• Gisèle (7/5): Goedkoop en dus niet al te veel verwachten. Centrale ligging, wij waren blij met het grote terras. - Dichtbij de haven van Benalmadena, 20 min vanaf het vliegveld en vlakbij Malaga. In de zomer zal het er afgeladen druk zijn, maar nu goed te doen. Wij hadden dit appartement vanwege de centrale ligging en zijn elke dag op pad geweest. Benalmadena en Torremolinos zijn niets voor ons, maar het appartement was fijn. Wel wat verouderd, maar voor die prijs kun je niet veel eisen. Voor ons was het prima. Warm water redelijk snel op. De 2e persoon die moet douchen moet kort douchen of wachten. Met 4 personen is het wel lastig denk ik. Matras van het grote 2 persoonsbed was aan vervanging toe. Of wij waren gewoon te zwaar, kan ook. De spiralen in de matras waren voelbaar. Had wel rugpijn na een nacht. Bijzonder was het wel dat de buurman met insectenverdelger de kakkerlakken te lijf ging in zijn huis/tuin/appartement. Het hele straatje lag vol dode kakkerlakken, bah! Bij ons zaten ze niet, anders was ik meteen vertrokken. Ik denk dat de buurman ook gasten verwachtte en de boel nog even grondig wilde aanpakken😆.
• Ewa (10/5): Bardzo dobre miejsce - Super lokalizacja. Czysto. Mili, pomocni właściciele. Możliwość zaparkowania na ulicy lub na dziedzińcu (tylko małego auta). Kawa, herbata i woda na start. W apartamencie było wszystko czego potrzeba. My byliśmy tylko przejazdem, ale można spędzić tu więcej czasu. Mała zabudowa - uroczy stary dom. Oaza wśród wysokich apartamentowców. Wwa tarasy na dachu. Blisko do morza. Blisko do autobusu (tuż za rogiem) lub stacji kolejowej (15 minut spacerem) do Malagi. Szybkie zameldowanie. Naprawdę polecam. Zarezerwuję drugi raz, jeśli los mnie tam skieruje. Dodaje tylko informacyjnie: Są dwa łóżka i sofa (w opisie są trzy łóżka, ale na zdjęciach faktycznie widać tylko dwa). Jedno łóżko jest podwójne (małżeńskie) a drugie jest troszkę za wąskie na dwie osoby - ok 120cm. Dla nas było ok, dzieci dostały większe łóżko, a dla nas wąskie było wystarczające. Jeśli jedziecie w 4 osoby, a nie chcecie się mocno przytulać ;) to chyba trzeba poprosić właścicieli o przygotowanie ekstra pościeli na sofę. Właściciele są bardzo mili, na pewno się uda. Dla zgodnego małżeństwa wąskie łóżko wystarczy :)

• helen (10/5): Great apartment in perfect location - Lovely apartment in a great location. Everything you could want. 2 gorgeous outside areas, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Would not hesitate to book this apartment again.
• Mohammad (9/5): - Very clean, nice specious house, very close to the beach and marina. Host was very helpful and provided all amenities. Lovely house for a family stay Parking is a nightmare in this area. The house has a parking space oddly located for a very small size car only.

• Sonja (7/5): - Goede locatie en leuk ingericht. Er waren twee grote terassen! Enorme rioolgeur vanuit de badkamer, zelf bij gesloten deur trok deze de woning in. Hele lage waterdruk op alle kranen. Als die twee mankementen verholpen zijn is het een zeer fijn appartement!

• Vanessa (9/5): Lovely apartment to relax in near the lovely marina and beach - The hosts were very kind and helpful and made our arrival easy. The beautiful apartment is in a lovely position close to everything, beach, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. It was clean and comfortable with excellent outside area to relax and enjoy the sun. Comfortable bed, we slept well and located in a quiet residential area. Nothing, but sometimes there was a drain smell in the bathroom but that could have been due to previous bad rain storm.
• ANNA (5/5): Nie wiem skąd taka ocena 9.4 - Lokalizacja blisko mariny. Zapach z rur!!!!! Uwaga: nie ma 2 łazienek: jest łazienka z WC i prysznicem, druga to tylko WC. W drugiej sypialni jest łóżko dla 1 osoby, także jak są 4 osoby to trzeba spać w salonie. Nie jest to jasno opisane.
• Julie (10/5): Highly recommended - Fabulous apartment. Really spacious with two terraces with very nice views. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Quiet area but very close to the marina with shops bars & restaurants. Would definitely stay again. The wifi was very poor.

• Petr (9/5): - příjezd a odjezd bez problémů vzhledem k předání klíčů pomocí uzamykatelného boxu. Ubytování skvěle vybavené - zůstali jsme jen přes noc. Mezi dvěma oblastmi, vše potřebné v krátké docházkové vzdálenosti. Přes zimu jsme neměli problém zaparkovat na ulici, nicméně možnost zajet i do dvora. V průběhu našeho pobytu velmi klidné okolí, i když centrum zábavy je doslova 3 minuty pěšky.

• Alvaro (9/5): - Las terrazas con distintas orientaciones y que todas las habitaciones estuvieran climatizadas o con ventilador de techo, aunque en la habitación pequeña hacia más calor. Los baños tenían algo de olor a tubería.

• David (10/5): Perfect apartment in a great location - High spec accommodation in a very central location. Owners very helpful with any questions you might have. Apartment has all modern amenities. Cleaning supplies all provided which was a nice touch. Also a lovely coffee machine with a few pods waiting for us on arrival along with a bag of ice in freezer and a few bottles of water in the fridge. Lots of other little extras you wouldn't expect. I would highly recommend this little gem. Only thing to note for older people is there are steps up to the front door as the Apartment is not on the ground floor. Wasn't an issue for us. Nothing

• Irwin (10/5): Fantastic and memorable stay in a lovely apartment. - The apartment had everything you could need. The location is ideal for walking everywhere. The restaurants are so close. It was very quiet neighbourhood. Great outside space. Decor was lovely. Nothing not to like.

It is located in a quiet street but still close to the marina and the beach and cafes and restaurants. It is also close to a supermarket. The landlord is very helpful and friendly. He picked us up from the airport and drove us back to the airport at the end of our stay. We can totally recommend a stay at Atico en Punto Marina. The only thing we didn't like was that the beds were a bit too soft for us (personal preference) and the settee wasn't that comfortable. Otherwise the apartment is perfect.

It was very comfortable and well equipped and we liked the fact it had 2 balconies so you could have the sun or shade all day. The hosts were excellent and always answered any questions promptly.

• Lulu (10/5): We had a lovely time in the heart of Andalusia. We were lucky as there were some fianenck shows for free on the corniche - Location and decoration in a nice area. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. We felt at home. We wanted to stay more but it was already booked. The two terrasses are amazing, also you can do your shopping easily in Lidl. Restaurants also are closed we really felt home. Nothing

• Th (9/5): Overall a pleasant stay, great location and apartment! - Location is perfect, calm area but still very near Puerto Marina and all the restaurants, beach, shops, grocery stores etc. Walking and taxi distance from all the main sights and activities in Benalmadena, as well as great connections to the rest of Costa del Sol by bus and train for example if you are a tourist and want to see a lot. The apartment was pretty, clean and spacious with a private entrance and partial sea views. Overall a good experience, and could come again ideally for a vacation than work. I travelled for work and needed internet connections, but unfortunately the wifi was very slow. I went to the beach and restaurants to work from my laptop so I managed with this, but if you need steady and fast internet at the apartment it is good to keep this in mind.
