Guest Reviews
May mà không thanh toán trước.

- Tuyết (10/5): - Phòng sạch sẽ, thân thiện
- Mai (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all. The staff opened the door to the room without permission.
- Phong (10/5): Exceptional -
- Petr (1/5): At first, we hoped it would be different from other reviews, but unfortunately… When you first enter the room, you say - - Don’t book this one! You will be mad later! Everything was just bad.
- The (2/5): Very poor - Old furniture. The room was not cleaned. No toilet consumable.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephanie (9/5): Superb - After reading super mixed reviews I was not sure what to expect here. I think some of it is valid but some is off the mark. Personally I had a great stay and will stay again if I need to return to this area. Main point is I highly recommend this place if you’re fairly use to Vietnam/ the culture and will be staying 3 or more days. It helps if you speak a little Vietnamese. The apartments have facilities like a fridge etc… but don’t stock things like hand soap so you’ll need to be ok with picking some up.
1) the address is a bit weird, I also thought it was in an alley, as did my driver. But if you keep walking along the creek it’s on the main road with a clear sign. Maybe they could include a photo?
2) the location is fine if you need to be in this area. People say it’s far from shops and everything but it’s literally a 5 minute walk from a vincom shopping mall (mango, Starbucks, restaurants…)5 minutes to circle k, 15 minutes to the hospital, 20 minute walk to Thong Nhat Park etc….
3) the staff: if you’re not use to Vietnamese aunties I see how you might think she’s yelling or scolding you, but she’s actually the sweetest. She was always asking me if I’d eaten 😂 communicate early if you need things. I let them know I needed injections at the hospital quite late (9pm)and would need to keep my apartment access card/key to get in and my id for the hospital and they were completely accommodating.
4) the actual apartment was fine for me as a solo traveler. They have a washer downstairs but I just hand washed my clothes and dried them on the balcony.
- Perry (5/5): Passable - The rooms.
Hare was very cramped

- Alexey (1/5): Bad - The hotel doesn't answer in booking messages. When I wrote to WhatsApp number provided in the welcome message ,they sent me the address different from the hotel description. I checked in that location and have a room different with described in booking. Moreover, they closed the entrance door and didn't give me a key from it. On the next day, there was nobody to open it. I have found stuff slept in the next room. As a result, they cancelled my booking with noshow. The location is amfull, there are no shops, no restaurants. I don't recommend that hotel.
- Julia (1/5): Worst stay ever - Nothing Do not stay here. We arrived at 21:30 to the property like we stated in our booking an incredibly rude man struggled to check us in for about 30 mins making loads of phone calls and shouting. He then gave us the key eventually and shooed us upstairs. The apartment seemed ok at first until we went up to the bed. It was covered with human hair and there was snot on the floor and walls right next to the bed. The duvet cover had brown smears on it. The place was not cleaned at all. We came down stairs and offered to change the sheets ourselves and he was very inconvenienced by us disturbing him again. Despite us being nice and not throwing up a fuss about the filthy bed. He threw a sheet at us and didn’t give us any pillow cases or duvet cover and just pointed at the lift. We slept under our towels that we brought with us as we were also only given one towel at the apartment. It was a complete disaster. At 12:12 on our check our day he banged on our door twice even though he saw the first time we we’re zipping up our bags. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Don’t bother guys. He also refused to let us store our large luggage there while we waited for our bus. The worst experience we have had in Vietnam. Oh and the apartment is located right next to a sewage river so we couldn’t even open windows cause of the smell. The area itself is super run down and dodgy. Avoid this place at all costs.

- Hiếu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trang (10/5): Exceptional - Easy check-in and check out process The apartment could get quite hot during May when we stayed here.

- Elena_chaba (6/5): A good option if you need an apartment urgently and there are no other options - Quick response to booking. The apartment corresponds to the photos, interesting layout, there is a washing machine, a kitchen, a stove, a saucepan, a kettle, a refrigerator, a hair dryer. There is a shopping center nearby. There was no soap in the apartment, only shower gel. There was only 1 set of towels. On the shelf in the shower lay a comb with someone else's black hair, the same hair was often found on the floor. The hotel is located next to the river, but the sewage system merges into it, so it smells terrible in the evenings - you can’t open the balcony doors. Very strong audibility - very noisy guests settled in the next room 301, they opened their door and yelled very loudly during breakfast and telephone conversations.

- Sujoy (6/5): A good memorable pleasent stay at ERA Homes - This is a mini studio-type apartment. The room had a nice cozy sofa, a beautiful kitchen, a nice bathroom, and a comfortable bed to sleep on upstairs. Fresh towels were provided when requested and room cleaning was done well. I liked the fact that you get your own privacy and my room had a nice balcony with a washing machine. Lot of places to eat nearby, and they have a nice big Vincom mall 5 minutes walking distance from the home. Proper kitchen amenities were provided and also the big water for drinking. The room had a nice flat-screen TV with access to English channels. A proper key access card was provided and you can enter and exit the building easily. The owner usually overpriced this studio for foreigners. I found a delay in communication between me and the owner when communicating via Zalo. The bathroom has a big drainage problem and many times the bathroom floor would get flooded with water after a shower and took time for the water to be drained out. The aircon was not serviced properly, and the cool air was not coming always. There was a lot of noise downstairs past midnight, and a lot of door loud banging, which was a bit annoying. The internet was not fast and a lot of signal disruptions. The bathroom tiles would get dirty fast with black fungus. There was a lack of fresh towels. My room faced right opposite the sewer lake and would smell bad past midnight if you kept the balcony door open, or the toilet window open.
- Trang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Viktor (10/5): Excellent. - Nice, clean place with everything you need for a short term visit.
- Alexandra (3/5): Bad experience - The only thing I like is fresh renovated. Firstly: when I arrived, no one opened the gate for me and, in principle, the staff was not there, I had to ask passers-by for a phone and contact the landlord, after which a man came and let me in. Secondly: the man who settled me spoke very rudely and aggressively, although he initially had to apologize for the fact that I had to stand at the closed door for 20 minutes. He took my passport and did not want to return it, he also did not want to return my change and I was not issued a receipt for payment. That is, he took my passport with the money, closed it in some closet and said that this would be a guarantee that I would not leave, which I consider to be fundamentally unacceptable! Probably, this man should not meet and settle guests, since he is absolutely far from this in his convictions. Thirdly, no one speaks English. If you settle guests from different countries of the world, at least minimal English should be, I think. Fourthly, despite the fresh renovation and new furniture, the apartments are absolutely unsuitable for daily rent. They are completely empty. There should be basic essentials such as at least a bottle of drinking water, soap, shampoo, shower gel, a kettle and maybe a tea bag. It is not clear why they have a stove in the kitchen if there is no pot or pan. Probably the landlords assume that everyone travels with a kettle, pot, frying pan and other items. Fifthly, the air conditioner and washing machine indicated in the description turned out to be non-working, although I chose this type of housing on the basis that I would be able to wash things. The apartments are very cold and the air conditioner does not work for heating, as well as the absence of any other heating device was very uncomfortable. And to top it all off, there was no hot water in the morning, which made it impossible to take a shower. This experience was extremely unpleasant for me.
- Robert (4/5): The shiny new facility lacks hospitality - 1. Sparkling new and super clean room
2. All brand new equipment
3. Comfortable soft mattress
4. Soft new towels
5. Comfortable bedding
6. Washing machine 1. No privacy curtain between the large kitchen glass divider/door and the outside balcony. Many close neighbors and the bathroom door is next to the exposed view
2. High-tech fingerprint and facial security technology used to lock me INSIDE BEFORE check-out time
3. Owner played games with the pricing
4. Outside river smells like a sewer
5. No outlets close to the headboard
6. Very low ceiling in the bedroom with no soft lighting
