• Naama (6/5): Could be better for this price - Nice cabin. Inside the big 4. It wasn’t clean, there were hairs anywhere, even in the fridge! Doritos under the sofa and not in a hidden place. Coffee machine didn’t work! The kitchen is not really equipped for use. Didn’t have bbq, washing machine and dishwasher. No view as you got many camper vans in front of you.

• Clough (9/5): Beautiful, convenient stay with family of 4. - We loved the views, even with caravans in front, there was some still beautiful scenery seen at all times. The cabin is comfortable, with homey touches. The communication with the owner is brilliant. The facilities are amazing at the park and we loved that the park wasn’t in the centre of town but still accessible by walking, car or bike. Definitely value for money considering the pricing of other similar places at this point in the year.
• Anna (8/5): Family Friendly Cabin in a beautiful part of the world - Family friendly with bonus access to the park’s amenities ie. playground, water play, games room, bouncy pillow. Great location to discovering the beautiful surrounds beach and rainforest. A information folder at the property may have been helpful for eating out, sightseeing, walking trails etc. although the staff at the Information Center were super helpful and it was a lovely walk to the Center from the cabin.
• Victoria (6/5): Good cabin, great location for accessing the Otways and exploring the area. - Our stay was good, we loved the location of the cabin and the park facilities were good. Enjoyed sitting on porch looking at ocean having breakfast & watching the sheep in the neighbouring paddock. Tea and coffee would have been nice, there were 3 sachets of coffee and 2 were decaf. The foam pillows were not suitable for us and our kids, too high, while there were 3x normal pillows provided these were very lumpy and after 1st night i had a sore neck. It wouldn’t hurt to have a couple extra normal pillows in the cupboard as an option. On the bunks only fitted sheets and doonas were provided. In my experience staying at cabins mattresses usually have a mattress protector and top & bottom sheets are provided, even if u have to make the beds yourself they are there. It was quite cool at night and my kids were cold. In contrast main bed had flannel sheets and we were hot. There were no extra blankets, I later found 2 spare doonas shoved under the bunks which we did not use due to dust allergies, one of these was dirty and needed washing. We had very long days while we were there and did not have time to go to reception to enquire about these things.
• Paul (10/5): I would highly recommend and will definitely be back to stay again. - The property is in a fantastic location with beautiful views looking over Apollo Bay with a short walk into town. The cabin is a great size with plenty of rooms. Our host was very helpful in recommending places to visit and eat at. The park the cabin is situated in has great facilities with plenty to do for adults and kids.

• Julie (8/5): Very good - The Beach Cabin had everything we needed for our short break. Great location, you can walk into town or across the road to the beach. The cabin was clean and comfortable, loved the deck. Being in the Big4 caravan park, you have access to everything. We enjoyed the live music and food truck on the Sunday.

• Jayanthy (4/5): Disapppointing - That the cabin was located in the lovely caravan park We arrived late in the evening and was very excited for we could hear the waves. First impression, the overall cleanliness and presentation of the cabin was tardy. 1. There were hair on the beds and drawers in bedroom. 2. The crockeries were strewn in one of the cupboard. 3. There was a kettle and pod coffee machine. But there was no supply of tea or coffee pods (in all the places we had stayed there had been enough supplies for at least one serve of coffee, tea, milk & sugar). 4. We searched the various cupboards for supplies and one of the cupboard that had the cleaning materials and it wreaked of very bad stale smell. Next day, we looked forward to sitting in the balcony to have breakfast with the view of the sea. But in front of the cabin, there are bays for caravans to park and annex toilets for the campers to use. Thus the view was inclusive of us watching campers going in and out of toilets in the mornings instead of the tranquil view of the sea while we had breakfast. It wasn't what we had envisaged when we booked a sea view cabin. As this wasn't our preferred view, by midday we left this cabin and checked into another cabin that was directly managed by Apollo Bay camp ground. This cabin was way cleaner, more spacious, well equipped & stocked, really nice crockery/utensils, clean oven & stove, really nice bathroom with a good shower, uninterrupted sea view and free internet access. We booked the accommodation on the positive feedback of other guest but our experience was disappointing. Hoping the cleanliness and presentation is improved for the next customer and price of the accommodation in reflective of its quality and exact location on the campground.

• Trudie (10/5): we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this to any family visiting the area - the cabin was in a great location with great views, we loved the homely touches like a coffee pod machine, cleaning products, board games and puzzles were great too! the heated pool and games room was a hit with the kids and a quick stroll to the beach we personally found the bed a bit soft but that is a personal preference
