- Jody (10/5): Love this place I’ll be back next year - Great communication with Elaine properties super easy to find great location and loved the little balcony space perfect for coffee in the morning. I would highly recommend this flat. It would’ve been great to have instructions on where to take the trash out and how to work the TV
- Pamela (10/5): Spacious apartment in good location. - Nice, spacious apartment in good location for tube stations and on a nice street. Nice big windows and little terrace. Local cafes and shops for groceries within easy walking distance. Owner very helpful and always available to answer any questions.

- Hayate (10/5): Amazing flat in SW7 - Beautiful flat, nicely decorated and based in one of the fanciest area in central London. Elaine, the host/owner, was lovely and communicated all required info in advance: she was always available and will reply to emails quickly. I liked the fact that the products and items (like bedding, towels) were all of really good quality: it’s really like staying in a 5 stars hotel Nothing
- Rosa (7/5): A perfect pad for young couples cosy and design - A design pad with many details friendly staff and very fast respond First day very hot inside however when opening the window doors noisy Steep flight to go to bed and I slept on the sofa as with my knee and age difficult
- Kelly (10/5): 5 days in London .. it was perfect location and had all facilities you needed - Property is on a really good street very close to transport and if you are a walker like us you can walk everywhere . The stairs to the mezzanine bedroom a little tight .. you need the make sure you are hanging on when going up and down
- Shannon (8/5): Lovely apartment in a nice area 🌟 - Location, size, the facilities were fantastic, the shower was amazing. Loved the decor in the apartment, with the various rugs and furs. The entire building was understandably warm with the weather we've been having, but better cold running water (bathroom taps and shower were always warm) and better cooling facilities / fans would have been welcome.
- Pascal (10/5): Bel appartement avec décoration soignée et originale - Location , décoration
- Fredrick (8/5): The first hour in the place was infuriating, by the 3rd day, I was glad to be leaving. - Ambiance and location It did not have any information about area, internet access, helpfull hints or maybe a list of important phone numbers as well a quick note on how to make local phone calls. The decor was dangerous for a senior. The throw rugs caused me to slip and trip several times until I picked them up. The faux fur on the sofa was disgusting. The bath was as hot as a sauna all the time. Not adequate cooling available.
The plumbing is on the verge of falling apart like the bath faucet came off in my hand when Iturned it on.

- Bethany (10/5): Stunning apartment, with everything you need, in the perfect location for what all London has to offer! Nice and quiet, - Location absolutely perfect!
Well equipped for any needs!
Home from home!
The decor is stunning!
Perfect size for a couple! Needs some blinds across the top windows for the summer months to keep the light out early hours.
Wobbly floor tile in the bathroom as you step out the shower.

- Giovanni (10/5): Such a fantastic place and host! - Best place in London I have ever stayed. Fantastic location, lovely host always available to answer any questions you might have. Thank you very much for the beautiful stay Everything perfect
- Raija (10/5): An artistically decorated studio in a lovely neighbourhood and with excellent public transport - This is a nice, funky and personally decorated studio with a great location and nice street views. Easy access by tube to Heathrow from Glouchester Rd as well as anywhere by Piccadilly, District and Circle lines. Many attractions and shopping areas are within walking distance as are several food stores, Waitrose by the tube station, small M&S and Sainsbury’s in Fulham Road etc. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs nearby but not too close to cause noise. Small kitchenette had all I needed for my stay; I especially appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine and capsules provided. Bed linens and towells were of good quality and the bed was comfy. Lots of interior decoration books for entertainment. The apartment was great for one but would accommodate two as well. Keys were easy to get from a small shop by the tube station and Elaine was exceptionally pleasant to communicate with. Given written instructions were accurate and adequate.
A nice experience and I am happy to come back and recommend this accommodation to others, too. The lights were adjustable but yet quite dim and a reading lamp would be nice by the bed. Some details (door knobs, balcony furniture, floor, bathroom top..) would benefit of some gentle attention. The stairs to the bed are steep, which might be a problem for guests with some disability especially at night, although this was clearly pointed out in the instructions given. Some traffic noise from the street, but I am used to wearing earplugs at night why it wasn’t a big problem to me.

- Anthony (5/5): Good location but the apartment was not how we hoped - Location was great, walking to many pubs and restaurants and the tube. Elaine was easy to communicate with. We stayed 7 days, the apartment needed updating and there were general maintenance issues. The loft bed very steep stairs and bed area ceiling height were difficult, the kitchen was difficult and poor china/glassware etc. The lighting throughout was low, unable to read at night. We enjoy good restaurants, it was difficult to do make up and get ready generally. Storage was difficult, we had 2 large suitcases which is why we went for an apartment but the cupboards were already full and upstairs was too difficult to get up to. Couldn't get TV to function. For the price per night, we felt this was high for the level of comfort.
- Keenan (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything about this tastefully decorated apartment. So charming and has everything you need. 9 minute walk to Gloucester Road station which made it easy to connect to any part of the city. The bed was super comfy and the shower pressure amazing. Elaine was always available and made my stay comfortable. Highly recommended!
- V (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janine (10/5): in the middle of Chelsea, it's like a typical London sitcom - The area, very lovingly furnished, the little balcony is great too. There is a "Späti" just a short walk away, about 7 minutes. The subway is very close by. and the apartment are fantastically beautiful. nothing, everything was perfect :) we loved it a lot!
- Andrea (10/5): A pretty and interesting flat in a great location. - The flat is lovely and whimsical, and had all we needed. The location is perfect for the big Kensington museums, and has lots of Tube and bus connections for the rest of the city. Oh, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony when the weather permitted.
The owner Elaine is very easy to communicate with, and it was a pleasure staying there. If you have sight or mobility issues, it might not be for you, as the stairs up to the bedroom are somewhat steep.
- V (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, fantastic decor, accommodating host. Great experience all round.
- Katie (10/5): Loved the location. After spending a couple of days in amongst the hustle and bustle of the city, coming back to a quiet - The property is located on a beautiful street. 5 minute walk to Gloucester station. Plenty of cafes, bars and supermarkets.
The apartment is beautiful, the decor is so stylish and the host is fab! Very helpful.
Couldn’t fault anything. No issues
- Chris (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect for connections to tube and near to local amenities. Very nice area of London. Host was very helpful and friendly, and made our trip to London hassle-free. Many Thanks!
- Sherina (10/5): I had a wonderful time staying at the flat and Elaine was very helpful and responded very quickly to all my enquiries. - The location of the flat was so convenient. Near 2 tube stations but not on a busy road. Very stylishly decorated with high ceilings. Only thing is not for tall people for the loft bedroom and have to be careful going down the stairs
- Craig (9/5): Excellent stay with very good host who made sure everything was correct and we had everything we needed. - Great quiet location, stylish furnishings, week appointed property, easy key pick up and drop off A little dusty. Sleeping area can be too warm.
- Andrea (9/5): Fantastic stay in beautiful bijou apartment. - Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen small but well equipped. Fabulous location and key collection was convenient and seamless. Would definitely recommend this lovely property. Stairs to/from the bedroom could be tricky for less mobile individuals.
- Uzma (1/5): Very disappointed with pictures that are colored professionally for the room to look good IT WAS ACTUALLU OLD DINGY AND - Only the location Dingy old one room with upstairs attic as bed space for only one person , old bathroom rusty old windows NO AC IN HOT WEATHER — not at all worth the price
- Greg (9/5): A beautiful studio appartment - Perfect Chelsea location, a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars. A beautifully decorated living space which really felt special. The host was always available and helpful. A small kitchenette, no oven. Tiny TV in cupboard
- Denisa (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect and Elaine is a fantastic host!
- Yannis (9/5): Superb - The location is close to the underground, to the market and to places to go out for dinner etc. It is a very nice and quite neighborhood. The flat is amazing, very stylish with a nice terrace and it has all the amenities that someone can ask for. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back and stay there. Elaine is so nice and helpful!!!! Bathroom lights could be a little bit stronger, especially if you are a woman and you want to put on a make up.
