no lift. The steps were narrow and the handrails were not secure.
• Luca (4/5): Worst hotel ever! - The location is great, as it is close to the New Bazaar, making it very convenient for reaching restaurants and the city center. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Furthermore, communication prior to arrival was prompt and comprehensive. I do not usually leave negative reviews, but this was hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First of all, my room was located on the 8th floor and there was no elevator. It was completely impossible and exhausting to reach it with a suitcase. The room was also incredibly dirty. I tried to look for a clean sheet, but the one I found was filthy, and the mattress protector did not even cover the whole mattress. To make matters worse, the curtains were poorly fitted, and while I was taking a shower, a piece of plaster literally detached from the wall. On top of that, there is a serious safety issue: one morning, the door handle broke off in my hand. Since I was completely alone on my floor and the reception is rarely staffed, it would have been impossible to call for help if I had been trapped inside. I strongly advise against staying at this property.

• Arsieni (5/5): ottima posizione ma scarsa pulizia e sicurezza - Molto buona la posizione per la vicinanza ai punti di interesse della città. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Nella struttura appena arrivati abbiamo notato che la stanza non è stata pulita così come nei giorni seguenti. Bagno sopratutto poco curato e poco pulito con assenza di carta igienica e asciugamani che però andavano ogni volta richiesti allo staff come lo è stato per il phon. La luce principale della stanza non totalmente funzionante dato che non è stato possibile accenderla in alcune occasioni. Erano in dotazione delle ciabatte che però non erano usa e getta quindi per noi poco igienico. Abbiamo trovato anche campioncino usato sul mobile. Scale molto pericolose con corrimani rotti e poco sicuri. Chiederei soprattutto un attenzione in più per le chiavi della stanza perché l’anello per tenerle unite era rotto e può esserci il rischio di perderle.

It's very noisy if you open the window, but you have to because the tobacco smoke is terrible. 3. It's cold and there's nothing to cover yourself with. 4. They charge an extra 3% on top of the booking price. 5. When paying with a MasterCard in euros, they said you can't select euros, but rather their local currency. This is a conversion. Generally speaking, such financial fraud is unacceptable.

Vi havde et intenst program i Beograd, og jeg havde ikke set, at hotellet havde bedt mig om at bekræfte ankomsten igen, som ellers allerede var bekræftet én gang. Det fik jeg derfor ikke gjort. Da vi fire ankom, fik vi besked om, at vores værelser var blevet givet til andre gæster, fordi jeg ikke havde sendt en bekræftende mail. Vi var alle meget chokerede, da jeg aldrig har oplevet noget lignende før. Jeg havde ikke afbestilt hotellet, og jeg forstår ikke, hvorfor de annullerede fire værelser på den måde, da ikke alle gæster er ens.

Portatevi le ciabatte da casa per fare la doccia. Loro vi lasciano delle ciabatte (che servono se no rischi di farti male cadendo) però vedendo come erano le lenzuola e le coperte non sapevamo se fidarci o meno anche dell ciabatte

Ho fatto un intervento e l’ho passato in tranquillità, la posizione della struttura perfetta. Raggiungi tutto facilmente a piedi o in autobus volendo. Ribadisco sullo staff che sono contenta perché mi hanno fatto stare tranquillissima, la loro gentilezza e disponibilità sin dal primo momento prontezza a risolvere eventuali intoppi. Sono sicura che tornerò in questo hotel nel mio prossimo viaggio. Ve lo consiglio vivamente questo hotel. Inoltre per qualsiasi dubbio puoi scrivere e loro ti rispondo il più subito possibile, perfetto! La verità purtroppo la rete internet non andava bene per cui mi hanno cambiato stanza e li ringrazio però penso che ci sia da migliorare la qualità della rete e magari avere un frigo piccolo nella stanza sarebbe utile.da migliorare la sicurezza sulle scale. E non so se si possa migliorare però si sente a volte un po il rumore delle ventole durante la notte. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

• Anca Daniela (6/5): Habitación cómoda pero sin lo necesario - El alojamiento muy bien ubicado literalmente a 15 minutos de la plaza principal y las chicas de recepción siempre muy agradables Empezando por la dificultad de acceder a las habitaciones pero bueno eso no es lo importante al llegar la habitacion por la ventana entraba frío y se abría sola de noche y también que no hay ducha la ducha está al lado de la taza del vater sin nada que lo separe y básicamente no te puedes ni duchar también no había rollos de papel en el baño y se notaba que estaba todo con polvo pero bueno quitando eso por 3 días pagamos 63 euros en efectivo y bueno tampoco pretendíamos un hotel de lujo para dormir pero si un poco más cuidado.

Italiano🇮🇹 Il proprietario o chi per lui, dopo avergli comunicato che sarei arrivato in serata verso le 22:00 ha ben deciso di chiudere l'hotel, nonostante sulle loro informazioni fosse scritto che la chiusura era alle 23:00. La cosa più scandalosa è che io prima di prendere l aereo gli ho scritto che sarei arrivato in serata. Per fortuna c'era un altro hotel chiamato Bazaar Inn, il personale super qualificato e dopo avergli spiegato la situazione ci hanno fatto anche un piccolo sconto. NON FIDATEVI DI QUEST UOMO come ho fatto io,perché è un menefreghista assoluto non ci ha nemmeno chiesto scusa Albanese 🇦🇱 Pronari, ose dikush që vepron në emër të tij, pasi e informoi se do të mbërrija atë mbrëmje rreth orës 22:00, vendosi ta mbyllte hotelin, edhe pse informacioni i tyre thoshte se mbyllej në orën 23:00. Gjëja më skandaloze është se para se të nisesha, i shkrova se do të mbërrija atë mbrëmje. Për fat të mirë, kishte një hotel tjetër të quajtur Bazaar Inn. Stafi ishte super profesional dhe, pasi na shpjeguan situatën, na dhanë edhe një zbritje të vogël. MOS I BESONI KËTIJ BURRI siç i bëra unë. Inglese 🇬🇧 The owner, or whoever, after informing him that I would be arriving that evening around 10:00 PM, decided to close the hotel, even though their information stated that it closed at 11:00 PM. The most scandalous thing is that before flying, I wrote to him that I would be arriving that evening. Luckily, there was another hotel called Bazaar Inn. The staff was super professional, and after explaining the situation, they even gave us a small discount. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN like I did, because he is a total indifferent person; he didn't even apologize.

• Michael (8/5): A convenient, comfy & friendly place to stay in the centre of Tirana.. but be careful of the stairs - This hotel is in a very nice location: just 15 minutes walk or so to Skanderbeg Square, a few minutes walk from the restaurants at New Bazaar, and with two cafes even nearer at hand. The young woman working the check-in was very helpful; she even helped us take out bags up toi the room (on 3rd/US 4th floor) The stairs... too steep and too narrow.. and some of the handle/railing was a bit loose. Also the main light switch too "finesse" to get it to come on (must be a loose wire connection in the switch)

Molto sporco, mobilio vecchio e fatiscente, aria condizionata centralizzata molto rumorosa che non si poteva neppure spegnere che non mi ha fatto chiudere occhio per tutta la notte, affaccio su strada principale molto rumorosa. Pessimo. Unica cosa positiva che ho prenotato per 5 notti ma dopo la prima notte ho deciso di andarmene e le 4 notti non utilizzate mi sono state rimborsate.
