• Bronwyn Hoy (7/5): - Great location, close to Putney and East Putney stations. Plenty of food options. Quiet. Good kitchen facilities. Both rooms have ensuites. In need of maintenance. Constant dripping tap in kitchen, mould in showers, one bed made a loud noise from a spring which meant two people couldn't sleep in the bed. Sofa bed is covered in stains. We contacted the owner who didn't seem very interested in our concerns.

• Malena (9/5): Nice stay in the heart of Putney - We had a lovely stay. The apartment is very well located and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable enough for a 5 day stay. The host was very kind and responsive. Although you could tell the flat had been cleaned ahead of our arrival it can definitely do with a deep professional clean. Kitchen is not equipped properly. There was the one glass of wine, 5 different glasses, no oven tray (I had to buy one and left it there), no cheese greater. I know a previous guest had commented on that, hopefully the owner will take note this time.

• Soledad (1/5): Disgusting worms - Nothing, we had to book a different place There were flies and maggots at the entrance as well as a strong smell of curry in the bedrooms, seems like it hasn't been properly cleaned which is disappointing

Apartment could do with a deep clean and an update of sheets and towels.1.5 hour delay checking in after a problem with a jammed lockbox, communication was difficult. Lots of noise at night from the main road. An extremely uncomfortable pull out couch bed.
• Tamara (9/5): Excellent property, great location! - Loved this property! We had a great stay here and loved exploring East Putney. The location is very nice and convenient, it’s easy to travel into central London. The apartment is very well equipped and a great size for us (family of 6). The only thing that we didn’t like was the stains on the sofa bed - other than that we couldn’t fault the place!

• brigitte (8/5): London break - Very quiet building. Close to shops and restaurants/pubs. About 10 mins walk from East Putney tube. Outside space was underwhelming and needs a good weed/tidy
• Samantha (7/5): Comfortable stay in Putney, great location! - Location in Putney, main bedroom spacious. Black out blinds and fans kept cool in the heatwave. Missing some necessary kitchen equipment (eg I had to buy dish towels). Needs a deep clean, esp sofa and bed mattresses. I hired my own cleaner to clean it.
• Suneed (8/5): Cozy stay with good connectivity - Good location. Adjacent to railway and tube stations and good bus and boat connectivity as well. Comfortable and cozy stay. Has all the basic amenities. Very spacious property. Ideal for 2 small families or a large group travelling together. The property was not cleaned when we came in. There were trash from the previous occupants strewn across the bedroom and toilets. But on contacting the property manager, they acted promptly and cleaned everything up in a few hours itself - so I feel they have redeemed themselves.

• Kellie (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent......so close to shops, eateries and public transport. The apartment was lovely and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Communication with the owner was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

• Eric (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in Putney. There are two different options for trains and a boat taxi. Getting around is easy. It’s - Close to two train options. The market was close for food. Many options for coffee and dinner. Kitchen available if needed. Some minor street noise but that’s just staying in the city.
• Kari (8/5): Overall, very nice place to stay and close to many restaurants and stainburys and Putney underground - Nice area with a lot of options to eat. Nice apartment, very steep stairs but nice it has a lift option for upstairs where rooms are. The second bedroom is very loud when moving over in bed, harder for sleeping but other than that very nice place, very clean.

• Cann (9/5): Awesome London base - Lovely apartment, great location, all the amenities you could possibly need. Lots of pubs and restaurants near by, train stations within a few minutes walk allowing easy access to central London. I would certainly stay again. Quite warm and bed sheets were very sticky in the hot weather, I know it's a lot to ask for cotton sheets/duvet cover but when it's hot you need to sleep.
• Haslina (5/5): A Rather Disappointing Stay in a lovely neighborhood! - It is with heavy heart that I have to leave some negative comments as the owner of this house, Ricky has been wonderful and with the high ratings on this property, I actually looked forward to my stay here. Let me start with the positives: +ve * Safe area * Lovely neighborhood with lots of good bakeries and restaurants * Close to overground and underground train stations * Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided and plentiful. -ve * Very dirty floor to the point that our feet and socks became black! Told Ricky about it and he wanted to send a cleaner to rectify but I had to say no because I dont feel comfortable with people coming in during our stay. In the end we just used our wet wipes to wipe the floor. * Towels smelled very bad, bedsheets and pillowcase doesnt smell fresh as well. We had to wash the towels and pillowcases again! Thank god there’s some laundry pods provided. * Overall condition of the house is below par as the side table in masterbedroom wasnt wiped as there’s some hair and dust on it and also the master bathroom toilet wasnt cleaned properly (I hate to elaborate on the stuff about the bathroom!). * To add on, there was a foul smell (body odour) in the master bedroom. We tried to use the air freshener provided in the house but it didnt work. Seriously the owner really need to review the cleaners work again!

• Leanne (10/5): Fabulous stay! - Beautiful apartment, the photos don’t do it justice it really is a gem! Ideal for us staying as two couples. Location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the train station. So many restaurants and bars close by too. Communication from the host is excellent and check in was super easy. We would definitely stay again if in the area, I can’t say enough good things about this property!

Apartment is a 2 min walk from tube station connecting you to the rest of London. Blinds needed on the higher windows in the living room for people sleeping on the sofa bed.
• Glenn (10/5): Definitely would recommend and stay again! - Location location location! Easy walk to many places to eat, Putney rail station a very short distance away and easy get ride-shares too! Thanks for a great stay! Not the owners fault, but the building super didn't have the elevators working. Would have been easier to move bags in and out. Otherwise a nice, comfortable stay!

Would be nice to have cotton bedding but that’s personal preference

• Amy (10/5): A great family space. - The location to the tube, the space available in this flat is wonderful. The food and supermarket just down the road is a huge bonus when travelling with children. The owner was ready to answer any questions I had and provided such a great stay. Nothing. It was a great fit for us.
