• pavi (7/5): Third time here - The hotel is clean and the rooms have nice views Pity my "neighbor" was smoking most of time and I could smell its bad smell from my room.. The staff the last day was very kind; the staff during the check-in was very rude and unpleasant, and they can't deal with Booking website after 5pm. They can't even login... Long check-in time this time and not helpful staff that evening. I thought the breakfast was included, but they don't provide this option on Booking.com. The first night I paid but it's definitely not worth it. Very bad and basic breakfast. It's full of coffee shops nearby, you'd better go there.

Рядом много кафе и удобно добираться на метро до достопримечательностей. Комфорт базовый, но мы сюда приезжаем за красотой города. Она рядом с вами или вам удобно отсюда добираться.

• Meng Fong (7/5): Good location, spacious room but common area with second hand smoke + smell - Short walk to metro station 石路. Located two stations away from SuZhou 火车站, prime location. Walking distance to nearby restaurant and 七里山塘. Room is spacious and good water pressure for shower area. Staff is friendly. We have chosen non smoking room but it’s still surrounded with second hand smoke smell as ash tray is provided in each room as well as near to lift. That’s hardly bearable.

• Christian (7/5): Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage - Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Das beste an dem Hotel ist die zentrale Lage unweit der belebten Straßen. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist insgesamt gut. Das Frühstück bietet für westliche Gäste relativ wenig, aber hungrig bleibt man nicht. Der Kaffee schmeckt nicht und die Teebeutel muß man vom Zimmer bringen.

• Dennis (10/5): Beautiful hotel on a perfect location in Suzhou - What a beautiful Hotel which is very centrally located in Suzhou. Hotel is not on the ground floor, but very good reachable with elevators. They also have a beautiful roof garden on the 5th floor. NA
• Zoe (10/5): Spacious room failure of breakfast - The hotel offers very large, comfortable rooms, which made the stay genuinely pleasant. The overall comfort level is high, and the rooms are ideal for resting, especially for short stays. The staff was kind and willing to assist, and the luggage storage service after check-out was very helpful for travelers who wished to remain in the area. However, communication was extremely difficult due to the clear lack of English-speaking staff. Most importantly, the breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. The quality, variety, and overall experience did not meet even basic standards. It is certainly not worth the 9 EUR cost, and we strongly advise guests to skip breakfast at the hotel and choose an alternative option nearby.

You can hear a bit the noise in the square but that’s inevitable. A couple blocks away from the seven mile street and canals. Easy to get a cab from there to other places like Pingjiang (15min uber/didi vs 1h walk). It was a bit too warm and I couldn’t find a way to lower the heating. Had to open a window, 14th floor though. Speaking of windows, the toilet had a clear glass with a curtain, but certainly less privacy than usual if you go with a friend, not couple. Other than that it’s great.

La habitación que nos tocó parecía anclada en el tiempo y no le vendría mal una renovación, al menos eliminar la moqueta ... el baño no estaba mal. La cama era bastante dura.

С одной стороны, все достаточно чисто, хорошая современная ванная комната, белоснежное белье на кроватях. А с другой - в номере прокурено, как и на этаже в целом, мебель в номере убитая совсем, в ковролин впитался запах сигарет. Ну и минимум всего для заварки чая: 2 чашки, 4 чайных пакетика. И все. Ложечек, штопора и дополнительных чашек нам предоставить не смогли. Но в целом по расположению по отношению ко всем достопримечательностям хорошо. В номере вся мягкая мебель и ковролин сильно прокурены. Убитая мебель. Не хватает чашек и всего остального.
