• Janaina (10/5): Excelente apartamento! Bela surpresa. - Localização maravilhosa com bonde na frente ou a pé em 10 minutos para Duomo. O apartamento fica de esquina com uma importante avenida de milao, cheia de lojas para compras, supermercado, transporte público, restaurantes etc Apartamento bem organizado, com quarto espaçoso e muito confortável, com armário, TV, ar condicionado. Cama com ótimo colchão. Banheiro grande com boa ducha, máquina de lavar e secar roupas. Sala e cozinha espaçosos, com ar condicionado, persianas automáticas, cozinha completa. Tudo muito organizado e arejado. Ficarei novamente com certeza. Poderiam deixar para os hóspedes mais amenidades, como detergente de cozinha grande, pastilha para lava louças na quantidade de dias que o hóspede vai ficar, um sabão básico para lavar roupas, guardanapos de papel na cozinha. São pequenos detalhes que conquistam os hóspedes.

I think the emails just prior to arrival to complete check in and pay taxes and only then is the address and check in process emailed can be improved, we were traveling and not checking emails and this process was not ideal,

• Παναγιώτης (7/5): - Πολυ καλη η τοποθεσία του ωραια θεα απο τα παραθυρα γενικως ολα ηταν πολυ καλα. Ολα ηταν καλα εκτος απο την καθαριοτητα που ήτανε μετρια. Ο οικοδεσπότης μολις του εστειλα μηνυμα μου απαντησε ζητησε συγγνώμη και έστειλε συνεργείο καθαρισμου και με αποζημιωσε για την καθαριοτητα. Κατα τα αλλα ολα ηταν πολυ ωραια.
• Kimberly (8/5): Lovely short break, great location - The location to Milan centre is fantastic. We found it walking distance. However there are regular trams and buses within metres away. There are nice restaurants cafes and bars too. The apartment block (neighbours) is very quiet and clean. The apartment has most accessories required for self catering and was immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of space for the two of us. Didn’t realise location of the apartment overlooks the main road with trams from 4am til 2am! Not easy if you are a light sleeper. Needs some beer glasses 😃 but had plenty of other crockery and glassware. (security/janitor was very grumpy).

• Sayit (4/5): Genoten van de stad maar als ik zou weten van tevoren zou ik andere accommodatie boeken - locatie is goed maar als je niet houd van lopen kunt u beter iets anders dichtbij Duomo -Hygiëne: appartement was niet echt schoon, we wilden zelf gaan stofzuigen maar stofzuiger werkte niet. alleen maar een kopje voor twee mensen. 2 vieze lepels in de keuken la. - Communicatie met Host : We hadden een probleem met stopcontact in de keuken, ze zouden langskomen, 2 uur gewacht maar niemand kwam langs verder reageerden ze ook niet met een oplossing (via WhatsApp) -Conciërge: erg onvriendelijk -Appartement op de foto leek groter
• Mihaela (9/5): Proper stay - The apartment was very nice and clean, wide and comfortable. A bit complicated to get to the entrance, but that’s how things work. Transportation nearby. Umbrellas available in the appartment. I think would be necessary mosquito nets on the windows. I wish the communication was better at check out- later check out request. but nevertheless was a very nice stay.

• Anastasiia (9/5): Superb - Apartment is really nice and clean, comfortable beds, very nice and quiet place. The only problem was with opening and closing the door, you should use some power to turn the key in the doors :) We really enjoyed the stay there!
