• Christophe (9/5): - Parfait pour nous, un peu de difficulté à trouver une place disponible, mais une fois garé on peut utiliser les transports à proximité et facilement se rendre dans le centre. L'appartement est spacieux et renové. Séjour agréable.
• Katarzyna (8/5): Duże mieszkanie 40 minut od katedry Duomo - Duży metraż, przestronne wnętrze, wygodne i duże łóżka w dwóch oddzielnych sypialniach, kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowy sprzęt kuchenny. Zamykane podwórko wewnętrzne, gdzie znajdują się klatki wejściowe bloków. Mieszkanie ma okna od ulicy i jest tam straszny hałas przez cały dzień, od wczesnych godzin porannych aż do późnych godzin nocnych. Brzydki zapach z odpływu w łazience. Widoczny grzyb w kątach łazienki. Włosy i kurz pod ścianami i w kątach pomieszczeń.

• Giusy (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e l'esperienza è stata perfetta. L'appuntamento è accogliente, spazioso e ben organizzato. L'host il signor Italo, gentile e disponibile sempre pronto a dare consigli utili. Consigliamo questa struttura a chi cerca confort, tranquillità e qualità.

• Anna (10/5): - Appartamento pulito e accogliente, con tutto il necessario per avere comodità come se si fosse a casa. Per niente rumorosa, letti comodi. Siamo stati una sola notte ma ci siamo trovati molto bene.

La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli: camere spaziose, pulitissime e arredate con gusto, dotate di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Ho apprezzato molto anche la tranquillità dell’ambiente e la qualità del sonno, grazie a letti davvero comodissimi. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima e permette di raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse della zona. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza davvero positiva e sicuramente tornerò qui in futuro. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi comfort, qualità e un servizio impeccabile.

Für bis zu 6 Pers - Problemloser Self-checkin, kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, im Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer air condition, in 30 Minuten über Straßenbahn Linie 4 in der City, einfache aber zweckmäßige Ausstattung, Wifi gut Straße vor der Türe recht laut bei offenem Fenster, keine Kaffeemaschine, Ambiente etwas lieblos, Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer sehr weich

• OLYMPIA (1/5): Not recommended to anyone - The house was very dirty and there where cockroaches in the kitchen. We killed 3 . Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures. The window elektric blinds-stores 1 in the kitchen and 1 no n the middle bedroom where broken and I have videos I send to the owner as soon as we saw them. The right bedrooms bed was broken and we couldn’t sleep, the bathrooms handle was broken. We tried to find another place to stay but unfortunately due to a big exhibition HOST there where no available for 5 persons. And the funniest of all is that the owner demanded to pay 300 euros for a broken kitchen plate or something that we did not broke.

• Müller-Njiamang (8/5): - Eine vollständig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, von der aus man vergleichsweise schnell im Zentrum von Mailand ist. Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe.

De hygiene, nauwelijks serviesgoed, los tafelblad, stoeltjes gammel (zelf maar gerepareerd), slecht matras in hoofdslaapkamer. Kleinere slaapkamer heeft geen airco en de ligging aan drukke weg/ rotonde maakt het lastig om raam open te houden.

Nos permitieron ingresar temprano lo cual nos ayudó muchísimo ya que veníamos de un viaje larguito. Italo estuvo muy pendiente y resolviendo nuestras dudas. Estacion del Tranvia muy cerca que nos llevaba directamente al centro histórico, teníamos servicios de mercados y restaurantes a la mano. Zona muy limpia y segura. There was no car park provided, it was street car park which we could not get as it was busy place with school and lot of apartments near by. Apartment was not professionally cleaned. Rooms and sheets were smelly. Utensils were not clean to use. Host had his laundry in washing machine which was going on when we entered apartment with wet clothes on drying rack in apartment. To pay city tax Host, he had to hand over cash as due to language barrier we could not bank transfer but there was no option to pay through link or online as we did for other 7 properties we stayed in during our Europe tour.

• Aharon (10/5): Without a question my best stay in Europe so far. - The host Italo was so useful, he provieded all the information a head of time, he made sure to give us recommendations for anything we asked for. he was available for any question i had throughout the stay and he was also just a pleasure to speak with about life apparently as we slipped into that conversation, the place itself was incredible value for money and was even worth more than I paid, 2 proper bedrooms, the bigger one had an AC unit and the smaller a fan, the living room/kitchen had an ac that cooled off most of the apartment. the apartment is recently renovated and I would deff stay there again. i literally enjoyed every aspect of my stay, thank you Italo.

• Nikolina (10/5): Wonderful stay - I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation and would highly recommend it to everyone. Not only was it comfortable and clean, but it was also well-equipped with everything you could need - from a steam iron to a dryer. The public transportation is very close by, and you can reach the city center in just a few stops. The host was excellent; we quickly agreed on everything and he was available to help us with anything we needed during our stay. One of the highlights for me was the option for self check-in, which I prefer because it gives us more flexibility. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again :)

• Michal (9/5): Very good stay and helpful, informative host - The host was very nice and helpful, quickly responding to any questions via WhatsApp. The place was clean, rooms big and it was well equipped. The location is much better than the map suggests, there's very good local transport network, bus #42 stop is very near and tram #4 is not far away neither - both allowing fairly quick and simple travel to the city centre (and you don't need buy tickets in Milano, you can pay by just tapping credit card in the bus/tram). There are a few bakeries and a Coop supermarket nearby. There's also a good small restaurant (Il Gatto e la Volpe) very near, or kebap / pizza takeway almost downstairs. Nothing serious really. The windows are single glazed and there's some noise from the street, I guess it might get a bit chilly in winter.

• Sharon (10/5): a Great Getaway! - I liked the comfort of being relaxed in a home environment. Big screen TV, we watched a few movies on Netflix and took the #42 bus in into central Milan, which is a 14 minute ride. The host was very accommodating and checked in on us by text to make sure we had everything we needed. the surrounding area, there is a little store where you can buy a variety needs. I would definitely stay here again. The street is a little noisy.

• Pascal (10/5): Wonderful stay. Highly recommendable. Would love to stay there again. Host very helpful. - The apartment is fully furnished with a kitcheware and dishwasher. Everything in a very good and clean state. The area is very good because you have plenty of safe parkings around, shops and very good inexpensive local transport. Aircondition was important and great! We were there with three kids: one more chair would have been great. (Maybe, a folding one, to keep it in a corner when not used...)
