Quiet when doors closed (the road is loud with traffic in the day time). When the doors were open in the day time, it’s quite loud from the road but that really wasn’t a problem for us
• Peter (10/5): Beautiful San Sebastian - Our stay was great. Instructions for access were easy to follow. Location was superb and very quiet. The unit itself was large, clean and comfortable. Our lovely host kept in constant contact and made us feel very welcome. Very good option for two couples staying in beautiful Donostia.

• Neil (10/5): Location and fit out, just spot on. Highly recommend. - The location of the property was just perfect for a San Sebastián stay. The quality of the fit out, crockery, cutlery, etc. was excellent, something not often seen. Nothing I can think of.
• colborn (9/5): Quality Apartment in a great location - Location was perfect. Beautiful Cathedral opposite. The apartment was very nice. Two bathrooms, which were great as two couples were staying. A Cafe was very near our Apartment, so breakfast was just a stone's throw away. No complimentary coffee pods for the coffee machine for on arrival. Sliding doors on the bathrooms and second bedroom are a little difficult to open and close as they are heavy, and the lock sometimes sticks when locked.

• Gemma (10/5): - Excellent location, everything felt very clean and it was extremely spacious inside - easy to get in using the app/website. Quite loud with all the building work going on outside at some points early in the morning but not the fault of the company. We were expected to do quite a lot of cleaning, taking the bins out etc which was not easy as no bin store in the apartment block. For the money we paid, I would have expected the company to include that as part of the service. No one wants to juggle recycling and bin bags with luggage on their last day.

• Paul (10/5): Luxury apartment in the centre of San Sebastian - Very well equipped and comfortable apartment with quality furnishings in the heart of San Sebastian, perfect for those who like to cook in as well as eat out. Parking lot is right downstairs under the cathedral, but is expensive if staying for a while.

Everything was almost perfect, maybe a complimentary bottle of water and 3-4 coffee capsules would have been great as we arrived after a long and difficult day of travel.
• Christopher (9/5): Great location and apartment was equipped with everything you needed - The location was great right next to the cathedral and an easy 10 minute walk to train/ bus station and to waterfront. Apartment was spacious and pictures online were exactly what you get. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable. Huge master bedroom with terrace. Since we were here in November we did not open windows so I found it a bit dark, but if you come in warmer months could open doors to terrace to let natural light in.

Would have appreciated a welcome pack with some olive oil, coffee pods, maybe a snack. But the supermarket is one block away and it was easy to find all that we needed; in rainier days one would need a tumble dryer to dry the clothes as the flat doesn’t get much sun even in summer.

The property did not give enough toilet paper, trash bag and dishwasher soap. If they give us extra dishwasher soap we would have done the dishes

Boiler repeatedly stopped working. The main bedroom faces the noisy street and not the cathedral

The showers x 2 are great NOISE...was dreadful, traffic throughout the night even with windows closed.Air Con..??.if it existed..just appearded to have temerature monitor on sitting room wall..so with windows closed it was stuffy and warm. A soap dispenser is needed in one of bathrooms..Beds were not comfortable I had sent several emails plus phone calls .NO REPLY..(answering in Spanish no translation ) which stressed me..I did manage to get second number answered Spanish/English translation and the team at this number were extremely helpful..many thanks to them..( Emails should be answered and if a telephone numbers is on the booking it should be answered.)In my opinion this appartment is too expensive

Procedure for prior check in not straightforward and lack of guidance and response from hosts 2. Door entry again not straightforward and reliant on app/wifi connection which is not always constant. Key and code alternative but again code not easy to input. 3. Entrance/stairs dark (and dangerous) and doubtful whether small lift meets safety criteria. Lights switches not prominent. 4. No welcome pack, instructions and information very basic. 5. No adequate eg toilet rolls , cleaning materials etc 6. No air conditioning-electric fans hardly efficient. 7. Access to hosts during stay non existence, did not reveal where they were located!!, and did not encourage support /assistance.
• Pierre (9/5): perfect location and really nice appartement for a weekend in San Sebastián with a familly - great location and overall very nice appartement nicely equipped and decorated. the proximity to the parking is a plus. some minor issues with one of the shower and hot water supply. the bed was a bit hard hence a bit of back ache after 4 nights but this is subjective of course.
• Luis (10/5): Great location to discover San Sebastian - Unbeatable location, literally, next to everything. The apartment is great in terms of space and it is very nicely decorated. Ideal for a family who wants convenience. Nothing to highlight, all perfect.
