• Georgina (1/5): Couldn’t wait to leave - Wi-Fi House. In need of major refurbishment inside and out. Has not been maintained well tired and unkempt. Ceiling leaked in bathroom downstairs when rained reported to hosts nothing done told to put towels on floor. Cockroaches in downstairs bathroom garden and pool a mess.
• Miguel (6/5): Great location but the pictures do not match reality. - Great location. Easy access to noosa main Beach and key spots (supermarkets) with a car. Easy parking. Quiet neighbourhood. Air conditioning in every room. Good water pressure. House is well stocked with necessary items. The pictures online are not a reflection of reality in that the house is much more tired and dated than shown. The pool for example is blue in the photos and whilst it was clean, it certainly was not blue. The kitchen and interiors in general are old, dirty and require a proper clean or renovation. The outdoor areas were barely useable due to the lack of basic maintenance. We were quite disappointed given we had family visiting for the first time from overseas and we thought given the price paid and the photos, that it would have been something that had some wow factor. At this price point, we do not feel that the property is worth it.

• Nina (1/5): Wouldn't recommend. - The pool was clean and sparkling. We should have listened to many other reviewers who warned of the same things. The place is dated and tired. Bad smells, live and dead cockroaches, brown stains on towels, mould behind the outdoor bench cushions, broken locks and doors. Was only there for 2 nights, so didn't want to waste precious time by asking the hosts to address these issues. After all, you expect basic cleanliness when you book a place and this didn't pass. I'm sure the hosts will respond to this with passion as they've done on other negative reviews, but my suggestion is, please clean the place. It's a beautiful house, just needs a very very very good clean.
• Toni (8/5): We created some wonderful memories, thank you for that! - The property was perfect for our holiday. We had friends and family staying. It was close to beaches, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again, it felt so homely! I’ve even talked to my adult children about a future move to Noosa!
• Sinead (10/5): Stayed with a group of 8 for two nights and it was perfect. The place was so spacious, clean, fully equipped with everyt - Very spacious, 4 big bedrooms and bathrooms, big pool and seating area outside, very close to the town only a few minutes in an uber, quiet and peaceful location.
• Harrison (10/5): The owners were such lovely people who were always willing to answer any questions that we may have had which was extrem - The property was a perfect getaway for me and my friends because there was a large amount of space for us to spread out and incredible communal areas for when we were together. The tongs felt too small for barbecue usage which was frustrating but still useable.

• Amelia (8/5): Lovely stay for a short trip - The decor was beautiful we loved the vibe of the house, bedrooms were all a good size too. Having the pool to relax in during the day was great and proximity to the town was also really good. It was also a really reasonable price over Anzac Day weekend - great value! We had a lovely stay but some bits of the house were a little tired or not completely clean. For example the out house bathroom door got jammed, there was a lot of dirt under the sofa (old food - popcorn, tomatoes) which we had to move to make a bit more space. The crockery / plates / dishes were a bit dirty too, ant infestation in upstairs bathroom, mould on the bathroom curtain. We found the oven quite small for a 10 person house and tricky to operate - very few baking trays too!

The little deck just above the head end of the bed in the Cathedral room ( top room ) had lot of dust / ? bird or cockroach droppings , that room had poor ventilation I thought . We had a cough when we went in to that room . That deck need to be cleaned off dust ( Deck just above the living room ). This is not a complaint . Just a proposal
