• Rodriguez (1/5): Este alojamiento es una estafa - Lo único a rescatar la ubicación Pésima experiencia, al límite de poner en riesgo tu integridad instalaciones Eléctricas están en cortocircuito, sucio, pésimo estado, colchón ers de 15 cm de grueso, booking, debería hacerce cargo este alojamiento no esta en condiciones Mínimas, nada funciona, el termo de agua esta en el techos con Vigas de madera quemadas, el baño sale el agua hasta la habitación es terrible,son 6 pisos sin ascensorn, estaba sucio.luces Quemadas o sin bombillos,.
• Andrea (1/5): ¡Un desastre! - Lo unico bueno fue la ubicación del apartamento - Pésima la atención al cliente. - Nunca responden ante situaciones que surgieron de inconvenientes con sus instalaciones. - Equipos eléctricos con desperfectos - La instalación eléctrica con cortocircuito, en varias ocasiones hice el reclamo que no fue atendido ni solucionado

• Omar (1/5): - No me gustó nada. No me permitieron el acceso con las claves que mandaron. Tenía que entrar a las 16 horas y me mandaron nuevas claves a las 6 de la tard. Inaudito Lamentablemente mala experiencia. No respondían las llamadas ni mensajes ni correos. Es demasiado que hagan pasar a los huéspedes por eso. Más bien parece estafa y engaño. Una burla. No lo recomiendo

• Jennifer (4/5): - La ubicación perfecta alado de plaza de España Las instalaciones estaba algo sucio y poca matan o ninguna una sabanita fina en la cama grande para el sofá cama una sabana que se uso para cubrirlo lo lógico son dos sábanas...y solo un nórdico para las dos camas que éramos tres personas ? Pase frio y eso que tenía calefactor.....no repetiría y menos en otoño-invierno para volver a pasar frio

• Irina (1/5): No reservéis aquí jamás - NADA El apartamento no cumple las condiciones mínimas de limpieza ni de seguridad. La cama estaba sucia, la mirilla no tenía protección interior (podían ver desde fuera), y el estado general era descuidado. Además, el anfitrión no respondió en ningún momento a mis mensajes, ni durante la estancia ni después. He contactado varias veces con Booking y tampoco he obtenido solución. Muy decepcionante y nada recomendable. Por cierto, es un sexto sin ascensor.

• Rebeca (2/5): Sexto sin ascensor con escaleras de la muerte - Lo único fue la ubicación Estaba sucio, las sábanas manchadas, la cama se hundía, el baño te veían los vecinos por la ventana, a la hora de dormir solo tienen una bombilla para todo el apartamento y 5 lámparas y una encima de tu cabeza cuando dormías que poco más y se te cae encima y tenía vigas de madera pudriéndose que se cae encima de alguien un día!! Y tiene dos sillas una de ellas rotas que parece que te vas a caer, la limpieza deja demasiado que hablar y encima un sexto sin ascensor las escaleras no son para cualquiera, para escapar una noche puede estar bien pero si no tienes donde quedarte en otro lado, fue carísimo una noche ahí, si solo buscas ubicación está bien pero solo tiene eso

• rodrigues (1/5): - A localização é excelente. O apartamento é no sexto andar para subir é por uma escada extremamente desconfortável principalmente pra subir com malas e crianças. O banheiro fedia muito a porta tinha que estar todo tempo fechada pro mal cheiro do esgoto não passar para o quarto, e a parde do box onde toma banho é terrível pois molha o banheiro todo. E para quem vai de carro próprio saiba que não tem estacionamento apenas pago e sai caro.

• Liz (1/5): No lo recomendaría jamás - No me gustó nada Dijeron que tenía aire no lo tuvo el calor fue inmenso mis niñas nunca durmieron bien tampoco dijeron q era en un 6 piso sin ascensor la luz es muy mala a cada rato se disparaban los tacos sin tener exceso de electrodomésticos prendidos solo un abanico y la nevera más nada conectado Otra cosa decía cuando hice la reserva con ellos q había recepción y nunca tuve contacto con nadie para entrar al apartamento fue porq iba saliendo una Sra y me dejó entrar averiguar q pasaba de resto no hubiese entrado en fin muy mal Servicio demasiado pésimo yo ando con mis dos niñas y fue un trauma subir y bar tantas escaleras éramos los últimos en el edificio No lo recomiendo ni si me Pagan Gracias

• Asuncion (2/5): Expensive moldy old apartment - It was on a good location 6th floor with no elevator and very old stairs. The apartment had humidity smell. The towels were wet, the shower was leaving the bathroom full of water, mattress very unconfortable and old the cealing wood was moldy and burned. It was food from previos people. The brush and mop were full of hair and in the middle of the bathroom. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT'S OFFERED
• Eleonora (2/5): Not the best - Location was ok and it’s nice to be close to all the Chinese restaurants 6th floor with no elevator, WiFi was not working for the whole 3 weeks we spent there. The shower overflows every time you use it making it incredibly stressful to get ready every day. Found dirty towels when checked it that have been replaced after request. In general the place is not the cleanest
• Brenda (1/5): DID NOT STAY IT WAS DISCUSTING - Nothing, I did not stay. Communication from property was atrocious evidently based in Mexico and using AI to communicate. This place should not be on BOOKINGS. Only access was to have full internet and using your phone to unlock the front door and the apartment door. It was disgusting, when I was eventually able to get into the property after 2pm, and after climbing 6 stories with a narrow spiral staircase, I found the property to have been inhabited by someone. Place was tiny with beds just about 10inches above the floor and somebody had been sleeping on one of the beds, place smelt, there was a dirty towel hanging over the shower screen, floor was dirty, dishes and cloth on the sink and a floor mop bucket sitting in the middle of the floor. I closed the door and left.
• Ron (1/5): Terrible property, hosts are even worse - Good location. Better book a different accommodation, even at a higher cost, if yoy don't want your stay in Madrid end up as a disaster. Check in experience took more than 2 hours as remote kep app was not working and a physical key had to be delivered. During that time we had to wait outside in the sun. While the owners were constantly providing false information, hamging up the phone on us multiple times and called us liars. The apartment us located at 6th floor with no elevator. AVOID IT if you are travelling with heavy luggage. No AC as opposed to what stated in the website. Wifi was terribly slow and got completely disconnected numerous times. When I called the owners to report it and ask fir assistance, I was the random excuse "There is governemntal activity in this area that makes the internet slow at times". I cannot determine if it is true or not but what I can say for sure is that I come often to Madrid and stay is area a lot and never had such a connectivity issue, let alone have I never heard the goverment activity excyse.
• Daniele (8/5): Very good - Excellent location and good price. Apartment is on the sixth floor without elevator.
• Asher (1/5): Bad - Choosing to sleep on the first day in this apartment was the biggest mistake I made. I received an order confirmation from Booking but the people in charge did not respond to my messages and the doorman who was supposed to bring me the key to the apartment simply refused to bring me the key to the apartment and left me and my children on the street in the middle of the night. We felt complete helplessness and severe anxiety that ruined our entire vacation. I think Boking can't afford to work with such landlords.
• Angel (1/5): Horrible place, even worse hosts - The whole experience has been quite horrible. After agreeing to a key handover before the official time, I arrived at the apartment having warned 3 hours before through the Whatsapp they provided as a form of contact. The voice phone number was not picked up by anyone. I was waiting in the vicinity until a certain Francisco, in very bad manners, picked up the phone, saying that he was hanging up on me because he was talking to other customers. He told me that it was impossible that someone from his "company" had said that I could come in earlier. I showed him the emails received through Booking and he had to shut up. They don't apologize for anything. They simply say it's a "mistake" by someone who is always someone else, even though I didn't really have a chance to talk to anyone other than Francisco, or the cleaning lady. I lost half a day of work, and that is priceless. And a monumental anger that I dragged all day. The apartment was quite dirty, with a stained countertop sheet, and the shower mat completely soaked. In the end, I decided I couldn't sleep there: it disgusted me. So I paid for another accommodation and left the keys where I was told to leave them. I asked for an invoice and, a week later, I still don't have it. They tell me by email that they have already sent it to me -when it is false- and by WhatsApp that they are going to send it to me. They wanted to impute that I had not returned the keys, when I left them where they told me to. They do not come to pick them up, because although they advertise themselves as a hotel company, the apartment is a sixth floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR. If you carry suitcases, forget about this apartment. One of my worst experiences in years.
