• Christine (8/5): As usual...just wonderful, enjoyable and memorable...til we visit again next year!. - No breakfast or food/drink left in refrigerator upon arrival but restaurant and shopping for essentials plus the huge El Cortez Inglais department store with amazing supermarket that stocks just about everything including ready made meals and all fresh food is located very close by just a few minutes walk away. Very little we didn't like as we've stayed in this lovely modern spacious apartment last year. It is so handy for shops (many designer stores on same street. One floor up with a lovely sunny balcony where you can sit and gaze out at the marina/boats and people passing by. A fabulous Italian restaurant is merely steps down from this apartment. So much to do and see and some wonderful restaurants very close by...to cater for all tastes. This is a people-watching location. Can be very noisy til the early hours in high season through September but that was part of the charm.and restaurants close by serve food very late into the night..which we liked the availability of..so if you like the energy, noise, music, sights, food then this apartment will suit you great! Handy secure parking is in the same building in an allotted parking bay in the basement with elevator to your floor. The apartment to this and other apartments has a grilled security door that residents use a key entry to. This trip we did find that the apartment had a bit more 'wear and tear' as regards paintwork throughout and the showers..whilst spacious and all glass fronted within each of the two bedroom where the beds and sinks are (the toilets each are in separate adjoining rooms to each bedroom) did tend to leak water on the bedroom floor. The 'sealing' of these shower doors needs addressing to prevent this. Painting the apartment throughout and addressing the scurf marks/stains on the floors in areas will see this apartment gain a 10/10 (which I rated it last year) which prevented me from giving again this recent visit (Sept 3-14th). Enjoy as very little you won't like about this lovely modern spacious apartment and the huge clock (that lights up) located within the main expansive living room window fronted marina view close by.

Can highly recommend! - The apartment was wonderful, located right at the 2nd line at Puerto Banus marina. Rooms were all very attractively furnished and extremely pleasant and enjoyable place to stay for our 6 nights in Puerto Banus. Would definitely stay at this accommodation again if/when returning to Puerto Banus. Couldn't fault it other than a minor problem working the washing machine...could have done with instructions and a dryer in the apartment. Other than that a 10/10. Thank you..hope to visit again!
