JORGE FIGAL (8/5): - La ubicación muy buena, el patio funcional y los electrodomesticos bastante completos. Un detalle muy bueno fue abrir la nevera y encontrar una jarra con agua muy fría ( nos encantó). Volveremos Las camas eran muy incómodas, nos hundiamos, estuvimos hace 3 años más o menos y la cama era fenomenal, la mampara estaba un poco rota (se salían los rodillos del carril pero nos hemos apañado bien. Creo que estos son los puntos a mejorar.
Juliana (7/5): Conveniently located apartment near the Zubizuri bridge - - Great location next to the metro and train to Bermeo - Good price/quality for Bilbao - The apartment does not get much sunlight, so it feels quite humid - Some details could be tweaked, like unstable bed and table legs
Alneto (5/5): Good, but the price is not accordingly to the stay - location, cleanliness There are no instructions about the internet access; the microwave has the wrong plate; there is a weak light in the bedrooms; the key does not open the door. There is a digital system to open the door, but if it fails, you can not get in or out. If your cell phone has no internet access or is dead, you can not enter the apartment. There is too much equipment in the bedrooms, and there are no instructions about them or for what they are.
Sophia (8/5): Good stay in Bilbao - The house has a nice location just outside the centre and was easily accessible. The living room smelled quite smoky. Also, there are no basic condiments in the kitchen. The large bed also sinks a little in the middle.
