За пару дней вам станет известно, что необходимо с каким-то неизвестным сервисом заключить договор на обеспечение гарантии на 200 евро. Длительность действия этого догова в моем случае составило с марта - ноябрь 2025, хотя я был в октябре. Все очень мутно. Владелец очень жадный, проживание не комфортное, в ванной даже нет жидкого мыла, я уже не говорю про шампунь и гель для душа (он считает, что двух маленьких бутылочек хватит на 8 дней. Также на это время он положил один пакет для мусора, одну капсолу для стирки. То есть все надо вести с собой или идти покупать. Чтобы войти обязательно надо иметь при себе телефон, это просто очень неудобно. Зоны возле бассейна не подготовлены, нет ни стульев ни лежаков, локация бесполезная.

• Carlos (7/5): Ubicación excelente para descansar y disfrutar de la playa - La ubicación es excelente. Primera línea con vistas desde el salón, la cocina y el dormitorio principal. Es un piso grande, más de 100 m2 con tres habitaciones, dos baños y una cocina muy cómoda. Menaje y mobiliario correctos. Buen acceso a la playa por el parking. Es una zona del Campello muy tranquila aunque algo alejada de zonas de ocio y restauración. Hay dos o tres restaurantes a los que ir andando pero para todo lo demás necesitarás desplazarte en coche 5-10 minutos (compras, farmacia, supermercado, restaurantes, heladerías...). Tuvimos algún problema de mantenimiento. No había agua caliente, el termo estaba roto, y algunas persianas tenían sus cordajes rotos. Se encargaron rápido de cambiar el termo. Había diferentes desperfectos derivados de una estancia anterior de larga duración, pero nada grave más allá del agua que, como digo, se solucionó en menos de 24 horas desde el aviso.

• Sanders (6/5): Lovely and relaxing. - The property was located in a quiet area of Elcampello. The Tram is easily accessible to Alicante one direction and Benidorm to opposite . You can also walk , about 40mins to San Juan Playa which is another town. The pool was lovely and quiet throughout our visit. Overall a lovely spacious apartment. With the most beautiful view. The property lacked kitchen utensils. To access the pool you needed to use a key. Which made it difficult when someone wanted to go to the apartment. And the rest of the family wanted to stay by the pool as you couldn’t get off pool side as you were locked out ! The air con is only in the lounge. Ceiling fans in all the other room. Which were fine. But air con would have been better. No supermarket close by.
