• Anna (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja, spokojna dzielnica. Wszędzie blisko, kawiarnia w kamienicy. Polecamy espresso - Lokalizacja perfecto ! Widok z okna. Wygodny materac. Codziennie sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników. Dostawa kapsułek do kawy, ekspres do kawy. Woda w butelce. Lodówka w pokoju. A w apartamencie ogólno dostępna kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Przytulnie. Cicho. Na miejscu kilka knajpek, kawiarni. Obok Prokuratura i Sąd. Piękny budynek. W kamienicy posterunek policji . Wszędzie na piechotę blisko. Spokojnie mozna eksplorować uliczki wg uznania. Zabytowa winda. No i sama kamienica. Okropny zapach z łazienki, głównie z rur. To kamienica, wiec nie ma możliwości temu zapobiec. Prysznic znacznie zniszczony, wejście w klapkach lub na własne ryzyko. Ale za to ciśnienie rewelacja, jak na 5 piętro 🥰. Trochę sl6chac sąsiadów zza ściany, ale gdzie nie słychać? 😃 I to wszystko 👍
• PANAGIOTA (8/5): Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό, πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι, άμεση ανταπόκριση του προσωπικού μέσω Whatsapp. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ σκοτεινό και το παράθυρο έβλεπε έναν τοίχο. Το γραφείο , η ντουλάπα και η καρέκλα χρειάζονται βάψιμο-συντήρηση, όπως και το πάτωμα απαιτεί αλλαγή.
• Sean (9/5): Great value in a good area - The location was perfect for me as it was close the attractions I wanted to see as well as quick access to public transport. The area felt safe, the building is located next to a police station and there were a number of restaurants close proximity.

• Maducdoc (10/5): One of the best accomodation in rome! - I liked the location (it is located near both in Vatican City and in Rome City center), the facilities (with elevator, aircondition, and access card through phone), and how accomodating and understanding the host was. We lost our physical key but the host is very undestanding and did not charge us any penalty. There’s just a bad smell coming from the bathroom

Al principio pensamos que tendríamos problemas porque encontrábamos complicada la entrada, pero al llegar nos dimos cuenta que era muy fácil y cómoda esta fórmula, todo fue perfecto

• Cecily (7/5): Good, functional, no frills stay. - Great location, lovely view, easy to get to sites in Rome. The host was easy to reach by phone. Large comfy bed. Getting inside is somewhat complicated and requires you to use your phone which can be challenging after traveling for 24 hours. Also the hallway and room smelled of sewage. The bed takes up almost the entire space.

• Tatiana (10/5): Estancia perfecta a minutos del centro de Roma - Me encanto la limpieza, me asustaba el olor a alcantarilla que lei en algunos comentarios pero ña verdad en mi habitación (105) estaba impoluta, limpia, olia super bien y todo perfecto. Me guato tambien que tenia 2 aparatos de aacc y capsulas de café y te , ademas super tranquilo. El sofa cama era grande y cómodo y el funcionamiento de las llaves facil y efectivo. Si vas al aeropuerto de Flumicio a pocos metros hay una parada de autobuses de la empresa Terravision para poder comprar tus billetes y en 40 minutos llegamos al aeropuerto, (estaria bien si la propiedad facilitara esta información, seria un plus) nosotras lo vimos de casualidad Lo único mejorable es que tengan un pequeño espacio para poder dejar las maletas, sin embargo la propietaria nos envio un link de un servicio de consigna y pudimos dejarlas justo en el bar de abajo, eso si a 5€ cada mochila.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and felt truly luxurious. The location at Piazza Cavour is unbeatable - walking distance to both the Vatican and the historic centre, yet quiet and safe, probably one of the best areas to stay in Rome. The building itself has that classic Roman palazzo feel with a vintage lift that adds to the charm. Staff were quick to respond, very helpful, and made check-in smooth. The location is near the Bus Transfer from Fiumicino Airport. Clean and cozy. Next time I wil choose the same. Grazi!

L'aire condicionat eren dos aparells d'aire que estaven a la finestra i eren molt sorollosos. Les vistes del nostre apartament donaven a un pati interior. Està en un cinquè pis, té ascensor, una mica petitó.

• sandra (8/5): Un soggiorno confortevole - La posizione è davvero impagabile, il check-in facile, il video che mostra come accedere alla struttura è molto ben fatto, la assistenza su whatsapp da parte dei proprietari è tempestiva.

On nous réfère à un endroit (très près) de dépôt de valises, ce qui augmente le coût de l’hébergement de plus de 25€; 2-Une odeur d’égoût présente dans la chambre seulement, pas dans les espaces communs, qui a persisté durant les 2 jours où nous sommes restés dans l’hébergement; 3-Aucun soutien (et personne sur les lieux). Par message texte, on s’est contenté de m’indiquer que ce genre d’odeurs était courant à Rome (pourtant, il y avait déjà 3 jours que nous étions à Rome, dans un autre hébergement sans que ce problème ne soit survenu).

• Mykola (8/5): - Очень удачное местоположение! Удобно пешком ходить как в Ватикан, так и в исторический центр. Вид из окна на красивую площадь и рассвет. Чистый и безопасный район. В номере было все необходимое, убирали каждый день. Маленькое окно, запах канализации в ванной. Сам санузел с хорошим ремонтом и сантехникой. Скорее всего проблемы с системой вентиляции в доме.

• Jana (10/5): - Veľmi dobrá poloha a velmi blizko do centra. Blízko sú aj zastávky odkiaľ sa dá odviezť všade. Ubytovanie bolo upratané každý deň. Mali sme čisté posteľné prádlo. Príjemná lokalita a veľmi tichá. Izba dobre vybavená. Klíma nie je zabudovaná a bolo potrebné vymeniť vodu o com sme nevedeli. Inak sme boli spokojní na tie tri dni velmi fajn :)

Dopo varie segnalazioni, solo l'ultima notte ci hanno dato un ventilatore, pressoché inutile. Sconsiglio

• Resul (9/5): Excellent location! - Property is in a great position related to most searched attractions and you can do a short walk to them. Is in a very safe and clean neighbourhood. Everything is clean in the property and they come to clean everyday. AC was a little noisy, but in rest everything was ok.

• Federica (7/5): Ottima posizione ma stanza con un po’ di difetti - La posizione ottima e risposta veloce su whatsapp Le camere hanno un po’ di problemini. Quelli principali sono un forte odore di ritorno dal bagno abbastanza sgradevole e i rumori dalle altre camere/abitazioni perché si sente tutto, in particolare modo il rumore degli scarichi d’acqua ogni tanto ci svegliavano di notte. Un altro problema minore che abbiamo provato a segnalare é stato quello della doccia. In pratica il miscelatore era regolabile solo tra acqua medio-calda e caldissima perché era bloccato e non ruotava verso l’acqua fredda. Abbiamo provato a segnalarlo per due giorni e la risposta é stata “é giusto che non esca acqua fredda” che é una risposta da presa in giro, avrei preferito che mi dicessero che non poteva passare il tecnico o che non potevano risolverlo nei giorni del mio soggiorno.

Yani herkes istediği yerde rahat rahat yattı. Odada küvet vardı. Hava çok sıcak olduğu için çocuklar dışardan gelir gelmez küvette vakit geçirdiler. Konumu çok iyi Vatikan’a çok yakın. Havaalanından gelecekler ve gidecekler için otobüsle gidiş geliş tavsiye ederiz. Havaalanında inince 12 numaralı otobüs durağında Sit Bus shuttle otobüslerinin ikinci durağı Vatikan da inip, 300 mt. Yürüyerek otele varıyorsunuz. Dönüşte durak daha yakın, aynı yolun karşısında büfenin yanında yer alıyor. Otele 100 mt. Kadar. O yüzden otobüs yolculuğu çok daha mantıklı. Hergün oda temizleniyor. Üç günde bir çarşaf değişimi oluyor. Gayet sessiz nezih bir havası var. Otel her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Konaklıyacaklara şimdiden iyi dinlenmeler.

• Laura (5/5): Gute Lage, sauber. - Die Lage war gut. Wir haben, weil wir kurzfristig gebucht haben und vieles ausgebucht war, einmal innerhalb der Unterkunft Zimmer gewechselt. Das etwas teurere Zimmer hatte einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Piazza Cavour. Beim Wechsel kamen uns die zuständigen Mitarbeiter leider gar nicht entgegen, wir mussten das Gepäck dann extern für 3h lagern. Das neue Zimmer war eine Tür weiter. Die Reinigungskraft hat uns sogar angeboten unser Gepäck zu verwahren, aber das “Office”, zu erreichen üner whatsapp, hat das nicht gestattet. War dann leider unnötig kompliziert und hat Urlaubszeit gekostet.

• Lydia (9/5): Stunning accommodation - would recommend - Beautiful apartment. Great space for a family room - sleeping 4. The main bed is absolutely huge which could easily sleep parents & child making this a 5 person option (if permitted) The sofa bed has a separate single mattress underneath. We were able to move it next to the main bed. Very clean Beautiful & very large shared kitchen. Access to a small lift Great communication with hosts within working hours. Very quiet ( over looking court yard). Location approx. 10 mins to St Peter’s Basilica. Area felt safe. Beautiful architecture. Very close to the Tiber river lovely for walks & other local sites of interest. Very easy access into Rome & connections to metro & main train station Police station next door - very quiet No iron. For such a lovely accommodation, this let the facility down & affected our stay. The shared kitchen could easily house an ironing board & iron. No warning of the step on entrance. No markings on the internal step - of which l feel over both as I was trying to navigate family & luggage. My husband & guest both were unable up gain entry with the key on the second day. The lady was very distressed when we found her, and my husband was let in by another resident. Lastly, being unable to leave our luggage after check out.

• Laurent (9/5): Super localisation dans Rome, à 15-20 min des principaux sites de Rome - Super localisation dans Rome, à 15-20 min des principaux sites de Rome: Vatican, place d'Espagne, vieux centre, ... tout proche du Tibre. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours. Belle châmbre pratique et fonctionnelle. Les restaurants autour sont corrects aussi. Proche des bus place Cavour, il y en a un direct vers la gare. Le métro est à 15 min à pied. BIen acceuilli, hôte soigneux et attentionné. L'isolation phonique est un peu comme partout en Italie, perfectible, si vos voisins sont bruyants c'est pas de chance, mais lors de notre séjour tout le monde était correct.

• Teresa (7/5): Cómodo pero mejorable. - El edificio tenia todo automatizado, por lo que no tienes que hacer cola en check-in y con el teléfono podias acceder fácil a la vivienda. Estaba limpio y ordenado, moderno y con vistas a la plaza. Las paredes son muy finas y se escucha todo lo que ocurre en la habitación de al lado. Sobretodo si no tienen cuidado los vecinos. Ademas, olía a humedad al entrar a la habitación y no funcionaba la ventilación.
• Massimino (10/5): - Posizione eccellente in un quartiere baricentrico per visitare il cuore di Roma, ad un passo da Castel Sant'Angelo e sopra la questura della polizia, direi più che sicura. Quartiere elegante (Prati), lontano dal caos della movida ma raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 15 minuti. La pulizia del bagno può migliorare sensibilmente con piccoli accorgimenti, ad esempio sostituendo gli erogatori dei rubinetti per avere un getto dell'acqua omogeneo, senza schizzi il bagno resta più pulito.

• Kathleen (4/5): RIP of Room in Rome - Location clean sheets and clean towels Horrendous smell coming from bathroom although I contacted host to complain I was told it was responsibility of landlord. Slippy shower poor cubicle. Lots of marks on walls far too overpriced
• Andréa (10/5): Parfait - L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter rome. À proximité du vatican et du centre historique. Nous avons tout fait à pieds. De plus, il y a un arrêt de bus à proximité (Sit bus shuttle) pour l’aéroport. La chambre supérieur était vraiment top. Elle donnait sur la cour et donc la nuit n’étions pas dérangé par le bruit des voitures et puis elle était grande c’était vraiment agréable. L’arrivée avec l’application était vraiment simple. Enfin le ménage était fait tous les jours! Je savais que nous ne pouvions pas laisser les bagages, car c’est une guesthouse mais vous avez un café à proximité qui fait office de bagagerie donc ce n’était pas dérangeant pour nous.
