• Suvi (5/5): Siisteys oli huono - Sijainti kiva. Asunto kivasti sisustettu. Edelliset asiakkaat olivat jättäneet roskat. Asunto täynnä pikkukärpäsiä. Kylpyhuone epäsiisti. Kaakeleita pitkin käveli viemäriötököitä. Tuli ikävä fiilis huoneiston siisteydestä. Tarvitsisi perusteellisen siivouksen.
• Larisa (8/5): - Edullinen hinta Paikanpäällä ei wc/ talouspaperia. Juuri ehdimme muutamaa minuuttia vaille klo 22 kauppaan. Tästä ei pahoittelua tullut.
• Jenni (5/5): - Sijainti hyvä ja ovikoodien toimitus toimiva. Asunnossa oli paljon puutteita, esim. rikkinäinen vedenkeitin eikä wc-paperia, kuitenkin todella tarkat siivous ohjeet ja vaatimukset. Pakastin oli jäätynyt umpeen. Omien liinavaatteiden tarve kävi ilmi hiukan myöhään. Sauna oli lähinnä huvittava.

• Jesper (1/5): A place for someone that you don't like. - Very dirty. The room does not fit the description in the ad. There is no separate bedroom and not a washing machine in the apartment. There toilet was not clean with old pee on the throne. Long hair and dust on the floor. Beer capsule and broken glass on the floor. There is nowhere to address questions about the accommodation ubt a restaurant downstairs. The owner of the restaurant was very tired about complaints and told us to call the owner through booking. When calling the owner, he said that he could do nothing because he was 400 km away and told us to talk to the restaurant downstairs.
• Zancheng (1/5): Terribly unpleasant experience! - The room is very small. It’s not as described. On the description, it says it has 3 beds, but actually it has only one bed. All the beddings on this only bed are very dirty. The mattress is very old and dirty with yellow stains, and the quilt is very dirty as well which has more than one yellow stains on it, obviously it has been used for a long time and never been replaced or cleaned. Which is more ridiculous is that the host of this apartment is unfriendly with very bad manners. When we contacted him for the issue we found, he never helped to resolve the issue but asking us to buy the bed liens from him to cover the dirty yellow stains on the quilt, at a price of €25 for each bed liens. Actually, €25 is for the rent of a bed lien because we need to return the bed liens to the host after we leave the room. Another point, when we booked the apartment on Booking, we mentioned we have 2 adult and a child, but the host required that we need to pay for the child’s accommodation because it only allows for 2 persons. We didn’t stay at this dirty room finally and decided to move to a hotel instead. Before we left the apartment, we agreed to pay for one night and require for a refund for another night. Until now we didn’t receive the refund or got any response from the host. It’s the most terrible experience we’d ever had. We traveled in many countries and stayed in many hotels and Airbnbs, but this one is the most terrifying and disgusting. Yes, the most and worst one. We’ve contacted the customer service of Booking, but with no pleasant resolution. So, it’s a scam. Please avoid this apartment when you travel. I attached some photos of the beddings of this apartment, as well some screenshot of the communication with the host. For your help. Very small room, too dirty beddings, very bad manners of the host of the property.
• Manuel (2/5): Good location, but it's not clean at all! - Good location close to Sky Resort. Also, heating was down to you to use, which is very good! Kitchen well equipped! We arrived late evening to find out that the studio wasn't clean at all! Dirty socks on the table....urine all over the toilet seat.....used plaster with blood on the bathroom sink.....lots of hair in the shower....dirty towels and bed linen...... the entrance in the block wasn't secure....as stated with the code! Last night of our stay, someone tried to enter the studio flat! The owner said sorry I live 400km away, and I can't do anything!"
