Є пралка на коридорі, користувались нею. Є плита щоб готувати і підігріти воду на чай. Близько до пляжу. Зручна транспортна розвʼязка Старий якір і якась старе полотно дуже псують враження про апартаменти, тому що воно вже старе все і пильне, облущені стіни теж можна було б пофарбувати. • Annette (8/5): ein paar Tage am Meer - Die Unterkunft ist mit Metro / Tram sehr gut zu erreichen. Außerdem liegt sie nah am Strand. Gastgeber oder Gastgeberin habe ich nicht zu Gesicht bekommen, aber meine Fragen wurden alle sehr rasch und präzise beantwortet. Auf den ersten Blick sah die Unterkunft zwar etwas gealtert aus. Aber das Bett war sehr bequem und die Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut - bis hin zu Cafetera und Toaster. Ich habe es trotz Klimaanlage und Ventilator zur Umverteilung der Wärme im unteren Teil des Apartments an manchen Tagen recht kühl gefunden. Auch gab es eine Nacht, in der ich aufgrund von den Bässen (vermutlich von einer nahegelegenen Diskothek) nicht besonders gut schlafen konnte. Ohrenstöpsel mitzubringen, ist sicher eine gute Idee.

• Andreas (5/5): Habe mir von den Fotos her mehr erwartet. wir waren etwas erschrocken. - Der Kühlschrank Sauberkeit, Schlafsofa, altes Essen und dreckige Küchengeräte
• Sanchez Blanco (5/5): - La ubicación ya que esta al lado de la playa. El alojamiento no estaba limpio. Había pelos en el lavabo del baño y en el inodoro. A la hora de cocinar al no haber extractor se llenó todo el apartamento de humo, costó mucho airear el lugar. El aire acondicionado funcionaba como tal pero no calentaba la habitación.
• Japan83 (9/5): - Struttura pulita con tutto il necessario,self check-in molto comodo. Vicina a molte fermate d'autobus. Scala per salire sul soppalco un po' pericolosa, decisamente migliorabile. Il resto è ok.
• Monica (10/5): - L'appartamento è perfetto per visitare la città e andare al mare, mezzi pubblici a due passi, dal tram al bus. Parcheggio facile da trovare. Vicino a ristoranti, bar etc. Siamo stati veramente bene, ci dispiace lasciare l'appartamento e la città di Valencia.

• carmela (5/5): - L'appartamento è vicino al mare e ai mezzi. La lavatrice a disposizione. Disponibilità del personale Quello che manca: strofinacci, ciotola per insalata e utensili, tovaglia o tovagliette colazione, portaposate con qualche posata in più, ventilazione nel bagno e cappa in cucina, porta bagno schiuma in doccia. I bastoni per le tende sono ad altezza d'uomo di 190 cm quindi difficilmente prendibili, split condizionatore con aria diretta a chi dorme sotto. Oltre a 4 sgabelli c''erano solo 2 sedie con schienale, entrambe crepate nella seduta. Essendo a piano terra c'era rumore esagerato per il riposizionamento delle bici in orario notturno.

• Lenka (8/5): Due to the host being super nice our stay was really relaxed :) - The host was really sweet and helpful. We appreciated that. Room had enough space for 3 people. Shower was clean and towels were also provided. We loved the location close to the sea. Also the location was close to the shops and small caffees and restaurants.

• Michelle (5/5): Budget close to beach stay. - Location was great, close to the beach, tram & had a few nice bars close by. Great WiFi, Netflix etc, bed was very comfortable and the sheets smelled so clean. Check in was quick and kitchen area had plenty of amenities.Not a bad budget stay if you want a simple apartment close to the beach. Area was quiet too aside form the tram passing. Good air con & fan too. The stairs up to the sleeping area and bathroom are incredibly dangerous, not at all suitable for persons with reduced mobility or young children. I wouldn't like to be a little tipsy while attempting them! Very low ceiling height in bed area, I couldn't stand up fully.
