• Nadia (1/5): Unsanitary conditions - I would not recommend this place at all. The location is absolutely stunning but the cleanliness is an absolute disgrace. The lounge chairs and the carpets throughout the home were filthy and completely unsanitary.

• Kim (6/5): - The apartment is clean and has good location. It was freezing cold in the apartment. Even with aircon on at 30 degree, we had to wear layers of sweater and warm jacket but it was still cold. The only room that is okay is the main bedroom. While the staff provided a portable warmer for the 2nd bedroom, it was of not much use. There was none for the 3rd bedroom even when we left. The nights were less than 10 degee during the period we stayed. It was extremely cold. Also, there is no lock to all the rooms. The shared shower room has no curtain and it was quite inconvenience since whoever go into the laundry area could see through.

• Dianne (8/5): We really loved the location with lots of amenities and the ocean so close. - Location is great. Lots of restaurants and cafes, bakery and grocery store. Beach and pool and beachside facilities are awesome. The place has a lot of overdue maintenance. Cupboards and closet door that won't close properly. A wall that's been patched but not finished. Cranky blinds. But the worst are the kitchen sink tap. It's uncontrollable and actually shot a glass out of my hand and broke it. Twice I had to change my shirt after getting wet. The other is the door handle into the toilet. It is so stiff it hurt my wrist to open and one of the kids could not get out of there on their own. This may sound dramatized but I urge the owner to go in and test these things.

• Julie (8/5): A nice size apartment, but showing its age. - Location bear the beach.3 bedrooms kitchen and living room at an affordable price. Sauna. The check-in information was on a very long winded email sent a week before. I didn't realise a lot of things we had to do and it was a trial to get the key from another hotel and get. Into the property numerous things in the apartment are damaged./old and worn out.( Master bedroom,blind wouldn't open as the roller had been removed, making the bedroom very dark and impossible to open the balcony door.'The wardrobe door where the shelving unit was wouldn't open either. We couldn't find the beach towels which were promised. Pool was unheated.
