La ubicación es inmejorable: junto a la playa, en un entorno tranquilo y relajante, ideal para desconectar, pero al mismo tiempo muy cerca de tiendas y supermercados. El personal es excepcionalmente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería encantada y que recomiendo totalmente. A truly perfect stay. The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with everything you need for a carefree and relaxing time. The location is unbeatable—right by the beach in a peaceful, quiet setting, yet still very close to shops and supermarkets. The staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help, making the whole experience even more special. I would happily return and highly recommend this place.

• Christine (7/5): Perfect situation, would return, would like to see improvements. - The location is incredible. The sitting room area is well decorated and comfortable, the dining terrace was well used. The quality of the kitchen is poor, although serviceable. The bathroom needs refurbishing, but once again serviceable. The whole building needs to be sound proofed as you can hear the neighbours clearly.
• Raquel (9/5): Superb - The location is simply amazing, just 10 metres from one of the best beaches in Gran Canaria. The apartment is spotless and tastefully decorated. There is a hot water thermo that only allows for a 5-minute hot shower at a time. Also, my partner and I would rather sleep in a double bed.

• Raquel (8/5): Everything great except the hot water! - The location was amazing, just right at the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and cozy. The hot water was clearly not enough for two people. The water heater allowed a shower of around 5 minutes. After that, it was necessary to wait for around 15 minutes for a second shower (of 5 minutes!)
• Alena (10/5): This flat is located very close to a great beach. Reasonable facilities, and the host was helpful. - A shopping centre is nearby. Recommend "Casa Fani" for good food and great (!) cocktails. No designated parking, locals rush to the beach at the weekend and take residents' spaces without hesitation.
