Important Information
- All guests with will need to fill in their National ID details through an online form before their arrival, as a legal requirement.
- Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed.
- The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels.
- The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs.
- Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay.
- Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 45€.
- Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost.
- A deposit pre-authorization up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out.
- A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in.
- We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed.
- Our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. - Sid ahmed (9/5): Mer et Soleil à portée de main - L'emplacement est génial à quelques mètres d'une très belle plage de sable , où on peut nager jouer ou faire de la marche , plein de terrasses et restaurants pour se détendre ou manger , quartier très calme la nuit , nous avons profiter de belles nuits de sommeil, literie propre et confortable , appartement très propre , wifi rapide , interlocuteur très aimable et disponible à tout moment, nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille nous y reviendrons sûrement rien
- Meyer (6/5): - Strand ist fußläufig gut erreichbar, allerdings war das Foto im Exposé vom Haus mit direkter Meereslage irreführend, da es sich um ein anderes Haus handelt. Parksituation direkt am Haus sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal. Keine Gardinen, keine Teppiche, die schalldämmend wirken. Der ganze Bau extrem hellhörig. Mobiliar teilweise beschädigt und notdürftig repariert. Kein Wohlfühlfaktor, da keine Bilder, keine gemütliche Beleuchtung. Kein deutscher TV-Kanal, Personal kam direkt vorbei, konnte jedoch die TV-Kanäle nicht programmieren. Ringsherum enge hohe Bebauung.

- Maciej (7/5): spędziliśmy ponad dwa tygodnie w Santa Pola plażując i objadając się lokalnymi smakołykami - Lokalizacja apartamentu była wygodna - blisko plaży i deptaka. Wyposażenie kuchni było dobre - mikrofala, piekarnik, duża lodówka, kuchenka. Mieliśmy pralkę. Każdy pokój miał wentylator. Dzieci miały swoje sypialnie i nikt nie musiał spać na kanapie. Mieliśmy miejsce parkingowe bezpośrednio pod domem. Na tarasie było dużo miejsca i można było na tarasie jeść. WiFi w obiekcie było bardzo słabe: (1) nie sięgało do każdego pokoju, (2) nawet koło routera działało bardzo wolno. Wydaje mi się, że to router GSM z bardzo niskim limitem danym. Apartament nie ma widoku na morze. Pralka zepsuła się przy drugim praniu (prawdopodobnie zużycie łożyska). Okno w łazience nie dawało się otworzyć co było bardzo uciążliwe ze względu na brak innej wentylacji. Spotkaliśmy też w przedpokoju dużego karalucha.
- Rubén (10/5): - Ubicación perfecta a 2 minutos de la playa. Casa amplia, limpia y acogedora. Con todo el equipamiento necesario. Zona tranquila. Muy fácil acceso y comunicación para acceder a la vivienda. No dudaría en repetir estancia.
- Shiela Mae (8/5): Great stay. Would love to go back again if there will be aircondition in the apartment. - Very good place near the beach and small shops. Just walking distance. The only thing i didn’t like is there is no air conditioning in the apartment.
