Glenys (2/5): - Breakfast n/a. Expected beachfront location Host wasn’t sure of code on lockbox, no milk for coffee, used bottles of shampoo & conditioner, old,worn hard towels & no bath mat.(towels were clean I presume but luckily brought my own.Good nights sleep in clean bed at least
Jinlin (1/5): A devil accommodation. - I hate it very very much. Beach Lodge acts very bad. It asks you damage deposit but it never teies to have your deposit refunded. It is cheating customers.
Debbie (1/5): My breakages bond has never been returned - even though I looked after the property well. - The property is very clean and well presented - but read my complaint below and beware. This is what I am SO ANGRY about! I paid the price advertised and Booking.com said there was no more to pay. Later I got a msg from the property owner saying she would cancel my stay unless I paid a $150 breakages bond. That seemed a scam to me. I phone Booking.com and they said 'it is in the policy. Transfer the money and it will be transferred back to you on the day you depart." I am STILL waiting for that money to be returned!! I have msged the property and emailed booking, com and NOTHING yet.
andrew (1/5): Shit - Nothing Very hard to deal with promised my “ bond” would be returned apon departure, still waiting, I suspect this is a regular scam to hope the customer gets sick of chasing , I will get my money’s worth and they won’t like it.
mattia (1/5): - It's a good accommodation. But don't trust the owner when they ask for the bond. They will steal this money and never give it back to you. I hate dishonesty. They would have 5 stars, but stealing is not ethical. They steal the bond. Not to be trusted. I am chasing the bond back.

Robyn (1/5): Do not recommend this at all… holds security bonds with no refunds and no replies - Nothing Absolutely outdated. Uncomfortable saggy bed. Demanded a security bond that had still not been refunded…. Communication ignored when requesting our security bond be refunded

Gary (10/5): nice place, in great location. - No breakfast, just butter, milk and coffee. Additional clothes pegs for drying clothes. The few on the line were not in good shape.
MARGARET (1/5): Don’t book it - it’s a scam! - Acceptable standard We didn’t read the small print where we were asked to pay $200 deposit by bank transfer. We couldn’t do this as we had a Uk bank and offered cash which she wouldn’t accept and wouldn’t refund cost of the one night that we had booked. My Australian cousin transferred the amount but some 3 weeks later she has not received a refund - made it a very expensive stay!
