• PAVLINA (3/5): Спестите си нерви и пари и изберете друго място за престой - Местоположение! Апартамента се нуждае от ремонт и освежаване. Всички врати скърцат ужасно и будят всички. Не е възможно да се спи. Стари и захабени мебели във всекидневната. 1 комплект тоалетни принадлежности за 4 души за 4 нощувки!!! Изключително лоша комуникация с домакина. Почти невъзможна. . 7 пъти ми изпрщат неработещ линк за саморегистраця и трябваше да търся съдействие от booking.com. И най-неприятното беше, че ме изнудиха да платя 30 евро за предаване на ключа лично, което не беше упоменато в офертата и имаше опция за самостоятелно настаняване без такси. Когото ги платих, не ми предоставиха никакъв документ и не мога да ги предявя пред booking.com за възстановяване!!! Спестите си нерви и пари и си намерете нещо по-добро за престой в Барселона!

• Hector sebastian (5/5): The apartment was ok but amenities were lacking - The room was nice, the sofa was comfy, sheets were clean and fresh. I'm an allergic person, when I entered the apartment I had to sneeze so much. Upon further inspection, the air conditioner vents were full of dust. From the amenities listed on Booking many were missing, incomplete, or broken. The toaster didn't work, the coffee maker didn't have the glass part to make said coffee, the ironing table was broken, the blinds were broken on the biggest room and noise from outside was kinda disturbing at night and the electric kettle was nowhere to be found. I found a cockroach in the bathroom on the second day, which wasn't very nice.
• alessandra (8/5): - Appartamento grande, vicino alla metro, dotato di ogni confort(lavastoviglie, lavatrice,ecc) Difficoltà nel contattare la struttura, mancanza di tovaglie, e generi come sale o zucchero che spesso si trovano in appartamenti
• christian (8/5): - Appartamento davvero grande e con ogni tipo di untensile da viaggio al suo interno, come phon, spugne lavapiatti, asciugamani, set bagno ecc... Veramente bello e comodo. Super spazioso. Solo un rotolo di carta igienica, un pazzo del condominio portato via dalla polizia perchè sbatteva e urlava addosso a sua moglie. Difficoltà nel check-in a causa di troppi passaparola tra agenzie e proprietari e prezzo davvero elevato. Ah, aggiustate le finestre perchè entra il sole.
• Lais (1/5): horrível - o mictório estava desinstalado, a água quente não funcionava, não tinha faca, além de o anúncio que estava na internet não conduzir com o endereço e com o local que ficamos. atendimento péssimo, não conseguimos nos comunicar com a host e a mudança de endereço foi avisada no momento que chegamos em barcelona e por isso tivemos que andar 20 minutos a pé no sol
• Benjamin (1/5): Wouldnt reccommend and property’s hosted by SHBarcelona to anybody. - Nothing. Originally booked this property, was then told over a month later that they have booked the property with somebody else and offered a different property (Calle Corsega 75), the other hotel looked nice in pictures and that’s it. On arrival the area it’s self wasn’t welcoming to tourists and was stared at constantly, in person the apartment had black marks all over the walls, on arrival we was told there was 2 toilets and found there was only 1, which didn’t flush and after contacting customer services they were trying to get us to fix it ourselves. We checked out within 2 hours and booked another hotel, we found the guest services to be very rude after telling them we are not staying there due to safety and hygiene and no apologies were offered as the bare minimum.

• Lucile (8/5): Very good - The housing is well-located and quite spacious and clean The water boiler was not working on the first two days, but the hosts came to fix it, and after that, everything worked well. The check-in policy is a bit limiting.
