Yvo (1/5): Stresfull and full of unpleasant suprises - Owner lied to us on numerous occasions about when we could enter and leave. He wanted us to switch every day from apartment to apartment and canceled the last day when we already arrived. It was very stressful en he was very unpleasant to talk to. Never going here again. Contacted booking about it and they refunded part of my cost. A 10 out of 10 for the booking.com service and a 1 for the owner of this apartment

Accessing drinking water, kitchen stuff, ac controls - all were left for us to manage on our own. 5) Minimal help for local information

Toilet amenities were provided and water pressure is good. The room has a very musty smell, the living room and the bed are not clean. Water dispensers cooling system wasn’t working. Bed sheets were hanging cluttered blocking a view on the balcony. At night is quite noisy.

Inês (1/5): Worst experience in years of booking - This was the worst experience in a booking ever. At one point we thought the host was just joking because it was not possible to have such a bad service. Before we did the check in we asked about the “free” pool and were informed that it not really free. Because we hadn’t paid yet he said he would get us tickets for us to enjoy it. After paying he informed us that he could get us the tickets but we would have to go to the next building to get them and pay for it. The same confusion happened about a second night we had to stay there. Before we paid it was one thing, after it was another thing. The apartment was not clean, there was dust, stained walls, hairs in furniture and body hair. At one point, the cleaning lady knocked on the door and started to come in the apartment even while we were telling not to get in. She ignored us and went to the bathroom, closed the door and was there opening doors and taking stuff while we asked her to come back later because we were not comfortable with that. Come and stay at your own risk, maybe everything will be ok, but if there is something wrong, believe me, it will only get worst.
Myc.a18 (9/5): Superb - very spacious room. value for money The person handling the reservation made us wait 45 mins to get accommodated to the room. We were from a long flight and super tired. Plus on the second day, we were asked to move in different room. such an inconvenience! some language barrier that they dont communicate well. Plus, they wanted to be paid only thru cash.
Anastasios (8/5): I would stay again if I stayed more than a week . - location , space , detergents and shampoo, shower gel included, water tank , smart tv. kitchen needed more equipment, check in takes time . they made mistake thinking we check out one day earlier and cleaning lady came and start cleaning asking when we check out. no luggage storage available. pool extra cost .

Lam (3/5): Poor - There is a kid playground in the building. Washing machine is available On the description, they said they had crib and swimming pool. However, no cribs and visitors have to pay 100,000d for swimming pool entrance. They never mentioned that only residents get access to swimming pool in Booking.com description.Can it be considered like fake advertising? You can tell how clean the floor is by look at your dirty feet at the end of the day. It doesn't meet the standard of a paid accommodation. There is old herbal tea in the kettle which makes me question about the house keeping actually clean the apartment. This apartment was running by individual so they took the money you got appointment password. Don't expect any helpful assistance one they got the money Location is not that great for people visit Hanoi Old Quarters every day like us. $25 hotel could be better than this apartment 🤔
