• Richard (2/5): Thought I was saving a few dollars but not worth it - Location was out of downtown core but still close enough to explore Place is run down no care or taken to address minor maintenance issues

• Jonathan (5/5): - It was very reasonably priced for a London location. Off-road parking was available. The approach to the flat was poor. We had to walk between two rows of wheelie-bins and between two overflowing drains. Inside the gate, the path was very slippery when wet. In the flat itself, the shower drain was blocked and the toilet seat was broken. The TV was in a very strange position above the bed headboard.

• Hari (9/5): A great stay, in a great location, nice quiet residential road - Parking: Onsite parking was a great touch, althought the street parking is free, so we managed with two cars. Access: Access is easy from the side gate, and on arrival the property was ;eft open and clear instructions provided about Wifi and the keys. Breakfast: The host had provided Bread, Jam, fruit and Cereal which was an amazing touch... and well thoughtout. Other amenities: Linen was provided and the place was clean and very musch perfect for what we needed, Shampoo bottles were provided to get get through the first day. Shower: THe shower was very hot initially, but we managed to work it out, the shower head would also likely need a clean or change as the wwater preassure wasnt great. Apart from that, everything was perfect!!
• maria (10/5): It is a lovely studio with a perfect garden. - I spent the whole week with my daughter at the property. It was a perfect size and the host being very responsive. We were happy to find the food basket on our arrival which really made a big difference. The cherry on top was of course a cosy garden where I thoroughly enjoyed having my morning coffees. Thank you for the great stay! The property is 30 min drive from the downtown but it was not a issue.

• Rebecca (8/5): Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. The host appeared to care about this property and - Privacy with own little garden area. Not too far to get to train station - 20min walk, 5min uber Peaceful quiet location VERY comfortable bed. Highlight of my stay! Underfloor heating. Attentiveness of host. Allowed later checkout time. Washing machine with liquid and air drier for clothes. Nice towels and plenty of them. - A few minor issues however they were quickly rectified by host, who gave small compensation which we believe was dealt with fairly regarding the circumstances. - Seemed to be lack of a few important inventory in kitchen I.e. can opener, bottle opener that worked, scissors, masher, drainer for washing up (tea towel would also be handy). - Cleaner could pay a little more attention to details I.e. wardrobe and mirror covered in fingerprints, children’s crayons/toys under bed and sofa. My partner and I gave a little clean on arrival. - Some of the furniture could do with updating or fixing.

• Yvonne (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely amazed at how much thought was put into the property. It was beyond my expectations and everything was so organised.. We even had bottles of water available upon arrival which we were very grateful for. The property basically had everything ready for our arrival. We were so pleased we did a thorough clean ready for the next guest before we checked out. Will love to revisit the property again should the need arise. Thank you so much for being such a great host!

• Princess (10/5): Worth every penny. - Privacy. clean environment. Prompt response when I needed assistance with the door lock. Nothing really. although they can improve in their toilet. But I was satisfied with everything
• Gonzalo (3/5): Poor - The toaster and electric kettle worked fine Our experience in this apartment was far from ideal. Just two hours after we arrived, another person entered claiming to have the same reservation as ours. This made my wife feel uneasy, and while there was no further issue, it made us wonder what would have happened if they had arrived before us. We would have found the apartment already occupied and would have had to wait. In the evening, I bought a bottle of wine to celebrate our stay, only to realize there was no corkscrew. Additionally, there was no strainer for the pasta we cooked. The roller blind facing the street was broken, and we had to use towels to hold it up. The table inside the apartment was very small, with only two chairs available, so we had to bring one in from the patio. To top it all off, the noise from the refrigerator at night was unbearable. I contacted the host, who promised to address these issues quickly, but nothing was resolved during our stay. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
