• Richard (8/5): Heel fijn. - Foto = werkelijkheid. Ruim, netjes Geen koffiemachine. Voor ieder kop verplicht naar buiten. Is duur en vooral onhandig. 1 bed is én heel erg smal voor 2 volwassenen én heel hard matras. Moet wel beter.
• Costantino (7/5): - 1. Position of the apartment is just perfect to visit London 2. Nice value for the price (considering that it's London) 3. Clean apartment 1. The bed in the master bedroom is awful, you can feel the springs sticking out. I’ve seen many reviews mentioning this, but it seems the owner hasn’t addressed the issue. 2. The window seals were damaged. We were lucky to have good weather, but if the temperature drops, the apartment can get quite cold (and noisy). 3. Before arrival, on a Saturday night, I received an email with a link to pay the deposit, stating that if I didn’t pay within 24 hours, check-in could be denied. Really? 4. They also sent an email saying that check-in could be denied if I didn’t show the credit card used to pay the deposit. Really? I contacted Booking, and they confirmed that the host is not allowed to do this.

• flavien (3/5): Good location in an ageing property with broken windows letting in cold and noise. - Great location, large space, and lots of natural light The property definitely needs a refit, especially the windows, some of which are broken. We discovered during the first night that it was impossible to close most of the windows because the mechanisms were broken. This meant that cold air and noise from the street came directly inside, particularly in the main bedroom. The bed next to the window was very cold, and you could literally hear people walking in the street. We woke up to a temperature of 16°C in the apartment, which is really not acceptable, especially with two young boys. The next morning we contacted the owner to ask for a solution (for example extra blankets), but we only received a vague response and no actual solution. I also noticed that the thermostat of the heater was automatically set to 16°C during the night, which prevented the heater from working properly, in addition to the cold coming from the windows. The owner did not warn us about this, so I had to adjust the thermostat myself. In addition, the property needs some renovation: the bathtub is damaged, the beds are ageing, and the cleaning was not satisfactory. For example, kitchen drawers were sticky, the floor was not properly cleaned, and several areas felt neglected.

Quality of furniture good no wine glasses / water glasses / swish towels or paper towels for kitchen Get the time to collect keys was frustration and do not understand why when there is a 24 hour porter at he building, made the experience of getting in stressful. Other wise very good

• GEORGIOS (10/5): - Ωραία γειτονιά με καταστήματα πρώτης ανάγκης super market , φούρνος κτλ Ο σταθμός του μετρό πάρα πολύ κοντά για άμεση πρόσβαση σε κέντρο και αεροδρόμιο. Το κατάλυμα όπως το δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες και καλύτερο. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Στο μπάνιο θα πρότεινα μια βρύση σε χαμηλό σημείο για να μπορείς να πλύνεις τοπικά σημεία του σώματος.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Agréable et coconing - emplacement, proche du metro, proximité des endroits touristiques, confortable, moderne, 2 chambres avec deux grands lits plus canapé lit dans le salon, idéal pour les familles et deux salles de bains! juste la douche mais c'est typiquement anglais, on pouvait pas utiliser la douche au meme temps dans les deux salles de bain

• Victor (6/5): Nice location, nice property, unusual expectations from the guests. - The location is good - very well connected. This part of London was dirty, but not property's fault :-) The property was very spacious and nice. The property was not particularly clean. In addition, the property managers requested us to thorougly clean after the stay, washing, drying and putting off dishes. They expected us to collect the garbage and throw it otside even if the toilet bins were not equipped with nylon bags - pretty gross. All this - under fear of deducting from a hefty security deposit.

• Theresa (5/5): Great location, overpriced, very uncomfortable bed. Would not stay again. - Excellent location, bright and spacious. Apartment is tired and mattress in bedroom is the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on, needs to be replaced. Duvet cover had holes in it.
• Marc (8/5): Good value and location. With a few minor upgrades like mattresses and showerheads, could be super! - The location of the property was perfect for us. Mere steps away from the Farringdon station and easy walking to many local restaurants. Overall the property was very very clean and very quiet. The mattresses could certainly use an upgrade. Specifically the queen mattress is an inner-spring one and has seen better times. Also the bedframe is a shin-buster. It has a shelf around both sides. Brutal when you're not used to it. Also, the shower experience is a bit rough. The showerheads have a lot of built-up minerals and when anyone else is using water in the apartment (toliet flush, sink, etc.) it slows to a mere trickle.
• Itay (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect, 100m from the underground station, the apartment is big enough for family of five. The water pressure is a bit low.
• Paul (9/5): would recommend to friends and family - Very central with all amenities within 2 mins walk, Choice of trains/tubes so can cover quite a large chunk of London with ease. 3 good beds and plenty of space to relax in after long days out. Unfortunately the TV wasn't connected to the freeview channels so unable to get news and weather, which would have been valuable on the weekend we stayed due to Storm Bert. The manuals on how things work could do with updating. But these are both small on the grand scale of the review, excellent otherwise and will hopefully use again.
• Atinuke (9/5): Fantastic stay, i wish i could have spent more time in the apartment to enjoy the space - The proximity to the train station was a huge bonus. The flat was very clean and had all the amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom wasn't very comfortable.

• Anna (1/5): Bad - We only liked the location We didn't like the fact that there were huge gaps in the windows and the draft coming through was insane! We had to try to put towels in between! 2 of the radiators weren't working so the apartment was freezing every time we came back to it(stayed 3 days) because heating would go automatically off after some time once we left to do our things (was 5 of us including2 children). Tried to contact the girl who met us in property and handed the keys but no answer, then messaged another number that was provided however there was no reply until 2 days after said they will look into it(but never did). Bed in one of the bedrooms was a joke! Wasn't even a proper mattress on it! Sofa bed was also extremely uncomfortable as it was well used!! We even had to empty our bins even though we paid cleaning fee however that was their rules!!
• Alexandra (9/5): Perfect location and fit a group of 5. - Location was amazing and check in was smooth. They accommodated our request for different check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated. The apartment building felt safe and had a security person in the foyer who was very friendly. The apartment furniture is definitely used but it’s ok comfort wise. Two bathrooms was great for our group staying. The sofa bed only sleeps one person. You will hear sounds from the street in the night or morning so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Had to pay a 300£ deposit before the stay and after the stay received most of it back ( I guess some was lost to conversion to euros?)
• T (6/5): Great location - Location. Sizable apartment in London. Good to have 2 bathrooms, but the bathtub is too high esp for elderlies The kitchen needs to be cleaned up, unusable kettle as too dirty. Beds are too soft

• Denisse (7/5): Amazing location but if king bed is not replaced you will not rest. - The location was fantastic with Farringdon station just steps away. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops around. The building felt safe and secure. There were a few cleanliness issues I addressed at the end which they were polite about, but unless they change the King bed I would not stay here. You can feel the springs of the mattress and will wake up just as tired as you went to bed.

• Catarina (1/5): Terrible- left, ended up not staying - incredibly rude and aggressive host/ person who was cleaning tge flat and giving us the key. Flat was not ready at the time agreed and instead of an appology and acknowledgement what we got was an aggressive person saying no, it's not ready, it will be another hour at least, and what are you going to do about it??!! with a physical menancing stance. it was so bad my 3 year old daughter asked to not go back in the flat. tried ringing the host- impossible to get through. they just replied to the texts and within them, accused me of being angry and rude to the cleaning lady. After more than 1 hr on the phone with booking .com customer service, which was useless, we decided to leave. this is just a snippet of what happened. felt unsafe and threatened
• Philip (7/5): A good base but with room for improvement. - The apartment was spacious and convenient for our purposes. When we arrived we were told some refurbishment is needed to bring the bathroom and shower back up to standard. It would have been good to know this in advance rather than on arrival. The bathroom floor tiles were broken and loose and both rooms looked tired and in need of the proposed work. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine etc., but there was no tea towel or kitchen roll to wipe surfaces. The hosts might not view it as there responsibility, but I think we would have felt much more appreciative of their efforts to please had they thought to provide some coffee and tea bags and some fresh milk. We were only staying two days so coffee was more important to us than a washing machine. The wifi proved easy to access but we couldn't get the TV to work, the bedroom curtains didn't open, and one of the blinds in the dining area couldn't be adjusted. Overall these things weren't so troublesome as to spoil our weekend, but we did feel that there was room for improvement.

• Jeannette (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is modern and spacious... 2 min walk fro Farringdon Tube Station - next door to sports bar and many eateries close by, so location is great. Housekeeper Kriszta was lovely we were able to leave bags before check in time. Staff on front desk 24hrs all very friendly. BATHROOM FLOOR TILES VERY DANGEROUS- Cracked and broken. Our three year old Grandaughter was with us so it was very stressful making sure she never went near hole. Second Bathroom toilet seat lid was snapped in half which is shocking considering it would nt cost a lot to be re newed Apartment needs a general spruce up - curtains falling off rails / not meeting together. Blinds are tangled but you can put up/down. TV took a while to decipher no aerial, can get i player etc on wi fi but signal is intermittent. Can be quite a lot of noise from road behind.
