• Felix (7/5): Unterkunft die nicht unbedingt als Gasthernerge geeignet - Grosses Zimmer mit Terasse, Zweifamilienhaus mit gemeinsamen Eingang, Dusche und Küche über Treppenhaus zugänglich, größere Spalten unter dem Türen also nicht schallisoliert, Boden ist wohl bei Sportübungen auch nicht geräuscharm Wenn man früh genug Bescheid sagt das man doch später anreist, die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert.ist, man niemand stören will aber dam feststellt das Handtücher und Toilettenpapier fehlt, naja, keine Glanzleistung. Und hinter der Rechnung laufe ich auch schon mehrere Tage hinterher

• Nikola (5/5): I would recommend it gladly if the cleanliness and bathroom facilities were improved. - friendly host, good communication. everything was as agreed, regarding arrival and stay. They were kind enough to store our luggage for several hours after check out. the bathroom and kitchen facilities were not properly cleaned and were in general sub standard. Also, the room was quite cold without possibility to change the temperature.
• Zoran (3/5): I would not recommend this accommodation. - The room is equipped with very poor contents. The bedding is wrinkled, not ironed, as well as the pillows, there is no toilet paper in the toilet, the room is cold and there are no spare blankets, the kitchen is messy and sparse, the bathroom is shared. The stairs are narrow and it is difficult to carry a suitcase and personal belongings into the room. The furniture is worn out. Honestly, I was not satisfied with the accommodation.

Desolater Zustand der Küche, wie z.B. mehrere kaputte Türen von Schränken. Verdeckter Kühlschrank und Backofen. Verkalkte Armaturen in Küche und Bad.Verkalkte und verschimmelte Duschkabiene. Stark eingeschränkte Funktion der Heizung.
• Magdic (4/5): Es gibt besseres - Tatsächlich gefallen hat uns bloß, das wir nicht so weit zum PSD Dome hatten. Das Zimmer war OK! Man hatte keine Handtücher. Ich würde es dem Hausherren sehr empfehlen Handtücher bereitzustellen. Das wäre schonmal ein Punkt. Das Bad sollte unbedingt saniert und sauber gehalten werden. Der Schlüssel war Zwar leicht zu finden aber da es ein self Check in war, suchte ich verzweifelt erstmal den Schlüssel, da ich ein Pin für das Schlüsselschloss bekam. Etwas verwirrend. Die Betten waren ok aber auch hier hätte ich neue Kissen und Bettdecken besser gefunden. Die Kissen waren schon abgenutzt.

Im Bett waren Haare, der Kleiderschrank von innen dreckig und der Spiegel verschmiert. Toilette ohne Handtücher, Mülleimer nicht entleert, Dusche nicht sauber gemacht, keine Seife, Küche nicht sauber gemacht , Bierflaschen standen herum, allgemein sehr runtergekommen

• Kay (1/5): - Eigentlich nichts. Der Schlüssel war versteckt. Das Zimmer ist weder gemütlich noch sauber. Die Lampe an der Decke ist defekt. Der TV funktioniert nicht. Hat auch nur ein Stromkabel daher kein Sognal. Falsches Wlan Passwort. Bett unbequem und riecht. Handtücher stinken ebenfalls dobald sie nass werden Dusche bzw. Badezimmer schimmelig. Alles total Hellhörig man hört den Nachbarn wenn er sich im Bett umdreht. In der Beschreibung steht nicht das man sich das Bad mit anderen teilen muss. Parken an der Strasse allerdings alles besetzt. Musste fast 10 Min laufen. Ich warte srit 48h auf eine Antwort vom Vermieter auf die Frage nach dem Schlüssel. Das schlechteste Angebot seit über 20 Jahren Montage!

• Peggy (3/5): Geld nicht wert - Das man mal kurz an die frische Luft auf die Terasse kann. Alles sehr primitiv eingerichtet.Der Fernseher ist gar nicht an der Sattelittenchüssel angeschlossen. Das Bad und die Küche sind sehr Renovierungsbedürftig. Parkplätze kaum vorhanden und erst nach langer Suche fündig. Wer nur ein Bett zum Schlafen braucht und ein WC dann ist es ok. Für uns hat es gereicht da wir auf der Messe waren.

Dies sollte vorab kommuniziert oder in der Beschreibung klar klar und deutlich darauf hingewiesen werden.

I arrived very late at night, exhausted after many hours of travel, and what I found was absolutely nothing like what was advertised on Booking. The listing claimed it was a private apartment with its own bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen — but in reality, it was just a room inside a large house, with a shared bathroom and shared kitchen. It felt more like a hostel, with multiple rooms occupied and shoes lined up outside every door. There was no towel provided in the room, which is a basic necessity for any guest. The bathroom was dirty, outdated, and in poor condition, clearly not maintained. The key handover method was insecure, making it easy for anyone to potentially take the key — a serious safety concern. To make matters worse, the place is very far from the city center — about 30 minutes away by car. I felt completely misled and scammed. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others not to book this place. Booking.com should seriously review and take down listings like this that offer false or deceptive information.
• Sven (6/5): - Das Bett war gemütlich und der Inhaber sehr nett. Küche war gut zugänglich. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und man hatte dort alles, was man brauchte. Preis-Leistungstechnisch alles super. Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig, da es an vielen Ecken bereits schimmelt. In Zukunft wären Handtücher im Zimmer fürs Duschen und Allgemeinhygiene hilfreich.

In the second floor there are 3 rooms where some people live in two rooms and Booking rents the THIRD room. This means you should share the bathroom and the kitchen. Even worse, after the surprise I had when seeing other people in the “apartment” I read the same complaint from other guests as far as March 2023. This means the owner knows this situation but does not update and correct the advertisement in booking in order to voluntarily mislead possible customers. I consider this is quite a bad business manner and booking should not accept it. After the surprise, I could read that they write at the bottom of the booking.com page “Shared bathroom” where probably nobody will read it, just in order to justify their incorrect advertisement. In fact, it is not a bad house, good enough for the price they ask (44 euro per night). There is no need to advertise it as an apartment, when in fact it is just a room in a shared apartment.

• Dipanwita (4/5): NO PRIVACY, NOISE, NO TOWELS - Location was nice Not a pleasant stay AT ALL. There was NO TOWELS. The sheets were not cleaned properly, and there were no toiletries. They provided USED toiletries like shaving razors and toothbrush! It felt from the advertisement that they are renting the whole apartment, but its just one room inside a house. Most importantly,  there was construction work going on the room next door, so it was really NOISY. NO PRIVACY AT ALL I would not stay here again!

Nothing too much trouble for him and a - I was there for a football match and the property was perfectly located for that being only a 15 minute bus ride to the stadium. The bed was very comfortable, i got a good nights sleep. Nice little balcony to sit out with a glass of wine Nothing

• Pavlo (10/5): Nice house with good balcony where you can spend good time - It’s really good and quiet area. I like a balcony. If you want to have dinner outside you don’t need to go to restaurant just buy a bottle of wine and some fruit and sit on the balcony. The bedroom is so cozy and nice too. Everything is ok
