• Juelem (7/5): Pasable - La ubicación. A nada de la plaza San Marcos andando. Supermercado cerca. Es espacioso Al menaje le tuvimos que dar un agua porque no estaba limpio. Había mosquitos y en las paredes muchos restos de mosquitos muertos.
• alain (4/5): appartement tres bien situé mais a eviter a cause d echafaudages non signalés devant les fenetres! - emplacement central tres proche de la place st marc et du rialto. presence d un echafaudage juste sous les fenetres cote chambre et cuisine non signalé par le loueur qui a fait preuve de mauvaise foi en pretendant l ignorer! montage d un deuxieme echafaudage cote cour dès le 2eme jour avec presence d ouvriers et perte totale d intimite dans l appartement.

• Jing (8/5): Good location and charming apartment. - Location No instructions for rubbish disposal and how to use the induction stove. Sofa bed is uncomfortable.
• Dovile (9/5): Superb location and spacious apartment - We arrived late and used self check-in which was easy and quick. The apartment was spacious and cosy. Anyway, we only slept there. The greatest of all was the location - in the absolute center of Venice! Just 5 minutes walk to Sr. Mark's square, the Basilica, Doge's palace and other attractions. It was so convenient to come back for a refresh before going out for the night. The toilet lid needs to be fixed, the rest was just fine!

• Kate (10/5): Great location, beautiful apartment, wonderful staff. - The best thing was the location - only 2 minutes walk from St. Mark’s Square! The apartment was spacious and attractive. The staff looking after the property were so helpful, particularly Mirco, who helped us out with an issue - very much appreciated. It’s a little dark inside, but that can’t be helped because of it’s location in a small street.

• Corine (9/5): Super stay - The location was excellent. The apartment was very clean and the bed super comfy apart from the the few inconveniences stated below it was brilliant. The only slight negative was a lack of kitchen utensils, pans and microwavable dishes. The toilet seat also wasn't attached to the toilet.

Radiator didnt work in teh bedroom and only on third day did we get a heater in near freezing temperatures outside.

Would have given 10/10 but it took us 2 days to find the light switch hidden behind a unit, very dark entrance to stairs going up to apartment. A note would have been great.

• William (1/5): A very disappointing and upsetting stay at this apartment - Fairly good location Maintenance and cleanliness a very big issue-dirty floors including hair and dead moths, filthy shower tray and shower doors, blocked shower drain with other guests' hair and sludge, brown stains in spare pillows/bedding, shower hanging off the wall, towel rail falling apart, bulbs fused, toilet seat broken, bedroom light broken. Dangerous check in and entrance to the flat as there is no light switch at bottom of the stair so you have go up in the dark to find the switch. This could cause someone to hurt or fall going up hard stairs in the dark. One of us did trip going up in the dark and almost fell backwards as there is no handrail. No instructions on how to use the hob, television or air conditioning. Kitchen very poor, holes in the table cloth cover, blunt knives, no dishwasher tablets or spare bin bags. Main bed in bedroom is in two parts and moves about all over the place over the wooden floor. There is no broom or mop to keep the floors clean during any stay. Toiletries are not provided as per flat profile, only toilet rolls are provided nothing else. On the face of it this should be a nice holiday apartment but I found it to be in a terrible state and messages and photos to the hosts were ignored, they communicated before arrival with a one sheet guide on how to get in and to collect the city tax but after that I was ignored. There is no excuse for presenting this flat in such a terrible condition, it was very upsetting to be faced with this during a holiday we had worked so hard for and to be ignored by the hosts.

• Loretta (9/5): Superb - Loved the modern apartment and its location. Close to both Rialto and San Marco. The apartment is spacious for Venice and the sofa bed is comfortable, should you need to accomodate a third person. Hosts are very responsive. Highly recommend this accomodation and can't wait to return. While the following things are minor, I think the place would benefit from an instruction sheet to cover items like how the stove top works, how rubbish collection works in Venice, basic cleaning products in the kitchen, etc.
• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Location excellent, appartment's size was great for 3 people, more than enough. Very secure location and access to the appartment. 2 air cons than kept the place cool. A nice bathroom and very comfortable space.
