• Xue (9/5): It is a spacious apartment to stay, the whole floor is yours. - very easy to access the key as the owner described in the message. The communication with the owner via Booking.com was responsive. It is clean, and the sheet locker worked very well. The kitchen is equipped with cooking gear. A bus stop is right in front of the apartment. Two big supermarkets are within walking distance. none.

• Josef (9/5): Tolles Appartement :-) groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet, super Lage - bei Kälte: Heizung=Klimageräte - Super sauberes großes Appartement - Küche sehr gut ausgerüstet - Lage ideal zur Stadtbesichtigung - Parkplatz vor der Türe sehr praktisch Es war kalt beim Aufenthalt im April - Heizung durch Klimageräte war sehr ungewohnt für uns - Einstellung/Geräusche/Gebläse war schwierig und unangenehm - daher war es oft kalt - besonders im Vorraum (sehr kalt), der nicht zu heizen ist. Wir waren schon einmal im Sommer, da hat die Kälte nicht gestört. :-)
• Ana (9/5): Good value - It’s spacious, clean, kitchen well equipped, quiet area. The skyline for natural light was really nice. They don’t have heating assured, only by the air conditioning systems and the air gets too dry. No windows within the rooms for clean air.

• Paolo (7/5): - Ciò che non mi è piaciuto è che, per avere lenzuola ed asciugamani, ho dovuto eseguire una procedura piuttosto macchinosa e stancante. Sarebbe stato più semplice pagare questi servizi all'atto della prenotazione insieme alla prenotazione stessa.
• Joseph (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf voor een bezoek aan Leuven. - Ruim en zeer netjes onderkomen aan de rand van Leuven. 20 tot 25 minuten lopen en je staat op de oude markt. Je kunt ook makkelijk met de bus. Die stopt voor de deur. Niets. Ik vond alleen de bedden redelijk zacht maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur.

• Rob (9/5): Leuven - Leuk appartement van alle gemakken voorzien aan de rand van Leuven, makkelijk parkeren voor de deur, ondanks de koude dagen is het appartement prima te verwarmen wel verlies je veel warmte op de koude gang en trapgat.
• Guillermo (4/5): Bedsheets and towels not included (15€/bedsheet, 5€ per towel set) - The place was clean. The bedsheets and towels were not included in the price. They cost €15 per bed for bedsheets and €5 per person for a towel set. This made our two-day stay around €40 more expensive — an extra over 10% of the total property cost. When we found out that these items were not provided, cancellation was no longer possible. Additionally, the invoice for the bedsheets and towels came from a different company than the one used for the booking, which made it complicated to claim the expenses back through my company.

• Chantal (9/5): Aanrader voor een weekendje weg in Leuven. - Het was heel schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt was ook aanwezig. Het is er lekker rustig met slapen en de auto kon voor de deur geparkeerd worden. Het appartement had niet echt veel sfeer omdat het allemaal heel strak geregeld was. Daardoor wel gemakkelijker schoon te houden. Omdat wij er alleen sliepen was dat echter geen probleem.

• Emily (9/5): Clean and spacious flat in a beautiful city - Excellent communication with the host, very clear instructions. Flat was spacious and very comfortable with everything you might need for your stay. Excellent shower, everything was spotlessly clean and very comfy beds. Super location for exploring the beautiful city.

• Sherly43 (7/5): Gute Wohnung und ruhiger Lage - Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, ums Eck ist man gleich im Park von Schloss Arenberg. Auch in die Stadt sind es nur 20 min zu Fuß und auf dem Weg findet man schon viele spannende Gebäude und Orte. Die Wohnung ansich liegt im ersten Stock der Tierpraxis. Dementsprechend geht es über den Eingang auch direkt in die Wohnung hoch, was vielleicht etwas ungewohnt ist. Die Wohnung ist groß, jedes Zimmer hat Klimaanlage, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Dusche funktioniert gut und ist auch sehr heiß. Wenn man selbst Bettzeug mitbringt, dann bitte beachten, dass man eine durchgehende Matratze hat und es eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen gibt. Der Schlüsselcode für die Box funktioniert auch erst ab 15 Uhr, das muss man wissen.

• Nikola (9/5): Superb - Facilities are new and of good quality. Lots of space. There are a number of bus stations and supermarkets near the apartment, as well as a large park. City center can be reached on foot. Although pre-announced by the owner, we found separate sheets and towels purchase from a locker unusual.

• Colin (6/5): Good base for seeing Leuven - Great location for visiting historic and vibrant town of Leuven. Apartment as shown in photos, and very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Parking at front door. Would be much better to have beds made up on arrival, and sheets/towels included in price. Had to pay €30 for sheets using a complicated QR code system with payment online, which provided codes for lockers containing sheets. Codes didnt work. Phoned helpline to get alternative codes. I hate making up beds and it was a bad start to the holiday.
