• Xavi0881 (6/5): Excelente ubicación con instalaciones antiguas - La ubicación del Hotel es muy buena El proceso de Check in. Te piden todos los datos de tu tarjeta y los guardan en su software en lugar de hacer un preconsumo con tu tarjeta por temas de garantías. En épocas actuales donde hay tanto robo por internet no se debería solicitar esa información sino que hacer un preconsumo. La habitación sí es la de las fotos, pero las fotos son de muchos años atrás. La ducha es muy resbalosa y no tiene ningún tipo de antislip ni nada lo cual es muy riesgoso

• Patricio (5/5): Lo salvó la ubicacion. - La ubicacion y el personal muy cordial! la habitación no tenia aislación de ruido a pesar de estar en la terraza, se escucha mucho ruido de la calle en la noche, el desayuno es muy discreto y debes tomarlo en el mismo lobby del hotel lo cual es muy incomodo; no volvería.

Otro punto a mejorar, son las alternativas de desayuno, pero sin dejar de mencionar que el servicio cumple con lo necesario.

• Lorena Chaibún (7/5): Estadía chic - Como siempre me gustó la ubicación, la atención en el desayuno, es como estar en tu casa. El estilo del hotel es muy lindo, con mucha onda. La zona del baño es muy pequeña. Los aires acondicionados hacen mucho ruido.

No me pareció tan cómoda y el aire acondicionado tenía un corte automático y cada vez que encendía y climatizaba hacía un ruido muy fuerte por un rato largo
• Joaquin (4/5): Un bed and breakfast bien decorado. No un hotel Boutique - La ubicación es buena No es un Hotel Boutique es una casa con linda decoración que alquila 6 habitaciones. Su nombre lo dice Casa Chic. La recepción es en primer piso. Se accede por un ascensor bien rústico que comparte el acceso con la tienda de ropa. A las 20 horas se cierra la puerta de la tienda y hay que tocar timbre. Atiende un guardia de seguridad. No hay muchos más servicios. El desayuno bien escueto se sirve en el living de la recepción. La habitación que me tocó #2 es como de barco. Tan chica que es difícil circular 2 personas adentro.
• Luis (8/5): I would recommend this hotel for couples looking for a place with character in a great location - The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, particularly Lucia at reception, who consistently went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From recommending great spots around the city to helping us navigate a cancelled flight, she truly made our stay much smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location, right in the heart of Palermo Soho, is perfect for exploring restaurants, shops, and the neighborhood’s lively atmosphere. The area is quite gentrified, but it’s still a great place to start a trip in Buenos Aires. Our suite was very spacious and clean, with strong shower pressure. While the toilet and sink area is a bit small for two people to get ready at the same time, it was perfectly functional. The hotel's decor is, as its implied in the name, is chic. Tufted leather couches decorate the lobby and bring a lot of character to the space. The little patio in front is also a nice spot to have a beverage and get started with the day. The main downside of the room was the air conditioning, which is quite loud and not the easiest to turn off which could be an issue for light sleepers. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, though the kitchen will happily prepare scrambled eggs on request. Access to the hotel is a bit impractical as it requires someone to open it from the inside at night time (after 20:00).

• Sandra (8/5): Jazzy charming vibe, providing a confortable stay at the heart of an amazing location. - The staff was supper nice and helpfull and the hotel has such a charming vibe. Loved the slow jazzy breakfasts and then stepping out immediatly into a groovy neighbourhood full of nice shops and places with amazing food. The rooms are small to the point of not having space to open a bag, specially that we had 2 enormous bags. Another detail is the AC, although we don´t like AC the rooms do get hot, but the AC would immediatly freeze the room, it was difficult to keep a nice temparature. The breakfast have the essencial, still I would replace one of the sweet yourgurts for a plane one as a healthy option.

• Patricia (1/5): Muy ladrones. - Si reservas la opción sin reembolso te piden hacer una transferencia bancaria internacional para terminar de bookear. Si queres pagar en el hotel, te cobran otro precio que no es el declarado en booking. No cumplieron con las políticas de booking y aun sin haberme alojado hicieron un débito a mi tarjeta. Una vergüenza.

Très chouette déco Personnel très sympa Nous logions dans la chambre 1 qui donne sur la rue. Nous n’avons quasi pas dormi à cause du bruit de la rue !!!!! Même avec des bouchons dans les oreilles. L’airco fait bcp trop de bruit également. Petit déjeuner un peu trop simple par rapport au prix demandé

The front desk and secruity staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was simple but good. The room has poor sound proofing so you can hear everything at night from the streets and local bars. On the Saturday the noise was consistent until 5am. The weekdays or Sunday were no where near as bad though. The air con unit in the room was also extremely loud and a little tempermental. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. However for us, the location made it worth it.

The receptionist was not easy going , kind and friendly. She didnt hep us for early checkin and didnt inform us if the room was ready during the day.
