• Tia (4/5): Disappointing - Our stay at this two-bedroom apartment in La Tejita, Tenerife was unfortunately very disappointing. We stayed for seven nights as a group of four, and the overall standard of the accommodation fell well below expectations. The furniture and appliances were of poor quality, with several items either damaged or falling apart. For example, the shower head detached and hit us on two separate occasions, and other fixtures such as the fridge and taps were clearly not properly maintained. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable—hard and thin, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Cleanliness and upkeep were also concerns with the rooms being very dusty. The communal hallway had an unpleasant smell, and there was a noticeable issue with flies at the entrance to the building. Safety was another major issue, as the patio doors in every room did not lock properly, which was very worrying. Communication with the owner was extremely poor. Messages were ignored when we needed assistance, including when we were unable to access the property. Despite this lack of support, we were then asked to leave 35 minutes before the stated check-out time, which felt unreasonable. Basic provisions were inadequate for a week-long stay for four people—only one bin bag, a very small amount of detergent, and just two rolls of toilet paper were provided. While I would normally say “you get what you pay for,” in this case, the experience was so poor that we would not stay here again under any circumstances. Additionally, the surrounding area of La Tejita is still under development and lacks amenities. We also experienced some unpleasant interactions, with a few taxi drivers and service staff coming across as rude and unwelcoming, which further impacted our stay. Overall, we would not recommend this property or the area at this time.

• Istvan (6/5): - A repülőtér közelsége, a közelben, séta távolságra található kisebb bevásárlóközpont sok étteremmel és boltokkal. Szintén séta távolságban egy tündéri kis strand, egy komoly büfével. Remek kilátás a teraszról az óceánra. A szállásadó kommunikációja nem volt kiszámítható, a kulcs átvétel előtt gördülékeny volt, de a kulcs átvétel nagyon nehézkes volt. Jeleztük, hogy mikor fogunk érkezni, akkor már sötét volt. Sok kulcsos széf volt a kapun és utólag derült ki, hogy a mi szállásunk a 7-es számú házban van, de a kulcs a 3-as számú ház előtti boxban volt. A hely lehetett volna nagyon jó, de nem volt az. Az apartmant nem tisztán kaptuk meg, a konyhai edények nagyobb része elhasználtak voltak, a vízforraló elektromos zárlatot okozott, kértem a tartózkodsunk első reggelén, hogy cseréljék ki, de ez 1 hét alatt sem történt meg. Nem volt tusfürdő, mosogatószer, WC papír is alig. Lehetne ez nagyon jó hely, de ígényelne nagy befektetést, csak kis odafigyelést, azt azonban mi nem tapasztaltuk.

• Pa (5/5): ODISEA....... - La ubicación y la tranquilidad, el paisaje. La poca responsabilidad de la gente que lleva el apartamento. Cuando llegamos nos dieron la información del cajetín MAL, les llamo varias veces por tfno y WhatsApp y no contestan tuvimos que dormir en el coche, no me parece normal que no tengan un servicio de atención para estos problemas sabiendo que llegábamos por la noche. Tengo fotos de WhatsApp acreditando el fallo de su información . El sr. Que vino por la mañana lo pudo comprobar pero el decía que el era un empleado.A día de hoy ni una disculpa, pero hemos dormido una noche con una persona de 74 años en un coche, tuvimos que pedirle a una vecina que sacó el perro para que pudiera ir al baño, bueno de pena para olvidar, lo siento mucho pero no repetiría y no lo recomendaría a nadie.
