• RAJENDER (9/5): Overall experience has been very good with all family members liking it. - Property was very well presented and clean. Since it was hot weather, would have been nice if the property had centralised air conditioning. Portable Airconditioning hot air venting was pumped back into the room. Cheer.

• Vicky (4/5): Very Very Disappointed - Beautiful place, if it was clean!!! I'm very disappointed. Lovely place, but when we checked in, it was filthy. Both kitchens were dirty, and even pans had to be washed before we could use them. Both ovens upstairs and downstairs were dirty. The anemities had not been replenished. There was food and rubbish left, which we had to clean up. After we left, the owner said we would be reimbursed for the cleaning fee, but I have not received anything, and I have sent my details on numerous occasions. There was no welcome pack, which it states in the booking. Beds were comfortable, but don't stay in the bedroom down on the bottom floor on the right as that bed definitely needs a new mattress. I'm not happy that we slept on that for a week, yuk. There are no wardrobes at the property, so if you need to hang anything, forget it. I'm so disappointed 😞 as this property looks so beautiful, and that's why we booked it.... The photos that I have posted do not match the rooms as these are just some of them, not all. Also, there was no handwash in any of the bathrooms, which should be a minimum in these COVID times, There were only 2 hand towels for the whole place, which was sorted. Only 1 towel per person, although we were staying for a week. I understand that by posting this review, I will definitely not be getting my cleaning fee back. As it hasn't been sent so far even though it was promised, I wasn't getting it anyway....I believe that they are waiting for my review days to expire...not happened...
