• Sharon (9/5): It was comfortable, quiet, roomy, clean, and safe. - Very nice space that was a little off the beaten path but it was easy to get to the center of town. It was very clean and spacious. Really all we did was sleep there. We didn't eat or cook. Nice bathroom areas. Big shower in the primary. Comfy beds. It was a great space that we were very happy in for three nights. There was a bit of a funky smell in the hallways by the stairs. Otherwise no complaints.

• Rishan (10/5): Amazing and highly recommend it to anyone who come to Florence. - Everything!! The place was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, close to a lot of the main attractions, communication with instructions about how to enter were clear and easy to follow. Also great amenities, like coffee, water, teas. A big plus for us was the laundry room with everything included!

• Claudia (7/5): - The location is great, with public transport you can reach the centre in minutes. The design is modern, an the space is precious. The heating wasn’t working properly, in the bedroom it was pretty cold. Also the sofa bed was a joke, very uncomfortable and not safe looking.

• Sto7 (9/5): Great vacation in Firenze - Very clean apartment with 2 individual bedrooms and bathrooms and has all required consumables and equipment. Comfortable double beds. Nice smelling towels. Our windows open to an inside garden which grants exceptional silence. One most important thing is the underground parking nearby as street parking is always a fight and you don't really see any undamaged car with Italian license plate. Heating wasn't working in one bathroom. No airflow in both WC. Whatsapp chatbot is simply dumb.

• Jens (1/5): NUMA? Nie wieder!!! - Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten und moderne Bäder. Schon der Check-in war chaotisch, da wir vier Personen an vier verschiedenen Orten waren und alle Ausweisdaten über eine Online-Plattform übermitteln mussten. Auf Nachfrage, ob ein Check-in vor Ort möglich sei, hieß es, erst ja, dann später es müsse doch online passieren. Später kam die Mitteilung, wir seien immer noch nicht eingecheckt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war offen zum Wohnzimmer, ohne Privatsphäre. Das stand nirgends in der Beschreibung. Zudem war die Garderobe im Schlafzimmer so platziert, dass der Fernseher von Kleidung verdeckt wurde, und alle Bügel fielen ständig herunter. Das Haus und alle Räume war zudem komplett mit Steckdosen -Duftlampen voll, uneeträglicher Duftcocktail zum Kopfschmerzen kriegen. Aber jetzt gehts erst los: Trotz der vier gebuchten Personen gab es nur zwei Bett-Decken. Das Schlafsofa das sowohl in Booking als auch auf der Numaseite “Doppelschlafsofa” war fest eingeplant, aber es war keines, sodass eine Person auf einer Luftmatratze ohne Decke schlafen musste. Unsere Beschwerde bei Numa blieb am Abend auch nach der Dritten Ansprechperson wirkungslos. Wir knoteten 2 Bettlaken zu einer Decke zusammen. Erst am nächsten Tag bekamen wir für zwei weitere Nächte eine separate Einzimmerwohnung, damit nicht mehr auf der Luftmatratze geschlafen werden musste. Nun der Oberknaller: in der zweiten Nacht um 23:30 Uhr standen plötzlich wildfremde Leute in der Wohnung, die sie angeblich auch gebucht haben wollten, wir sollen auf der Stelle das Zimmer verlassen! stellt euch mal vor plötzlich stehen Leute mit einem eigenen Code mitten in eurem Schlafzimmer! Mich aus dem Tiefschlaf gerissen, mein Sohn in Panik. Die Kommunikation mit Nuna? War komplett chaotisch, wir hatten sieben , ja wirklich 7, verschiedene Kontaktpersonen über WhatsApp, keiner wusste, was die anderen sagten.

• Séverine (8/5): Een perfect verblijf voor 3 personen! - Een fijne plek doordat ieder zijn eigen ruime slaapkamer met douche + toilet heeft. De woonkamer ligt precies in het midden zodat je je privacy hebt. De inrichting is licht en fris en alles is lekker schoon! Heel prettig is de koffiemachine en de koffie, thee, melk en suiker die altijd voorradig is. Zo ook schone handdoeken. De locatie is ook handig met de parkeergarage naast de deur. In 20 minuten wandelen ben je in het centrum. Er stonden ook 2 drankjes in de koelkast en water, heel attent! Voor een weekendje zijn de faciliteiten perfect maar als je zoals wij een week of langer verblijft, ga je toch wat dingen missen. Zoals een theedoek, wijnglazen of grotere theemokken of glazen (er zijn alleen espressokopjes en waterglazen), een klein pannetje om eitjes in te koken zou ook handig zijn. De waterkoker is klein en kook snel over en de magnetron werkt niet. De waterafvoer in de douche liep niet lekker door waardoor de badkamer erg nat werd. Op de tv in de woonkamer kan je wel chromecasten, maar in de slaapkamer niet. Dat vonden we wel jammer omdat we, na zoveel dagen wandelen en uit eten gaan gaan, een avond lekker lui een film wilden kijken vanuit bed. Maargoed, dat is niet zo belangrijk! :)

• Nessrine (6/5): Fijne locatie, vriendelijke communicatie. Er moet alleen een dubbel check zijn of alles werkt. - Het personeel die ik via Whatsapp sprak. De verwarming deed het niet bij aankomst. Onze eerste nacht hebben we doorgebracht in de vrieskou. Het werd op dag twee pas gemaakt. Ook stond de koelkast uit en was daardoor de vriezer ontdooit en liep het water eruit. Daarnaast deed de oven het niet en kon de douche deur niet sluiten waardoor water de badkamer inliep.

А так место отличное - все было замечательно , интересный ремонт, чистота, кофе машина , конфетки, животным бесплатно , прям рядом охраняемая надежная парковка -5€/день ! Не пренебрегайте ей, если авто не на итальянских номерах ровно в 11:00 двери автоматически заблокировались , нас об этом не предупредили и мы остались под проливным дожем с собакой и машиной на аварийке , не успев погрузить в машину несколько сумок . наши чемоданы были заблокированы в номере, в сам отель мы тоже не могли попасть, код перестал работать . менеджеры отеля были не на связи. ресепшена в отеле нет. около 30-40 минут на нервах я пыталась решить эту ситуацию. стучала по всем дверям , пока не нашла в одном из номеров сотрудника клининга и она не открыла дверь

• Jobi1973 (9/5): The NUMA introduction - We reserved half an hour before arriving. Had to use the NUMA app which is 99% straightforward. The room was large with 2 bedrooms with bathroom and a big centre part with kitchen. Very well equipped. Located conveniently few steps from the Parcheggio Parterre. Breakfast was served at the nearby Caffè Libertà which offers just the most delicious pastries, sandwiches and snacks. Shower in one of the bedrooms was out of service nad it is what prevents a perfect score.

Supermercatoa 6 minuti a piedi ( una sera che le figlie piccole erano stanche abbiamo cucinato in salotto dei piatti di pasta ) Centro di firenze raggiungibile con 25 min a piedi oppure vi è linea di tram a 3 minuti . ceck in e ceck out on line seguendo le istruzioni . Possibilita di lasciare le valigie in armadietti prima del ceck in e dopo il ceck out. Ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo

• livia (10/5): Totul a fost la superlativ. - Locatia este pozitionata destul de aproape de punctele de interes turistic. Camerele sunt mari, curate . Apartamentul are in dotare masina de spalat vase, plita electrica, aparat de cafea cu capsule incluse. Am fost cazati in perioada de iarna, in apartament era foarte cald, puteai sa reglezi caldura cum doreai. Paturile sunt mari, conforatbile , cu lenjerii de pat curate.
