KITCHEN/MEALS -No water refill -I was told that there was no onsite restaurant (breakfast) even though Booking says there is. There is a cafe, but they said it doesn't serve food. NOISE -construction across the street is a bit noisy during the day WIFI -a bit slow/weak at times OTHER -My room total came to 3403 every day. They insisted that I post 3405 every day because no one has 1 birr notes or coins. But they would never accept 3400, even though I ended up paying more than 5 extra birr.

• Chika (10/5): Wonderful and cozy stay! - Good location and cozy place to stay. At first I wasn’t feeling great—maybe because of the altitude or just travel fatigue—but the room was clean and cozy, and I started to feel much better during my stay. The staff were incredibly kind and always greeted me with a smile, which made the stay feel safe and welcoming. I’d happily stay here again! There was some construction in front of the hotel so the path was a bit muddy, but the location was still super convenient and comfortable.

• Atsuki (6/5): Location is good that’s it - Location is good but now the road in front of this hotel and around I s under construction So noisy and dusty The walls are thin and the noise from the next room is loud.
• Jasmine (8/5): All in all we liked Glam Hotel well enough that we stayed here four different times during our 6 weeks in Ethiopia! - Clean, comfortable rooms, hot water and good water pressure in the shower, friendly and helpful staff and a safe, good location walkable to many points of interest The dinging elevator and the barking of stray dogs in the middle of the night
• Abenet (10/5): A Great Stay for a very fair price. - The room was very clean, extremely friendly staff members! The reception staff helped me book cabs to and from the hotel. Walking distance to malls, tourist attraction sites and supermarkets nearby.

• Samantha (9/5): We had an excellent stay and have booked to stay again on our return layover through Addis Ababa. - All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, everywhere was very clean, lovely hot showers and good quality bedding. It's nice to have a restaurant/cafe on site and breakfast brought to your room. The location is more central than many other hotels. The hotel is newly established, so some drivers found it hard to find but staff can contact cab drivers for you.
• Mwansa (10/5): Exceptional - The romm was clean, I liked the 5th floor room I stayed in, clean and peaceful ✌️ my room was right at the corner which was good for me because I needed some quite. What I didn't like was it's far from main amenities like shopping mall, central business district cbd, the hotel should be able to arrange airport pickup with the taxis they use to help guests not to be taken advantage of like when I arrived at airport I paid like 4 times more than usual taxi fare, and it's also safe like that knowing that the hotel reffed taxi to me. When I was being dropped off it was very okay the driver was friendly very fair and the taxi fare was ok because the gentleman at reception arrange for me taxi. The staff was homely, Thank you again and again

The standard is quite good for a 3-star hotel, offering everything you might need for a comfortable stay. • 'sola (7/5): Value for money.. - The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff are so polite. Nahum, the guy on night duty is such a wonderful soul. He did everything to make my stay comfortable. The hotel can improve its heating/cooling system. The room was too cold for me on the first night but I was provided an extra blanket.

• Aemro (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at Glam hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was very quite and peaceful. The hotel is located in the center so most things I needed were accessible in walked distance which I appreciate a lot. I would definitely recommend the hotel to a friend.
