• Abasolo (6/5): - Estuvimos un sola noche, temprano a la mañana ya nos fuimos. Es un apartamento muy espacioso, comodo. Lo que no nos gustó es la habitacion de arriba y su baño, bastante incomodo.

• Romain (9/5): - Les espaces proposés pour loger à 5. La proximité pour visiter la ville. Le confort de la literie. La place de parking très (trop) petite et surtout l’accessibilité très difficile qui m’a coûté un bas de caisse déchiré sur plus d’un mètre de cause de la pente d’accès. J’ai une tesla model 3 et mon bas de caisse s’est complètement éventré en passant le portail d’accès à votre parking. Cette pièce coûte extrêmement cher, j’aurais vraiment aimé être informé que cela risquerait de toucher avant d’entrer dans votre parking ! Et évidemment, je ne suis pas couvert pour cela par mon assurance.

• Gillian (8/5): Lovely spacious apartment - Really spacious with fabulous views over the river. Bit out of town.
• Agnieszka (9/5): Nice apartment with comfortable bedrooms - The apartment is very nicely placed, we had a great dinner in a restaurant close to the flat :) I really like the separate bathrooms and some design accessories like Alessi toaster Very busy round and traffic next to the apartment but this is Italian style I guess ;)

• Simonette (8/5): The apartment was comfortable and our was pleasant. - Apartment was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Had a small outdoor balcony with view of the river. Having 3 full bathrooms was great for 3 couples. The third bedroom had very slanted ceilings which made it difficult to stand, get in and out of bed and take a shower. Walking distance to sites was much further than anticipated. Would not be appropriate for older people or anyone with physical limitations.

• Trina (10/5): Exceptional - Pleasenty of rooms, great AC, easy to figure out key, etc. Nice company! I recommend the company!
• Elaine (8/5): Very nice apartment, large rooms and comfortable - Very nice apartment, spacious rooms with plenty of wardrobe space in the bedrooms. One bedroom with ensuite. TV's in all the rooms. Large kitchen with all the appliances needed, and a large table and chairs. Good size terrace to sit out in with a nice view of the River Arno. No instructions pack for how to work the appliances. Didn't know how to light the gas hob and had to send pictures for instruction which they did quickly, nothing to light the gas hob had to buy matches. One of the dining table chairs was broken in the living room, sent a picture straight away in-case we were charged for it. You have to empty your own recycle bins which we found working the App to use on the large bins very difficult and contacted YiD of which they did try and help but then was told to leave them for the cleaner which was very helpful as spent a long time on it.

• Kyara (8/5): Spacious and comfortable. - Very spacious and comfortable. Besides that the staff is very attentive and helpful. They were very quick to answer all our questions. Shower could get better cleaned. Besides that the place was wonderful.

• Ovidiu (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very generous, with all you need to have a nice stay. The only aspect I did not like was the cleanliness. It was performed quite superficially. An urgent issue to address is the cleaning/hygienisation of the air conditioning units.

• Matias (9/5): Superb - Best apartment in Florence. Amazing views to the cannal and the lovely tipical italian roof tops view from the kitchen, super spacious and cozy. The only reason it does not get a 10 is due to the small parking, it was full of branches so we had to move them in order to park the car correctly, we had a vw golf (not a big car) and it barely made it. The instructions on how to open the parkings gate were missing. Apart from that, all good.

• Montanez (8/5): Big space and comfortable! - Loved the extra space, clean, cool air, clean patio overseeing the river and 3 restrooms. Very comfortable. The access to the apartment was an issue. Sent several messages about early access to the property or asked if I could keep my luggage somewhere until check in and no response. Booking, called them directly and I finally got a response as when calling directly no one spoke English. The communication started from here with someone able to help and started responding to messages. The form for the check in could be modified to both languages. My rating could be higher but communication here was lacking.
• Elise (10/5): Once we navigated dealing with "the office" we had a delightful stay. - Lovely, well outfitted, spacious, convenient by foot or bus, comfortable and it has a bathtub! Process of getting access to the building and to the apartment was a nightmare! Communication breakdown big time!
• Ka (9/5): Superb - Kitichen is well equipped and full daily used item are well prepared. There is about 1 each double and signle bed in each bedroom where can accormandete upto 9 people. But dont know if the safa also can be turned into additional bed. No breakfast served as it is private owned apartment. The location is not super but trafic is very easy due to muilty bus service is avalable within max 10 mintues walking distance.
