• gemma (10/5): Estancia muy agradable - Esta reformado completamente, limpio, tal y como se muestra en las fotos, cerca del centro histórico, parada bus 182 que te lleva al aeropuerto en unos 20 min, y Antonella muy amable y te soluciona todo, por wasap pero muy bien. Esta en un tercero sin ascensor y q no hay gel y champú
• gemma (10/5): Alojamiento perfecto - El alojamiento está nuevo, como aparece en las fotos, limpio, a unos 15 min del casco histórico, de la estación tren a pie y hay una parada de bus q te lleva al aeropuerto en unos 20 min el 182. Que está en un tercero sin ascensor y no hay gel ni champú, y no tienes acceso a la cocina.

• PATRICK (8/5): Je recommande - L'appartement est très bien agencé, la literie est très confortable, la clim fonctionne très bien. Malheureusement pas d'accès à la cuisine, et surtout pas du tout pratique avec une valise de 25 kilos à porter par les escaliers vu qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. L'écoulement de la douche sous la porte de douche et surtout les escaliers

• Jiping (5/5): - Easy to find, found a free parking street 300m away which is rare in the city. No kitchen, furniture dated. No lift. There was one knife and a few forks in a drawer.
• Sławek (9/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Duże mieszkanie. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Vouchery na ciastko z kawą bardzo fajne. Obsługa kawiarni bardzo miła. Przydałoby się wyposażyć w talerze i środki do mycia. Kuchnia jest ale niedostępna. To by bardzo podniosło komfort.

• Rolan (1/5): We couldn’t stay more than one hour and we left to another hotel - Nothing The photos in booking.com are completely 360 degree different from the terrible actual situation. The building is very dirty and unsafe like 1900 prison. I request from booking.com to investigate
• Nuredin (5/5): Bad experience - The apartment itself is quite nice inside, clean and well-equipped, and located on the top floor. However, be prepared — it's on the third floor with no elevator, so getting up there requires real effort, especially with luggage. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was with the owner. She was very unfriendly and came across as quite rude. Right after arrival, she immediately asked about the ID photos without any welcome or basic courtesy, which made us feel uncomfortable. When we later tried to communicate or ask questions, she simply ignored us and didn’t respond, which was very frustrating. Also, while it’s not the owner’s fault, the open ground floor of the building is in poor condition and gives a very bad first impression when entering the property. Overall, the apartment itself is decent, but the experience was negatively affected by the owner's attitude and the unpleasant entrance area.

• Magdalena (8/5): Good flat for short stay - Good flat for short stay in the city. Good location., breakfast included in the price. Comfortable beds. If you have mobility issues note that there are multiple flights of stairs. Internal steps can also be challenging.

• Gabriela (9/5): Superb - A good place to stay for a night or two in Naples. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. Good region to stay in and have everything in walking distance. Bear in mind the stairs - if you have heavy luggage, you will need to carry it to the third floor of narrow staircase. It's was a good exercise for my husband 😊
• Natália (9/5): Superb - Very close to the city centre and to various means of transportation. The value for money was excellent and the AC worked well. It had everything that you might need for a few days trip (although it could have had some plates and more cups). Overall, we really did enjoy our stay and would choose it again :) The check-in process could have been smoother and communicated better. The mattress was quite hard but for a few days it was okay.
