• Darragh (4/5): Spend your money elsewhere!! - Seamless check in Cleanliness wasn’t great at all, room was quite small and bathroom was tiny. When water was running in the sink a stink would spread through the room was extremely unpleasant.

• Johnny Kah Beng (9/5): Worth the price and convenient. - The room is clean, comfortable and the location is perfect near to every shopping mall within the walking distance. I didn't take the breakfast but as far as i concern the staff in the restaurant is very helpful and friendly.

• Reynante (4/5): Very very dissatisfied. - Nothing totally nothing I expected a queen bed and a double room they gave me twin bed in a very compact room, no space for luggages, room is so dark. The toilet is so small if you are larger you will not be able to sit on that toilet. Shower space is really very small, shower curtain wrapping on your skin. No closet, no space to have simple meal in my room. I called the reception to order some breakfast. A Chinese lady answer Who speak very little english, I tried to tell her what I want and she responded “yeah yeah house keeping la, coffee oaky okay okay” later door bell rangs an older guy I think from housekeeping brought some small sachet of coffee, tea and sugar. I really regret booking in this hotel, ruined my vacation. Location is too far from train stations and buses.

Si el precio esta muy bajo vale para un viaje corto y rápido, no me quedaría varios días. Todo muy antiguo e incómodo.

• Clarissa (1/5): Do not stay here. We paid only a little more and the room was x10 better - Nothing No hand towels or wash clothes. Room is tiny. The beds are rock hard. The room smells like musty mold. It was 25.5 when we got in the room. Turned on the A/C and came back 8 hours later. It was 24.5. Went to the front and they offered to change our room. The new room smelt even worse. Would not recommend. For the price. Pick another option. We booked another hotel and left. They wouldn’t give our money back for the second night. They said it needs to be 72 hours notice which is surprising to me as in Canada. It’s usually a days notice to get a refund for a hotel of this calibre.

• Arora (1/5): Not recommended - The good part is the location, maintenance, cleanliness, and the staff. Ignoring the low ratings, I booked this hotel thinking Ramada is a brand, so they must have high standards. The per-night cost was cheaper than other hotels in that area. They also call themselves a 4-star hotel, but when I saw their standard room, it was just double or triple the size of a bathroom. I had come with someone, and it was so bad that we upgraded the room by paying around ₹10,000 more, but even then there was no almirah, so our clothes stayed in suitcases the entire time. The lifts make you wait for a few minutes, and even then they are overcrowded. You can barely stand properly. They should definitely add 1–2 more lifts. The breakfast buffet is the worst part of this hotel. They served almost the same food every day. Who serves samosa, spring roll, and noodles in the morning? And that too tasted bland and days old, especially the noodles. The reception looks like a 1- or 2-star hotel, and there are no guards at the entrance or exit, so anyone can enter.

• Satish (4/5): - I did not enjoy any part if my stay at hotel. Very very small room, no space for a suitcase, had to leave it on my double bed. Good job I was on my own. No room to move around, extremely tight. Bathroom extremely small, hardly any room to sit in toilet, ridiculous. Wash basin in bedroom with no light above, no hot water on wash basin. Cold water and trickle. Breakfast very very basic. Scrambled eggs was mainly liquid, No fruit other than a tin of pineapple tin opened. Cereals basic flakes. Very very disappointed.

• Ganbat (3/5): Great location, but the overall stay was disappointing due to room conditions and poor service. - The location was excellent, very convenient and close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. It made it easy to get around the city and explore different areas. The room was extremely small and felt very humid during the stay. Although there was air conditioning, it was quite noisy, and the bathroom ventilation fan was also very loud. The bed was too narrow and placed at an uncomfortable height. The window could not be opened, so there was no way to ventilate the room or reduce the humidity. Since I stayed in April, when the weather outside was relatively cool and not very humid, the lack of ventilation made the humidity inside the room more noticeable. The shower area was separated only by a curtain, and the shower space was so small that the curtain kept sticking to the body while showering. Only large bath towels were provided, with no hand or face towels. In addition, the service was poor. Overall, the experience did not match the photos and information provided.

Na área do banho, a gente se batia nas paredes durate o uso do chuveiro. E, não tinha box, molhava todo o banheiro. A cortina não impedia o suficiente.

Setting the preferred air conditioning temperature was very easy The bed had bugs that bit all over my legs causing red spots, & itching. Bath sealant had black mould on the sealant
