• Eszter (10/5): Kényelmes, jól felszerelt szállás remek elhelyezkedéssel - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, tiszta és minden szükséges felszereléssel rendelkezik. A kommunikáció Sergióval gyors és gördülékeny volt végig. Külön előny, hogy két hálószoba és két saját fürdőszoba is rendelkezésre áll. A strand kényelmes sétatávolságra van, a város könnyen megközelíthető, ráadásul a közelben egy Mercadona is található, aminek külön örültünk. Nem volt ilyen.

Lo único que no me encanto es la zona ya que el Uber que nos dejo allí nos menciono que no es tan segura las noches y que hay que tener un poco de cuidado, sin embargo esta a 10 minutos caminando de la paya lo cual es increible. Fuera de esto todo estuvo ESTUPENDO, me encanta el self check in, me parece fácil y cómodo

Our stay was a severe health nightmare that resulted in physical illness and an emergency rel - Nothing I am writing this to warn any future travelers: Do not book this property. Our stay was a severe health nightmare that resulted in physical illness and an emergency relocation. 1. Stranded Overnight & Medical Distress: We arrived late at night to find the property in an appalling state. Because it was the middle of the night, we were effectively stranded and forced to stay one night as we had no immediate alternative. During those few hours, the extensive black mold in the bathroom and washing machine caused my wife to suffer from acute respiratory distress and a severe sore throat. We fled the property as soon as it was possible the next day to protect our health. 2. Gross Biohazards: The level of neglect is shocking and dangerous. We discovered human bodily fluids (nasal mucus) smeared on the walls of the living area. This is a clear biological hazard and proof that the property is not sanitized between guests. It is a fundamental violation of basic hygiene standards.
• Lucia (8/5): Cosas que mejorar - El apartamento es miy amplio y tiene todo lo que se necesita. Lo mejor es que tiene lavadora. El barrio no me gusto mucho. Nos dejaron 1 toalla grande y 1 toalla pequeña por persona para 8 dias. A mi opinion es muy poco. En la television los canales no estan programados, solo se ve TVE.

• Marco (8/5): - Ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Vlakbij strand en supermarkt in de buurt. Bedden zijn goed. Kleine badkamer loopt bij douchen onder water omdat het douchegordijn niet goed werkt. Verder misten we wijnglazen. Dakterras is aan de noordzijde dus geen zon in de ochtend. Niet erg maar wanneer het kouder is wel jammer.

• Sarah (8/5): Big apartment in excellent location - Huge apartment in a good location near to the supermarket, beach, and trams to get into the centre of Valencia. Bed in main bedroom was huge and very comfortable. Terrace was great. Having a washing machine was useful. Very clean apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Hot water in shower in largest bathroom didn’t work. Was fine in the smaller one. Requested a cot for the baby but this wasn’t provided. Entry on arrival is via a link to an electronic lock. It didn’t work. Had to call Sergio who was quite rude and said we should’ve read the instructions prior to arriving. We had. The lock wasn’t working. He checked and we’d tried it 12 times. So then he tried to say we weren’t listening for the click to show it was open. Probably because he didn’t want to have to come out to let us in. Luckily a resident was entering with his key and let us in so we were able to get up to the apartment and collect the key from the key safe by the door.

• Anna (9/5): Összeségében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat - Nagyszerű tágas terek, tényleg közel volt a tengerpart:) gyors és egyszerű volt a bejutás A környék sokszor ijesztő volt és koszos. Éppen építkezés volt a szomszédban ami zajos volt. Nem találtunk sem poharat, sem egy pokrócot ami hasznos lett volna este a teraszon.

• Sally (10/5): Fantastic luxury appartmenf - Great location. Nearby shops. Wonderful local beach with lots of bars. Also easy bus access to the city centre. Fabulously decorated apartment,very clean and spacious. It was great to be able to eat as a family on a proper sized table inside or outside. Really comfortable beds and a great sofa for relaxing at the end of the day.

• Salvatore (8/5): CUTE - I liked the Terrance and how clean the place was and big! The only thing was the hot water while showering. Sometimes it was getting cold again while showering and had to wait a while before receiving hot water again! I think the boiler was kit working properly
• Daniela (8/5): Very good - Big spacious apartment, with balcony, 8 min walk to the beach, supermarket (Mercadona) 2 min away very well stocked with everything you might need, plenty of local shops and pharmacies around also. Good connection to metro and bus service if you are looking to visit the main attraction.

• Tanja (10/5): Beautiful roof top! - The appartment was well stocked, nicely decorated and has a beautiful roof terrace. Really appreciated the washing machine! Well connected with public transportation. Awesome bed. in master bedroom. Contact was always quick to resch and very friendly. For people Not as familiar with Spain, it would be nice to have some Information leaflet with e.g. where to deposit the trash, tips for restaurants or else. But this is just the icing on the cake😊
• Serghei (1/5): Bad - Avoid! Badly Deteriorated and Unsafe apartment. Pictures used to advertise this property do not reflect real state of deterioration of this property. Badly maintained. Organic remains on furniture and sofa, stained broken walls and ceilings and mostly everywhere. Cracked, chipped, moving floors unsafe for walking. Black mould and other remains in bathroom. Destroyed blinds all around. Erosions on ceilings and stained walls. Terrace dirty and neglected. No front desk reception whatsoever, contrary to advert. Hosts rude and insulting, with no professional manners. Unsafe for health and safety, hygiene, wellbeing amongst others. We, family of 4, had to check out, for health and safety reasons and left the property within 24 hours. Worst experience ever. Avoid this apartment!
• Jasmine (5/5): Not a great place but is an ok place - One of the beds was comfortable location was close to the beach Floor tiles were broken in the living room, kitchen cabinet shelf fell ontop of my head when it broke, en suite shower full of mould, one of the beds was very low and broken, no glass in kitchen door, outdoor tiles on terrace also broken. Peeling paint in the living room ceiling definitely not as close to the beach as advertised, no fault of the property but a lot of building and digging roads up around the property so quite noisy.
• Pia (7/5): Good - The beds and sofa were super comfy. Check in/check out was fast and uncomplicated. There's mold in the shower of the bigger bathroom. When we arrived there was a bad smell coming from the dishwasher in the kitchen. The filter was super mouldy and we had to clean it before we could use the dishwasher. Some tiles are damaged and the drying rack is broken as well. We would've expected a little more cleanliness for the price of the penthouse.

• Frantisek (10/5): Definitely recommend to travellers with families. - Very spacious and cosy, fully equiped, clean, everything we needed was there including two bathrooms;). Perfect location, close to the beach and public transport. Shop for groceries very close too. Great system with taking over the keys and communication with the owner, which we appreciated due to our late checkin. -

Nice rooms , fresh even with the summer temperatures The taxi that took us to the location told us that the neighbourhood wasn’t safe… but we didn’t have any kind of problem . Also there were a lot of taxi problems on the whole city to have taxis

Reached the Host to ask for help. Sergio told us to send the mechanic. Nobody was there. Aircondition is still not working at all. It was horrorfying. Never again
• Maiya (2/5): Not a recommended location. - The property itself was lovely and clean and leading up until the day the owner was very useful. The property is not in a safe location. We had three locals in the space of a couple of hours of being there telling us not to stay in that location.

• Iuliana (9/5): Superb - Very nice place, lots of space and full of light. The owner was very kind and helping, unswering fast at all messages. A special thanks for everyting. The apatment is situated realy close from the MalvaRosa Beach. A Mercadona supermarket is at walking range. Good connection to City center by bus. Valencia is one of our favorite cities în Europe, so for sure we will go again.
