Luckily I had a laptop with the email for finding the code. Can rent an umbrella for €3 for 48hours, which was very useful. THere'a also a basebent where you can refill on TP etc

• Alexandra Kravchenko (10/5): - It is our second stay here, and honestly - it was even better. I think it is fair to say, we are true fans now! The room was super spacious, the bed linen as always superb, it was quiet and very comfortable. I LOVE online check-in, and this time our room was ready much sooner than it was stated initially. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the stuff in the shower was astonishing - really nice shampoo, body cream, all smelled incredible. Nothing - this hotel is my benchmark of "superb for adequate price"

• Richard (8/5): Straight and clean - Electronic Check-in & out is very efficient & easy, if you don't rely on staff for that personal touch. The Appartment is adequately equipped for a short stay. Small gestures as compensation for the temporary construction inconvenience nearby are appreciated. Room design was a bit dull, with that degree of detail a little colour would be nice.

• Simone (7/5): War ok - Die Lage war zentral, das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, der Zugang war digital Der Fernseher hatte ein Problem mit dem Ton, es knisterte so dass man nicht fernsehen konnte! Da kein Personal vor Ort ist sondern alles mit AI Assistent geregelt wird war offensichtlich keine Möglichkeit zur Problemlösung vorhanden.
• Birgit (9/5): Bremen ist eine Reise wert, die Unterkunft entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen - Nach anfänglichen Problemen bezüglich Zimmer und Kommunikation ( siehe negativ) bekamen wir ein tolles Appartement! Blick direkt auf eine sehr schöne Plantane vor dem Haus. ( so wie wir auch gebucht hatten! ) Sehr gute Ausstattung im Appartement, gute Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone, gute Betten und Decken, tolle große Dusche Nachdem das uns zugewiesene Zimmer nicht unserer Buchung entsprach, ( Blick auf ein Baugerüst in der hintersten Ecke vom Hotel ohne Aussicht- es war dunkel und wie im Gefängnis- ) war die Kommunikation anfangs sehr schlecht, da kein entsprechender Ansprechpartner zu erreichen war. Nach 2 Std. bekamen wir dann endlich ein neues Appartement - wie wir es auch gebucht hatten- zugewiesen. Der early Check in war somit leider für die Katz, aber wir haben das Geld dafür zurückbekommen! Das war gut. Nicht direkt mit dem Auto anzufahren, daher muss man Gepäck zur Unterkunft schleppen, nicht so schön, wenn man viele Sachen im Gepäck hat . Habe dazu auch keinen Hinweis gesehen.

• Jutta (5/5): Mieser Service, gute Lage, sehr sauber. - Sehr sauber, sauberes Babybett mit frischer Bettwäsche wurde bereitgestellt. Wir brauchten eine weitere Bettdecke, für die uns der Chatbot auf eine Schnitzeljagd durchs Hotel gejagt hat. Am Ende konnte ich aus einem anderen Zimmer eine Decke selbst holen - Service sieht anders aus. Zudem funktionierte das Streaming des Fernsehers nicht - auch hier wieder ewiges Tratschen mit dem Chatbot über WhatsApp, bis irgendwann mal ein Mensch dran kam... der auch nicht helfen konnte. Es war nicht möglich, während unseres Aufenthaltes von drei Tagen jemanden vorbeikommen zu lassen. Am Ende hat man mir einfach nicht mehr geantwortet. Der Service in diesem "digitalen Hotel" war wirklich schlecht. Es hat sehr viel Zeit gekostet, zu chatten und am Ende wurde ein Problem nicht gelöst und das andere durfte ich selbst beheben. Ausstattung sehr karg; Kitchenette ist angegeben, aber alles Geschirr und Besteck ist genau für zwei Personen abgezählt. Zum Kochen und gemeinsam essen taugt auch die Einrichtung nicht: Nur ein winziger runder Tisch.
• Johannes (9/5): Gelegen in centrum van Bremen was dit een prima verblijf voor een prima prijs - Alles verliep eenvoudig en soepel via digitaal contact. Kamer was zuiver, bed was prima evenals de natte cel. Er was ook een klein keukentje, met o.a. een kleine kookplaat plus pannen, en een espresso apparaat en waterkoker. Kortom al het noodzakelijke was aanwezig, inclusief wifi.

Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. Gepäckaufbewahrung im Foyer vorhanden, falls noch nicht besetzt. Gerne wieder. Eine Bank im Außenbereich wäre toll gewesen.

• Els (9/5): Meteen in het centrum - Perfecte ligging, je liep zo het centrum in. Goed bed en kitchenette met koelkastje was heerlijk luxe. Er was ook een eettafel en een bankje. Schone handdoeken en andere aanvullingen kon je zelf ophalen in een ruimte in de kelder van het gebouw. Daar kregen we de deur niet open. Geen nood want we verbleven maar 3 dagen.
• Martinus (8/5): Centraal gelegen. - Zeer centraal gelegen in Bremen. Prima nieuw appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden, winkels en restaurants. Keukenfaciliteiten zijn beperkt. Inchecken is wat omslachtig.
